I'm extremely disappointed by the way the staff and management lack customer service. I was literally denied to pick a bottle of Gin that I wanted after I was offferd a flavour bottled of Gin that was on special just simple because I stepped out of the shot for a minute then I realized I had a flavored bottle and I don't drink such. It was handed over by one of the shop assistant at the counter and I didn't realized at that moment that it was flavored. Such treatment is ridiculous and absolutely unfair. Customers should be valued and respected too. Your policy is vague, you can't really deny a customer to exchange a wrong product just after they had bought it and realized they took a wrong flavor especially when they didn't even take 2 minutes see that.

Good place you get what you want to dronk when most shops are closed. The prices are affordable depending on how thirsty you are for a beer

They open early which is good for those who drink a few beers in the morning and can have a hangover in the afternoon

poor planning and management no cold beer's but plenty of stock outside the fridge.
