Atrocious when it comes to knowledge of where legal assistance begins and procedural assistance ends. Rather than answer or assist with local procedural questions and conforming documents they rely on the 'no legal assistance provided' doctrine and refuse assistance. If you are a pro se litigant prepare to go through hell just to file a document. It is insane how little these people will help! Truly they embody the idea that we are not a nation of justice but of laws. Laws that they will not navigate without great difficulty!
