I feel torn. I write this review in support of the business but I want them to remain a secret lol. They deserve the business but I dont want them to ever get too busy in case I need them again in a pinch. Good service amd timelinness are everything these days. Car prices are high and Im doing everything I can to keep my current ones going. I encountered some vehicle issues for a while now and really needed service. Stopped at Western Auto Care on a whim and they were AMAZING! Ive seen them as I drive down western. The location used to be an old gas station and they retrofitted it. It looks Great. They had a lot of customers already. I walked in and was greeted by Rizzo. He then asked my concerns, took my keys and asked if I was okay leaving it there. I was fine with this. Got a call 90 mins later to tell me what they discovered. Rizzo was super detailed and answered all my questions. Price quoted was fair and was the final price when I came to pick it up. Everything is working as they expected and I was more than happy to leave an unsolicited review. Great service, speed and attention to detail. Thank you Rizzo and the Western Auto Care Team. I will be back if I need you!!

Almost don't want to review this place because I don't want it to get too popular and then it will be hard to get in! It's becoming very difficult around here to find a mechanic that isn't a crook, isn't completely overwhelmed and either rushes on your car or doesn't follow up, or tries to upsell you on everything. The staff at Western auto care are classic good mechanics for working class people- they tell you what should be fixed immediately, what can wait, and know money is tight for everyone these days. They fixed my brakes and rotors within 3 hrs yesterday. They also actually CALL YOU and communicate- no waiting around till 1 pm for you to call and they say "uh yeah we haven't looked at it yet!". Go here and put your mind at ease. I will be going here for all future issues with my (still surviving) Odyssey.

I first spoke with them over the phone and they were extremely nice and patient. I went in on a Saturday, it is first come first serve. Again, extremely nice and patient. They called a couple hours later and thoroughly explained what the problem was and gave me 2 options. I was pleased with the work and the staff. The office and bathroom were clean. I would definitely bring my car back and they offer oil changes not just repairs. Im glad I found them.

We took our vehicle here because it was making lots of noise and they were able to identify the problem right away. The car was ready in a timely manner, just as promised. Have not had any issues since then. We also appreciated really great customer service, Rizzo was super friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend this shop.

Rizzo is friendly, professional and fair! I’ve had my oil changed and hub bearing fixed recently at Western Auto Care and I am completely satisfied! My check engine light came on and was worried it'd be something expensive to get fixed. Read the reviews and they were nothing positive. Those reviews proved to be true and I had an overall awesome experience. Was able to get me in and out within an hour and the cost was more than reasonable. I will be bringing my car back here for any maintenance I need!

This place is located right next to where I live. I’ve gotten my oil changed twice and my lights fixed as well. All I do is text Rizzo when I need something and he gets me in right away and completes the work efficiently and in a great time frame. The customer service is always and I really appreciate the work they’ve done. Would highly recommend!

Being a woman and going into a mechanic shop is intimidating. I always feel like the bill is going to be 2 times the actual cost. But not here these gentleman were AMAZING! I've used Western Auto Care twice for repairs. So far I have been very pleased with the care and service we have received. Rizzo is extremely thorough in explaining what the issues are and so far the fixes have been reliable. Unless parts needed to be ordered we have gotten same day service. I will definitely be returning.

Western Auto Care is my favorite auto mechanic shop in the city. I’ve taken all of my vehicles to the owner Rizzo and his team. They are extremely hardworking, professional, honest, fair, quick and most importantly to me reasonably priced. I would and have recommended my friends to WAC. Definitely a 5 star business!

I stopped in Western Auto care for an oil change and the service was great. Not only was the service fast, the lobby area and bathroom was very clean. The mechanic was very friendly and informative. I’ve been back for other maintenance repairs and each experience has been pleasant. Prices are reasonable as well.

The best experience I have had in a long time dealing with an auto repair shop. They actually help try to negotiate a better price. I didn't see a large staff. So they perform good work you know they are very busy but worth the wait. They made sure the vehicle was running better than when I brought it in.

This facility is a very clean and well kept place staff is very cool and time efficient with getting repairs done i needed front suspension replaced on my Acura they got me in reasonably priced with all top quality parts they showed me all of my old parts as well highly recommend western auto care.

Overall, several great experiences with the team and service at Western Auto Care. From simple oil changes to larger items, the team is very transparent, efficient and professional while always making sure everyone is on the same page in terms of expectations and options. Would highly recommend!

Excellent auto shop! I took my car there to repair my AC unit and windshield fluid leak. They got my car in the same day and finished it by the end of the day. Rizzo and Yu were very respectful and gave me an awesome price. Thank you guys for your help. Highly recommended!

Realized my Sahara needed a new battery after 2nd day needing a jump. I called & got a quote, dropped off my Jeep & battery was installed within in a couple of hours. Excellent svc & friendly/ courteous staff. I'll definitely seek them for any future auto needs.
