We were excited to get our new tub. The electricians were great, the hot tub movers were excellent and everything was going really well. When the tub was half full we realized it wasn’t the tub we had ordered so we contacted Julie from Ancaster Jacuzzi ( the tub delivered was the lounger version of the tub)...it was the same price and colour as the tub we had ordered. Julie was very helpful and we decided we would keep the tub that was delivered...after filling it and waiting for it to reach the temperature we tried it out only to discover it had several leaks...so again we contacted Julie and again she was very helpful and offered to send out a maintenance person at the earliest time they could. We told to keep enjoying the tub till they could fix it...then when we were using the tub it started tripping the breaker...we stopped using the tub and called Julie again....and again she was very helpful...we came to the conclusion that they would give us a new tub and take the old one away ( they even did this on the day that they usually don’t do shipments). Not only that Mike Kitchener called us to make sure we were happy and then they gave us a gift for the inconvenience. I highly recommend Jacuzzi Ancaster their customer service is above and beyond amazing. Keep up the excellent work I will be a Jacuzzi customer for life. Thank you. Jason

I had purchased a Swim Fun swim spa from this location. I had received it in June 2021 and was well maintained. Fast forward to late November 2021 I had called Jacuzzi technical support because the unit was not working. I was scheduled December 13th and I expressed my concerns for such delay as it may break my unit. Had a friend that was able to help me get a sooner appointment. Technician came and diagnosed that the pump was broken. By then the water had become cloudy because the unit was not turning on and the pump wasn't running. The technician was able to swap the pumps temporarily so the unit will run while waiting for the arrival of the replacement pump. I then called Jacuzzi again to ask that they replace the chemicals I had used to restore the water chemical balance back to clear. I was informed that this would never happen and that it was not Jacuzzi's liability. There are many other brands that are higher quality and provides optimal customer service. I would suggest to future customers to consider taking a look somewhere else. Jacuzzi customer service and technical support are unfortunately apathetic and unaccountable especially for a customer like myself that invested a lot in one of their units.

We did a lot of research on what brand hot tub was the best and ended up at Jacuzzi Hot Tubs Hamilton. The sales associate Peter Lee was very knowledgable and personable with a great sense of humor, and helped us decide on the perfect Jacuzzi for our needs. His no pressure approach made us feel comfortable and secure in our decision on becoming Jacuzzi owners. The whole process was such a joy, Jacuzzi did exactly as they said, was on time with delivery, and took care in setting up our tub. The free starter pack of chemicals was a huge bonus and came with everything that was needed to make the tub hugely enjoyable. Not to mention the tiger balm sea salts and oil that we bought, Peters personal favourite, has become ours as well, and sitting in the tub relaxing after working a hard days work -it is perfectly soothing and we are so glad that we went with Jacuzzi, it was definitely the right choice. Exception service, beautiful products and good value! We purchased our first hot tub from Matt at Jacuzzi Hamilton a couple weeks ago. It was delivered a few days later and we had it up and running that day. As first-time hot tub owners there was a learning curve figuring out the water treatment balance. The staff at Jacuzzi Hamilton was so helpful and very knowledgable in assisting us to correct the issues we were experiencing. They gave me several tutorials on water treatment and a few days later our water was perfect all thanks to their instruction! We are enjoying our new hot tub every day! Our friends are also loving it and a few are considering getting their own. We will be sending them to Jacuzzi Hamilton when they're ready to make their purchase! Thank you Jacuzzi Hamilton!

This review has been long overdue. I purchased a 14’ swimlife swim spa in June of this year. Though there were minor issues along the way, the team at the Jacuzzi Ontario went above and beyond to rectify all the issues. Ken was super helpful and knowledgeable, his advice prompted me to purchase my swim spa. Greg was also super friendly and understanding when I informed him of the minor issues that I had, he went out of his way to make sure all my concerns were addressed immediately. My experience with sales, service and technicians has been pleasant and I’m loving every moment spent in my spa thus far. If you’re ever in the market for a hot tub or a swim spa, give jacuzzi Ontario a call.

My 3 year old son and I walked into the Jacuzzi store in Ancaster on Feb 28th with no intention to purchase a hot tub. I was greeted by Jacuzzi expert Julie who took the time to educate me on the various tubs. 2 hrs later i purchased a J-470. I was very impressed with the high level of customer service, product knowledge, and accommodations. My son had toys to play with while i was being shown around the show room water was offered and they even stayed a little late to get the deal closed. I'm also very impressed with the hot tub its self. I would only recommend a Jacuzzi tub and would recommend to anyone interested to go see Julie at the Ancaster location.

The time spent with us to help in our decision was amazing. So many companies didn’t even take the time to return our calls or emails. Jacuzzi not only got back to us quickly but spent so much time on phone with us to answer all of our questions and concerns. We are first time hot tub buyers and wanted to make sure we made the right decision for our investment. I am so happy we went with Jacuzzi. We never even stepped into a store because of Covid. We did everything over the phone and email. And we are extremely happy with our decision. No buyer regret here. Our family is now enjoying the hot tub and we are sleeping so much better a night. We just purchased our first Jacuzzi hot tub from the liqudators and it was mostly a great experience. What I experienced at the actual jacuzzi dealer stores when shopping had put me off Jacuzzi brand, but the sales staff at hot tub liquidators changed my choice from not purchasing a Jacuzzi because of the official dealer stores to excited and finally purchasing one. I found Jorge and his staff to be very helpful and prompt at returning calls about questions. Unfortunately, 2 weeks into owning my new j480 one of the lounger jets have stopped working so I am hoping that the Jacuzzi service can match the work of hot tub liquidators.

