I am a backyard mechanic who has mostly worked off of trial and error and park tool videos. Some shops find this hilarious, while others clearly want nothing to do with me. White’s is the one that I go to when I’m scared of what the others will say, or I’m in a real pinch. The staff are some of the best. Super highly recommend.

Great shop, run by great people. I had a wheel laced by them for a custom bike I was building and they did a fantastic job. The guys really know their stuff and give great advice unlike the big chain stores where most of the people behind the counter haven't got a clue. Five start rating isn't enough for this shop.

I have had three bikes attended to by Steve and in each case the service and communication was impeccable. Yes, Steve is a one man band, but that also means he has to stand by what he does. I am more than happy to recommend Steve to anyone who wants thorough and expert attention to their two wheeler.

Steve “White” is one of the most knowledgeable bike mechanics in Australia, and always seems to be able to fix the unfixable. I’ve been bringing bikes to him for 20 years now and am very appreciative of all his work. He’s also well supported in the workshop with fantastic staff.
