As a celebrant, I interact with many exceptional suppliers daily but when it came to organising a personal service within my family, I didn't hesitate; White Lady Dandenong were the first and only choice. Vanessa was patient, understanding and empathetic and her communication and follow-up on all matters was quick and concise. All requests were satisfied, no detail left unturned. The team did an incredible job on the day and I had many comments regarding everyone's attentiveness. A big thank you for making our difficult time a lot easier and alleviating as much stress as you had.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Because of a family disagreement many family members were not welcome to a service by the organising family member. White lady simply refused to give details of the service with no regard to any emotional feelings and grieving family members. Was just informed it’s our privacy procedure ‘so tough’! No humanity or empathy whatsoever shown in any way by this company and its employees. This applies not only to this branch but the whole company as the head office gave the exact same response and attitude! White lady should be ashamed!