From start to finish Jacuzzi was a great decision for Gazebo project. I was able to get all the information I needed and complete the sale without going into the store. Jennifer was my first contact and she worked with me to understand my requirements and arrange my offsite appointment with Lauren from the Hamilton store. Lauren provided me with all the product details and pricing information I needed to make a purchase decision the same day. We are very happy with the decision to buy from Wellness Shop at Jacuzzi Hamilton. Lauren was awesome to deal with. Very trustworthy and she deliver on what she promised. We got the hot tub delivered on schedule and installed in about 2hrs (including 220V line) Great service after the sale, our small issue with lights was resolved quickly and very professionally. After endless hours of hot tub shopping, we decided to buy from hot tub liquidators in Hamilton . Jorge is The manager there and he was nothing but amazing from the moment we walked in the showroom. He listened to our needs and budget and found us the perfect spa to math the hydrotherapy we were desperately looking for. We ended up buying a GO spa 620 and we absolutely love the lounger option. I called the Wellness Shop to book an appointment when I was receiving a "low flow" message on my hot tub. On the day of the appointment, the technician called before arriving. I was impressed by the technician's professionalism and knowledge. He thoroughly checked all the mechanics of the hot tub and determined that the issue was the need for a more regular filter cleaning. He also recommended a product that would clean the jet tubes. After following his advice, my hot tub is working like new. I was pleased with the service and the helpful answers to all my questions.

I bought a used hot tub from Jorge and from day 1 he proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful in the process. I did have a few hiccups with the tub but Jorge helped solve the issues in a timely and effective manner. You can always have issues no matter what product you buy it is how the company handles your issues that is important. Even though my hot tub was used I didn't get treated any different then if I bought a new tub. Nice job Jorge ! I would not hesitate to recommend you or your company to anyone looking for a good hot tub at a reasonable price.

We bought our Jacuzzi a few years ago and have been happy with it. The current service we received hasn't been great. We called the store and left a message looking for a specific product with no call back for days. We called again and spoke to someone live and was told that we had to order our product online(headrest). Went to order it and being charged $15 shipping. Shouldnt be charged shipping if we can't pick up in store. Might as well order from Amazon, free shipping and next day delivery.

We recently received our jacuzzi Soul which arrived earlier than expected. Everything so far has been perfect with our tub. When contacted for questions about our first tub, the staff have been very quick to respond and were able to get the right answer even if they didn't know right away. We were back and forth about different tubs for months but really glad we landed on a Jacuzzi. Highly recommend. Update: Service was fantastic with an issue we had. Part replaced and Tech was amazing.

Poor service! Terrible communication! Fake technician visit, still waiting for an invoice 8 weeks after the visit which was obviously to be paid in advance. Be aware that other companies cannot fix Jacuzzi products! Of course the sales people were very nice ...until we acquired our spa! Sorry for those who already signed a check, I wish you better luck than us. For the others, run away from this company! We thought we were buying a quality product covered by great warranty and services!

Has been a great experience from start to finish. Jorge who manages the store always has time for questions and treats you as a valued customer. We purchased a 2012 Jacuzzi JLX. Was a couple of weeks late as they were adding a few new parts, but was communicated this during the process and am glad they replaced parts and hot tub is as good as new . This past weekend was the first time our family used and was awesome. Hard to tell that hot tub is not brand new.

Poor overall customer experience. Love my tub but don't buy here if you would like to have any sort of service or maintenance done. They won't even sell you chemicals or filters anymore. They have moved online and raised their prices. They'll blame covid, but every single other retailer have taken proper safety precautions and maintained customer service. It's a business decision. Get serious. When it is time for an upgrade, I won't be buying from Jacuzzi.

Great experience from start to finish. Was able to have a brand new hot tub delivered within 8 days of purchase even during a pandemic. Randy Fortner came to do a site visit as well as he came to teach us about our purchase. The electrical was included so this was such a hands-off and worry-free purchase. Hot tube liquidators is fantastic. We've owned our pinnacle hot tub for six months and and use it daily. Serge, the salesman came to our house, inspected our deck (under construction) and gave us very helpful advice. The delivery crew were fast and professional. We bought our tub only two years ago and we love the tub it is the service after the sale that you need to be careful of. We contacted them in November of 2020 and we have yet to have our tub repaired. The light bars have fallen off and are now sitting in the water and even sent photos so they can see how bad it is and seven months later still nothing!

Subpar service! I purchased my hot tub in the summer and there is already an issue. I’ve waited 3 weeks for someone to come out (they rescheduled it to a later date twice!) only to tell me that I would have to book another appt since I have stairs at the front of it (covering the electrical box) and no one informed me prior to.

Not a good Experience at all. Was forced to book a jacuzzi, then they started asking for a lot of details in electrical panel and the salesperson said, he is not an electrician and can’t help. Then kept trying for refund and got refund after the deducting service charges. Make sure when you buy there aren’t any surprises.
