Court staff are lovely but the judges are corrupt. Family courts were set up to serve as a deterrent to protect the sanctity of marriage. The judges will pretend to not understand bad behaviour of other party, and refuse to accept the child is suffering but please understand they do. Judges will often openly advocate for the person who has retained the children, i.e. the mother. These judges were previously solicitors and barristers playing the same game your partner's representative is playing. The judges know exactly what they are doing. It's why they are clinging on desperately to closed courts. As if the public knew they were deliberately harming children they would be driven out of the country. Complain about everything to the Judicial Complaints Office (they have a narrow remit though), file appeals for everything (form n161 unless circuit judge, then fp161), seek permission for judicial reviews (n461, file letter before Claim first) You have (in order) Primary legislation Case law Secondary legislation Norms of the Court And what family court judges do is put norms and loose interpretation of secondary legislation before the primary legislation and case law. Read k and k 2022, read ECHR article 8, 3 and 6 case law. The judges make things up and when challenged try to bluff their way through.

This court is a joke. They can’t give me a response back to a complaint I have made regarding a delayed court hearing. The judge confirmed in court the final hearing date with all parties, yet the date has now changed to 8 weeks later! (15 weeks plus in total). Another Fathers Day missed, another Birthday missed and also most of the up-and-coming Summer holidays too. Is this JUSTICE for a father who has done absolutely nothing wrong and is trying to enforce on order broken intentionally by mother. It also takes over 3 weeks to receive your court order (still waiting for this one) and that’s even when you call them up directly and they have it there infront of them but they can’t give you an answer to when it will be sent out to you. It’s pure lazy admin which causes directions on the order to now be missed. Yet, when you go to court and tell them this, the judge doesn’t care one bit. The admin team are totally incompetent, the legal advisors don’t care and have no urgency and the judges have no sympathy towards the situation. They make inappropriate comments (well you have your step daughter for Father’s Day) which are inconsiderate and don’t take in to account what the father’s heartache they are going through.

I have had no court judgment for 17 days. I have called the court for 3 hours a day for the last 3 days but nobody answers. Tis is in human how the West London Family Courts treat people. Now its 4:45PM and the phone is still ringing...i had to take 3 days of work but nobody answers the phone??? Its crazy an very very evil how people are treated by this court. I feel ashamed to be a british citizen when they treat fathers like this who are trying to seeing there innocent children. I have not seen my 4 year old daughter for 3 years now....Sick Establishment. Lots of men are now committing suicide and personally i feel at the end of my tether dealing with this court. So far i have spent £15,000 in family court fee's. I have my phone records as proof of me calling the family courts for 3 days with no answer if any official person wants to see it.

This court is a disaster. They had been tricked by my ex wife who applied for an application and who told this court that I myself was delivered the court papers , that was a lie , and the court never tried to verify the information falsely given to them by my ex wife. Worst than that , this west London family court accepted a consent order signed by my ex wife who forged my signature , she falsified my signature and tie court didn’t even bother to verify it. What a shameful situation. I am a victime of a court order issued by this disastrous west London family court who don’t verify the authenticity of documents nor signatures and who have no team to inform parties about attendance. I am a victime of the mediocrity of the staff at this shameful court.

Awful awful awful, I’ve waited nearly 2 years to see my children and west London family court adjourned and said “in due course” I will be given a new date. STILL NOTHING! affecting the relationships between mum/dad and the children by their relentless obnoxiousness and disregard is an absolute disgrace. Start being a court and sort proceedings out for the benefit of the children in the right way but also a timely manner. Never replying to emails or answering or returning calls is another example of how poor this court really is. Shouldn’t even be running or responsible to sort family proceedings. The damage you have done to many family’s from other reviews is disgusting. You should be ashamed.

Insist on Fact Finding Trials by Jury and not by a single junior judge. And that it is compliant with K and K 2022 (only allowing allegations that are relevant today to the child). read up on the Engel Criteria: Gestur Jónsson andRagnar Halldór Hall v. Iceland [GC], 2020, 77-78 and §§ 85 The law is very simple: Children and parents cannot be parted unless there is a 'grave danger', don't let them stick you in a contact centre or worse 'just because'. Read up on Article 8 case law. Also remember - your lawyer barrister who today is agreeing with you, will tomorrow be with a client on the other side agreeing with them...

Nobody every answers. Nobody every reply the emails. They are playing with people lives but they don't care. Further from my review, this court is awful. I have been dealing with them for months. They never answer the phone and rarely reply to email. All the emails get an automatic reply they are working with reduced personnel due to COVID-19. Are they from a special breed that have to be protected? Most of use are working as normal for months and all restrictions have been lifted but they are still working (I hesitate to use this word) from home. But they are still working under COVID-19 conditions.

The most feminist and ignorant towards the men family court on this planet!!!! I didn't see my children for over a year and had 5 hearings 5 different judges each time, they are just familiarising with my case because supposedly they have no clue what's going on in my case, one sided, disgraceful approach towards the men, without any reasons and evidences they are standing for the mothers even if mothers are complete liars, terrible country for men to have children in!

This court is institutionally racist. If you are a black man, you will not get a fair trial. You will be deemed guilty without evidence to support the verdict. Asked the court for audio trancripts of the case two months ago and still no reply from them. They make you ashamed to be British. No access to kids for two years aided and abetted by cafcass without a shred of evidence to support their mothers claims. Disgraceful.

Have dealt with ‘judge’ Willans on few occasions. And Judge Hussain. Joke They need naming and shaming for their utter failures and indifference to help the suffering of children they’re supposed to protect but the system is corrupt and secretive and they do as they please. 2022#G8#Great Britain. this court was a shambles, there was no paperwork, no-one to help, was just told to sit down and wait.. cafcaas woman atrocious, new nothing as did the usher, who just basically stood there and said 'i don't know' to everything. the whole thing was a disgrace. unfortunately will have to go back there, oh judge was an idiot as well...

Case over a year and never ever managed to get them to answer any call, awful slow and each court is 4-5 month apart.. do they know that the children's life is being severely affected by their complete lack of care. Family law sucks big time and in need to urgent reform..

Incompetent when the mistake is made by the court they hide behind lengthy processes and procedures and just want money-they are playing with children's lives and their future. It's sad and frustrating there's nowhere and no one to turn to. Disgraceful.

A truly Horrible experience, the 3 judges were not interested nor had listened or considered any of the evidence put before them. The service was shocking and I am no closer to seeing my daughter. I hate the service and the judges that work there.

Judge was not interested in child's health or wellbeing disregarded the reports of child being in unsafe environment. Sent the infant back into the care of the perpetrator and told the biological parent to blatantly F'OFF. Was disgusting service.

For the last few years they have backlog . they dont answer and reply to your letters and email . you are lucky if they pick up the phone. if by chance they pick up the phone they dont know what to do about the case. disgusting enough. nightmere

Very poor court house. Coming from outside of London I'm shocked how this operates. Phones are never answered. Emails get no response. Parking is good but no staff often to be found. Law is served fairly but administration let's it down bad

I don’t think Covid helped but very difficult to reach anybody and information was last minute. 2 adjournments and was told they couldn’t find a judge. This was a domestic abuse case.

Anything but no justice can be expected from this place and the people in there. Waste of tax payers founds. To be replaced with professional judgement!!!!

The court order has been sent to the parties 2 months after the hearing. They just forgot to send it out. Shame on you, West London Family Court!!!

Worst court I believe. No reply to emails, no answer to phone calls. The only time you hear from them when they contact you to take fee.

No organisation when we live in a world of communications. Understand its under funded but there must be a better way for our children.
