I'm giving 4 stars for the lovely pharmacist working on Sunday I She' s lovely , very helpful , friendly, offers assistance..WITHOUT THE CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE that is directed at you by the the pharmacist/owner/manager on duty during the week .... The arrogance of him is despicable! I've been on the receiving end of his ' interrogation tactics' ....unless he somehow became my GP without me knowing ....then my medication and reason for being prescribed this medication is for him to dispense ....not to lecture ,! advice ...yes ...lecture NO. I've watched him as he looks down his nose at different customers ( with a God like complex ) making customers feel so uncomfortable that it could in fact lead these people to 'unsafe ' practices. If the lovely, pharmacist they have working on Sunday, worked during the week ..instead of this arrogant man, their buisness would probably sky-rocket and not be the 'talk of Werribee ' for having one of the rudest pharmacist that walks the earth. So to the lady pharmacist on Sunday , thank you for being you .!

Booked a vaccination session for COVID-19 through Guild for this pharmacy. My mother and I (who both have Parkinsons and have a fair bit of trouble getting around) turned up on the date and time as booked after having received a confirmation via email for both of us, only to be advised that the vaccine requested was out of stock and so we couldn’t get the booster. I know it is not necessarily this pharmacy’s fault, but it would have been nice to have been advised to reschedule by someone, even if it was this pharmacy or through Guild. Both parties are responsible for the bookings. Hopefully they will read this review and improve their customer service.

Rip off.. avoid This is regarding $2 per page you v charge me for the sage licence. Before mentioning it will be $2 per page instead of $2 per document girl behind the counter put in stamp in and it was too late to go to other place. How about being more resonable so that customer can come back with trust if not getting ripped off

The staff at Werribee are always lovely and go out of their way to talk to you and make you feel comfortable. One of the staff always says your not leaving here without a smile, so we have a joke together now when I need a script....couldn't ask for better people to talk to about you health and wellness needs.

Booked a covid booster shot here 30 minutes before the appointment was due. Showed up to the appointment and I'm told there's no one to do the shot and to come back in the afternoon at a time unspecified and they are still taking bookings when they cannot fulfil the appointments.

Ease of getting medical supplies from a large range in-store of health products from coughs and colds, to baby formula and bottles to pregnancy testing. And many many more items to chose from. Nice environment and help instore. Great place to shop.

I have been going to this wonderful chemist for many many years, the staff are like old friends, even the newer people, and have forever been so caring, kind and helpful, thank you guys you are amazing ❤ …

All the staff at Werribee Discount Chemist are so friendly and helpful. I only shop here. Greg is very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend there services.

Arrived here at 8:45pm desperate for anti-vomitting script medication, and they're closed!! Sign says 9am-9pm. Google also said 9pm close. What awful service
