This is our sincere appreciation to White Lady Funerals for standing with us as our own family during the most difficult time we faced in our lives. When we heard that our daughter passed away overseas, we contacted White Lady Funerals in Niddrie. The Manager Carol asked us to come to the office and gave us the assurance that they will take care of the funeral from the start till the end. She was full of compassion and understanding. From then on Anna was appointed to take care of us. Again Anna too was so compassionate in the way she dealt with us through the repatriation process, viewing, funeral service and burial. She introduced us to Precious Printing who did the printing of Order of service and online service in a professional manner. Anna was always available to speak to us and provide the updates along the way. No task was difficult for her, she willingly did all what we asked her to do. On the day of the funeral we came across Donna who too was equally compassionate in delivering the service to us and the attendees. We are so grateful to the team at White Lady Funerals and highly recommend their services to anyone needing funeral services.

Today we attended white Lady funeral home to mourne the loss of Marlene, but to my shock we were treated in a very disrespectful and condescending manner by one of the staff when the topic of how many people were allowed inside the venue arose. Everyone was mourning and to be spoken to in such a way was absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. (Especially that it was done in front of everyone and not privately) No one was informed beforehand that only 70 people were allowed in, so of course we question why that was when on the government website it clearly states that there is no limit for funerals and wedding. Would not recommend this company to anyone trying to mourne a loss

Thank you so much to Kat and the team at White Lady Niddrie for handling my grandmothers service with such understanding, compassion and patience. They helped me navigate each step and decision, and the service came together beautifully. The celebrant Liz was warm and professional, and services provided by Precious Printing and Classic Press Tributes were also lovely. The family were very happy with funeral, and thought it was such a fitting send off for 'Topsy'.

White lady funeral service are not what they seem to be, donna from white lady funeral service lied to me as the father of my daughter that passed away suddenly She said that she was following orders from my x wife and family and stopped me from entering the Capel and only let in my x wife family frist . If I'm the dad i should have able to go in and she avoided me . I will not rate even one star. People beware form this service

Any organisation that would collude to keep a loved son from their own fathers funeral does not deserve to be called human, let alone supported as a functioning business. Absolutely deplorable outfit. Edit since I can't delete: They have backflipped and given out the info that should never have been hidden, but they are still complicit in the torment and anguish of a grieving son who had done nothing wrong.
