The receptionist was so good and professional, I had a good conversation with receptionist. But the doctors were not that friendly and they were so rude behavior. I want there for covid vaccine and one of the patient can't speak English so for that the doctor got angry, in my opinion they need to treat every patient as their friends.

As a result of GP appointments, I had to rearrange my personal obligations. Regrettably, I received a sudden notification stating that my appointment had been unexpectedly called off. This situation is exceptionally exasperating, uncertain, and notably time-consuming, especially considering the waiting time for a GP appointment.

This practice needs serious improvement. Apart from Dr Saidur Rahman I didn't find anyone very professional. They are banking on the bengali speaking patients who cant go anywhere. Otherwise,they would have known how difficult business can be. Receptionists are the worst. Maybe overworked or just not good enough.
