Matthew went above and beyond to ensure that my dad's memorial service was everything we wanted it to be and more. He guided us through each step of the process with compassion, kindness, and professionalism. Matthew's highly communicative nature was truly appreciated as he kept us informed throughout the entire process, and the prices were more than reasonable. The staff treated us with respect and provided us with the utmost care and attention. The venue was beautiful, classy, and exactly what my dad would have wanted. The accommodations that were made for our family were exceptional, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience during such a difficult time. Overall, I highly recommend this funeral home and Matthew Benjamin as the director. Our Dad's viewing, funeral service, entombment, and reception luncheon were held at Westminster. The kind and caring staff of Westminster Funeral & Reception Centre ensured that each event was well organized and seamless in its presentation. With their support, we were able to give Dad the dignified funeral and celebration of life he would have wanted. The friends and family who joined us for the luncheon after the entombment complimented us on the comfortable atmosphere of the reception centre and the fine food that was prepared by the chefs. While the passing of a loved one brings sadness, it is reassuring when final details are handled in a loving manner.

She made all the difference to the other funeral homes we visited before coming here. Understanding, accommodating and caring is all you need in those difficult times. At our service Matthew came, and the same caring and professional service. Don't go anywhere else, it's not worthy to shop around when you have a broken heart and the only other funeral homes see in you is business. Danielle gave us advise and was transparent and caring all the time. My Father is there and I visit with him on every marked occasion, today being Father's Day it was jammed packed drivers parking on the wrong side of the road or too far from the shoulder on the road obstructing the flow of traffic.Other wise now that all the construction is over it is a nice pleasant spot but desperately needs to get the city to install traffic lights at the one and only entrance and exit.I mean all that land and they can't get a set of lights come on Toronto with all that's going on in the city surely some paint for crosswalks and lights is nothing in the grand scheme of urban planning. Is it?

Our family and friends were soooo impressed with this place..We used the reception area for a gathering after our mothers interment.The food was fantastic! The service was amazing! Thank you Jay and Paula , and all the staff at West Minister for taking the time and going the extra mile to make our time there comfortable..It was so nice not having to worry about ANYTHING !!! I knew that Westminster Cemetery was the right place to be my father's eternal home right away. I'd never think that a cemetery could be peaceful, but here we are... This place is very well taken care of, it's quiet and peaceful, and the staff members are very helpful and kind. Couldn't have wished for a better place to leave my dad to. Now I'm certain that he will be taken good care of until I join him when the time comes. Thank you everyone for the great service. I appreciate it.

Westminster Cemetery, Mausoleum and Cremation Centre has beautiful facilities . The staff is kind, caring, supportive and a phone call away to answer any questions needed. The staff are also great listeners. The food in the reception is very good and the staff there is wonderful also. We had my mom's viewing, service and reception it was just beautiful. I am so greatly thankful to the whole team at Westminster.

I went here with my surviving family members (minus my paternal grandfather who passed away at the end of 2017) for a reception/visitation and funeral service for my father. The staff was very compassionate, caring, empathetic and considerate. I'd recommend this cemetery for anybody to leave their deceased loved ones to.

On June 7, 2022, my wife and I met with Julie Gee a counsellor at the Cemetery regarding preplanning for our future burial. We were extremely impressed with her demeanor and knowledge. She answered all our questions and explained in detail the different options, costs and processes. She was very helpful. Thank you Julie.

Creepy upon first entering with my beloved mom, yes that's it. The significance of cemeteries was not understood as it has different meanings for different individuals. We all mourn where and when supposedly, no one does see us. g_d is omnipotent, omnipresent for all as are birds, flowers, trees, rivulets and stones.

We met the kindest people at Westminster during a very difficult time. Our family and friends were all impressed with the facilities and services that were provided, as well as the professionalism of the staff. A special thanks to Jay Wilson, who showed much caring and compassion towards us.
