It is true that if you have to go inside you will probably be waiting in line for a while. They usually only have one teller to help actual people and one teller for the drive-thru and those tellers will not help each other. So if you've got a lot of time then go ahead and go there but if you're in a hurry I would try another.
You're new guy at the drive up Jorge needs to learn some custom relations. Not consistent with what's been the norm for years and he's going try to explain to me bank policy and procedures. When he was done with my transaction, he sent it back without even a word. I will drive away if I ever see him at the drive up again

Worst customer service I have ever seen... need to learn how to manage time and resources and the manager needs to tuck his shirt in ! 30 min waiting for a notary and when I asked how much longer the manager said about another 20... 8 staff I notary.. get real folks..
