We have been doing business with Alliance Bank for several years. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Whenever I have a questions or need help; they are all so quick to assist and with genuinely happy attitudes. Kelvin at City Scape
Horrible experience with ClearBalance. I decided to split up my monthly hospital payments over a period of a year and pay with my HSA. Bad idea -- even though I paid every month, I started getting late fees because my payments didn't match
Personal bank accounts can only be accessed through a middle man called SaveBetter. Normally wouldn't be an issue but they only let you link one external bank account to withdraw/deposit from and you can only change it once every 60 days.

Zero customer service on the phone. They must not be aware of the pandemic? They’ll spend 5 minutes giving you the run around but refuse to answer a yes or no question. Seems counterproductive.
I would strongly recommend NOT dealing with this bank. Their rules pertaining to deposits and withdrawals and primitive, and absurd. Customer service is nonexistent.
Stopped by to deposit checks but could not do so because they’re temporarily closed and have not indicated that here on Google Maps or on their website.
This is a very difficult bank to do business with. Have to jump through lots of hoops
