Having attended several ceremonies at this location we chose White Lady for my mother's celebration. Attentive, respectful and extremely considerate from the first phone call through to being dropped off at home we could not had better service. Megan and her team were absolutely fabulous. Megan suggested the celebrant, Liz Addison, who listened to our stories about mum for three hours on a Sunday. The eulogy that she gave was absolutely riveting in content and presentation. Such a difficult time was made so much easier for us to manage. Highlyrecommended.

Funeral arrangements for my Wife Antonina by White Lady Funerals, Heidelberg on May5th were made with dignity; respect and grace. Their attention to detail is incredible. At a time of sadness when making arrangements they discussed the funeral options in a comforting and detailed meeting. After funeral exceptional remarks were made from relatives and friends with respect the manner in which the ladies carried out the duties both at the church and the grave site. What was the hardest day of my life farewelling my beautiful mum Tracey, was made somewhat easier with credit to White Ladies Rachel, Tracy, Kari and Sally. Expensive service with very average results. Felt like a production line. Example - birthdate was wrong initially in photo presentation at service, until we corrected it. Had much better experience previously with smaller, non-chain firm.

Tracy and the team treated us with such kindness and followed every detail that we requested. Tracy guided us and knew a lot more about Greek Orthodox funerals than we did. Our mother would have loved her sendoff. Thank you Tracy.
