On January 8th I got a flat tire. I had pulled into a wells Fargo bank parking lot and pulled off to the side out of the way. I was broke down in my vehicle. I guess he was the branch manager, he came out and claimed he had called a tow truck on me. I had explained to him that I was broke money wise. I had for 2 days continuously asked for help or at least $1.50 so I could get air in my tire. Also That I had returned an air pump to Walmart ( which is where I work) but the money was put back on my Visa and takes 3days to post back. (Which is something he should know since he' works at a bank.) He didn't really seem to care. He said I was taking up space and his customers need parking for it is a Friday. Mind you I was parked in a corner but maybe 3 inches into the next parking spot. I told him 3 times that I had no money and how am I going to afford a tow truck. He then stated again I was supposed to come inside to let him know and that this was something I had to figure out. I asked him if he was ever broke down and that , I then said never mind, I can see the way you're dressed you're above me. He basically treated me like shi$# due to the way I was dressed, because I was in my work around the house clothes. Os this the way you treat people or ex military? He told me all I had to do was come inside and let him know what was going on. I did not know I had to check in with you. I said that several times. It was captain obvious that I was broke down with my truck up on a Jack and the tire off that I needed help. Not one time did he offer me help. I stayed with my vehicle the whole time. He could have come out to me instead of standing there and basically calling me and my truck an embarrassment. Or as the manager put it: An eye sore. Lucky did he not know that the tow truck driver that showed up, when they talked sensed he was rude. The tow truck driver helped me and we talked about how the manager handled my situation. The tow truck driver said he was rude and we shook hands. Laughed a little bit and I got his business card. The tow truck driver was so sweet and very professional. To wells Fargo. Not only do you steal people's money but, you're arrogance shown bright through you today.. Remember one day you'll be coming across the street to my corner and karma will proceed to give you what you have giving to me. One of another reason I do not bank with this place.

Disappointed. I walked in the branch that morning in hopes of opening a Business account. I was not greeted by anyone. I approached a Banker (Meldi P.) at his desk and asked if he can assist with opening an account. He looked annoyed that I had approached him and proceeded to tell me that he can book an appointment, he had no clients at his desk. When I pushed back and asked if their was any way someone else can assist he proceeded to take some information but ultimately reirrigated that their was no one that can assist. I ultimately just ended opening an account online; but would've wanted some guidance on what account was a good fit for me. I remember when a customer was able to go in a branch and walk out with their account without the need of an appointment. I think what bothered me was his interaction and the unwillingness to provide service.

Good bank, nice people, but not the easiest location to get into. If you are driving East on Bell there is no turning lane to get into the bank, unless you go to the light at N Tatum & E Bell and make a U-Turn to go West on Bell Road; this still presents a problem because you have to cross three lanes of traffic, if you turned into the correct lane, closest to the median - NOT the best way to go. Your best two ways are to approach Bell Road going south on Tatum, you can turn into the entrance prior to Bell or make a right onto Bell Road from Tatum then turn into the entrance; another good approach is to go W on Bell Road, go through the light at Bell and Tatum, and the entrance will be on your right. Good Luck!!!

I was visiting this location this afternoon to make a quick deposit but didn’t feel safe entering the building and went to a different location. As I parked my car, one of the bank employees was following a young mother and her child into the parking lot and shouting at them. The employee tried to photograph the woman’s vehicle and child. I kept my distance but it looked like the employee was going to hit the woman. This is not something you expect to see when visiting a financial institution. I do not know what started the altercation but the employees actions made me feel unsafe and I will avoid this location in the future.

Terrible bank, terrible branch. No one there cares about customers. Apparently a cash deposit to cover an NSF fee I never would have received at any other institution still can't be processed until the next day. I can't believe I have to go back again just to stop giving them my business. What a waste of time. I was willing to let bygones be bygones but now I'm on an active crusade to persuade every person I ever talk to about banking to never use Wells Fargo. They're crooks.

Not the best customer service. Izzy seemed like he would have rather been doing literally anything else besides helping with my deposit. Also, Wells Fargo’s new policy requiring a meeting to be scheduled is beyond inconvenient. Especially when something pops up last minute that you need help with. I called for a service around 2p and said there were no more appointments available that day… I shouldn’t need an appointment to change or adjust accounts with MY money in it.

One of the busiest banks around! They only ever have 2 bankers while 3-4 other workers sit and stare at the line. This is not a lie they legit never have more than 2 people working the front and a line to the door is a very very common thing. Manager here is dense and cares not for his people. Personally I would have one of those sitting bankers who got to sit there because they were a teller in the past, get up and go help people instead of sitting there zoned out.

Izzy, was my teller. He was very resourceful in accommodating my needs, and not giving up on present situation. He did his job, he showed patients, and he gained a full understanding of what I needed at that moment, and for that I say thank you, and keep up the great work. Deep down, I felt it wasn't going to turn out as EXCELLENT as it did. "My perception gone wrong, with a great first impression". Thank you!

Can’t stand this location it’s super ghetto and they only have 1 person behind the glass 90% of the time it’s full of issues. I come in 4 times a week for deposits and change for my job and there is always issues with change not being exact. Just not a good location go to the one at desert ridge or the one on cactus. Avoid this trash at all cost

Held large check s after cashing them for over 10 days and then piled on bounced debit transaction and shut down my debit card. This also screw up our 2017 taxes because of the hold. This bank is a nightmare. They hire friendly, nice people only to pull the wool over fraudulent activity. Don't bank here. No reason to ever!!!!!!

I would like to extend a special appreciation to Dustin, who works at the Bell Road and Tatum location in Scottsdale. I had tripped and fell crossing the the street and cut my knee. He went and got material from the first aide kit and gave to me when I came into the bank. I was able to clean and bandage my injuries.

Very bad experience with this branch during refinancing (home morgage, $17k) recently. Rate increased .2-.4% every week from 3.25 to 4.75 during processing and a lot of fees. I gave it up in 5weeks finally and no receive back any fee. Don't trust Trey if you do any process with him.

The WORST Customer Service I have ever experienced!!! The tellers make you feel like they are doing the customer a favor by taking their money!!!! The only way I will ever go to this location, and it is a 1/4 mile from my house, is to use the ATM. This location needs to be CLOSED!!!

  • syed meheruddin

Worst branch ! Not helpful at all. I visited them at the closing hours and they just want to leave home so they tried to give some false rules did not help me. There should not a new rule everytime I come in, please stick to standard rules and policies.

Love this bank! Have been a customer for quite a few years....always helpful, friendly and professional. Everyone deserves respect and kindness! Those who don't get that should look in the mirror

  • Bob Uber

The manager of this location is so incredibly rude on a regular basis. She should be replaced. Taking my business elsewhere. Not another Wells Fargo, another bank entirely.

  • Bre C

I have always had a great experience here with friendliness and customer service. Been banking with WF since the 90s and at this branch since 2013.
