Our horse was admitted to West Vets for emergency surgery. I cannot thank Nathan and his team for their professionalism and very caring approach to what was an incredibly stressful time. Due to my own injury I was unable to visit during his 8 day stay, but received twice daily calls updating his progress. I felt very confident my horse was in the very best of hands. A huge thank-you

Today was a totally devastating experience to lose my Dad and then only 7 weeks later to lose his dog (who was almost 15 ) The vet and the vet nurses were very comforting compassionate kind and supportive to me (a complete stranger) I can’t thank them all enough for taking such good care of our beloved little fella at the end Heartfelt ❤️ thanks to you on a Heartbreaking day

I would like to thank both equine vets TJ and Madeleine. Their clinical acumen, compassion and communication skills are highly commendable. I am also very grateful to Wendy ( manager) she has been exceedingly helpful and so generous with her time. My two separate experiences with this team have been 100% positive, they have helped me and the horses in their time of greatest need.

Obviously these guys are some of the best Horse vets in the country, but their small animal vets are awesome! I took my dog with a lump on her eyelid, Dr Asher had to cut out a section of her eyelid to remove it, then stitch it back together, and there isn't even a scar or any noticeable sign she had the surgery! Dr Asher has the skills of a cosmetic surgeon! Highly recommended.

Have send my horse here for an operation and the whole team has been great. Always happy to answer questions, check on horse whwn I called to see how he was going, send through updates and a acre packages with after care instructions when he was send home. Very happy with how this experience went and felt always confident about his operation due to the team there.

Very sad to find WestVETS veterinary practice has adopted the practise of making money over care of animals. Recently we paid in excess of $94 for 20mls of ear drops for our sick dog who we had already paid hundreds of dollars to WestVETS to diagnose that we may not have our much loved dog for much longer. Very very sad.

Well compared to vet I've been with sometimes been loyal to one isn't always the case consult fee was half of where i used to go...n approx Bill was still even a quarter of the other one I was with...they actually give you a worse case scenario Bill as a idea..compared to other vet i was with i saved over a $1000

Invoiced cost increased by 25% on original quote with no communication regarding price increase. I had an animal in the hospital and received no communication regarding her condition for the first 5 days. I had to initiate contact to receive updates on treatment. The actual animal care was of a good quality.

We found the Westvets team to be fantastic. So helpful and caring with our mare.. Our mare had surgery and a hospital stay with them while she recovered, which we were keeped informed with her progress on a daily basis.. We highly recommend this practice

Dr Frank Low and Dr Paula Williams were both involved with the care of my horse Rex and both went the extra mile in caring for both me and my horse. I cannot speak highly enough of both these vets who possess both both expertise and compassion in spades

Very trustworthy and caring. Had to say good bye to my heart Kitty in Feb and they were really considerate and patient. They have taken very good care of all my other kitties and finally have an answer to our ongoing issues with one of our cats.

Unfortunately we had a poor experience being told or beloved dogs surgery was going to cost significantly more at the last minute. Luckily we were able to take her elsewhere to get a second opinion. Much cheaper and the price did not change.

After paying for horse dentist and vaccination i asked for a script for eye ointment and was told it would cost $30. A bit steep for a 3 minute writing job and considering i was paying for a service anyway. This is called business..

We took our 14 year old boy there for operation on his ear. Great service and follow-up with phone calls and appointments. Max had minimal trauma and is a happy good boy. Update: 6 months on and still getting great service Thanks

The surgery was great but the post op has been virtually non existent. No follow up calls, no questions I haven't even seen anyone in the last two visits they just take my dog do whatever they do and bring him out for collection.

Most recently sent our young cat there for a stay in hospital and we always know our animals are under the best care.For many years WestVets have been wonderful with treating our horses,cats and dogs.A great caring vet practice.

I have taken my family pets here since we first moved to Brisbane in 2002, all of the vets and nurses do outstanding work and ensure all animals that walk through their door receive the best care possible!

The vets are absolutely wonderful! We are complete rookies when it comes to owning goats, but Paula and Rachel have been so caring and have given us heaps of advice along the way. Would 100% recommend :D

Injury on paw caused by the vet putting bandage on too tight. EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE and failed to diagnose or help my dog. Decided to go elsewhere and found a brilliant vet. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE!!

Have had a recently poor experience with west vets. Vet was very arrogant, over charged, and miss diagnosed the issue. Got a second opinion. First time we have used them and will never again.

Friendly and caring local vet. Have had our dog serviced there on numerous occasions for routine check-ups and maintenance... and also for a couple of serious breakdowns. Highly recommended!
