I've heard decent experiences at this place from others, but the guy that I had (lean, average height, wearing a face mask probably to hide his shame) was absolutely, terribly LAZY. I did a 45 minute neck,shoulder,back oil relaxation massage and all I got from it was purely him rubbing the oil on and then "pressing and holding" with his elbows. The only decent part of it was probably that he did the hot stone rub and that was the only actual "massage" that I got. So, in that long slow 45 minutes of rubbing on oil and pressing, I requested for him to add pressure when he was rubbing (so at least i'd get some form of massaging) but instead he resorted to pressing and holding with more pressure, with again, no actual massaging action. I've been to many massage places in hobart, but this was hands down the worst $65 dollars spent.

I am very disappointed with the service. I went for a whole-body oil massage today. The session was for 1 hour, and the lady who did the massage was inexperienced. She just did half part of my back body instead of the whole body. The rest of the back body I mean leg she just pressed it without oil by covering it with a towel like a normal message which we do at home and also she didn't do it on the front part of my shoulder and leg. A whole-body massage has to be done with oil from head to toes, isn't it? I guess she doesn't know-how to do it the whole-body massage. Waste of my time and money.

I rang to try and organise multiple gift vouchers for Christmas for Tasmanian family members who like this massage center. I live a few thousand kilometers away.....Apparently not possible. I have to pick them up myself! Ever heard of email or even normal mail guys?? There is a huge market out there who cannot access your services. Not good enough in this day and age. Another massage service will be getting my money now. Your website also says it accepts gift cards??? Maybe you need to change this.....I couldn't access gift cards to give them!!!

I wish I didn’t have to give 1 star. Great place to go if you want to feel uncomfortable the whole time. Male should be massaging male and same with female massaging female. See if some of the males that work in here would push their limits with their male customers like they do females. I would suggest not. Possible to learn English too so the cost is what the cost is and they understand what you are saying instead of explaining they don’t understand English.

Today I went there and have a neck &shoulder massage but did not get a service that I have expected and paid for. Even, I said a lady to do slow but she had done so hard and unprofessional way. The lady on the front charges me $5 for an extra 5min. Seriously dude?. They seem to focus on only money rather than providing service. Really dissapointed and does'nt reccomend to anyone!!

Good place for a much needed massage. It's my go to as it's close to home. It's just a tad too loud due to the small space, open doorway and lots of people. Not the best place if you want that full spa like experience but good enough if you are keen for a clean and professional massage :)

Was ignored twice trying to get a massage, having to repeat myself 3 times. then the male who did massage me had not idea how to properly massage, and was quite clearly sick sniffing constantly which he then passed whatever virus on. Should have just gotten up and left.

It used to be great, and maybe it depends who you get, but recently every time I go I’m super disappointed. I always have a full body massage with oil and in the last year they only do my back body, and it’s quite unpleasant laying face down for a full hour.

I have been to other massage places before but this one definitely is the best. Clean, well organised and well trained to give the best massage ever. It always has a lot of clients which just proves how popular they are. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Worst experience ever. Young girl didn’t know what she was doing while performing a massage, caught her checking her messages a couple times. English barrier made it extremely hard to complain. Been a few times to this place… won’t be returning

Honestly had an awful massage by an older lady. I normally have had great massages here before but she was so rough even though I just wanted to relax. Never asked me about pressure and when I told her it hurt she continued to be firm.

Very clean place with polite staff who go out of their way to give a great massage . Always helpful and you can request the type of massage and masseur to suit your preferences, often busy but worth the wait .

I had a terrible experience recently with a young man. I was reading Sammies review and it sounds like the same person. Lazy and painful, I will not go back. I tried to tell him but he did not listen to me.

Very happy with the quality of the massage and the price. Abby was very strong which I needed after cycling for a week. Now feeling vastly better and will pop in again befor I go back to Melbourne

Booked and paid upfront for an hour massage. After 35 mins was asked to dress and sit in the main area for the massage to be finished as they wanted to fit another person in the massage room.

Reflexology foot massage was very good. Beware price though - one amount as you go in - pay a higher price when you finish. And the lady pretends she can’t understand what you are saying.

First time here but amazing foot massage followed by head and neck! The chair was so comfortable I just laid back and enjoyed the massage. Will definitely be back

The staff are very friendly and professional. Undoubtedly one of the best massage centres in Hobart. I've had a couple here and they were excellent.

Had the BEST ever massage today with Mico. She is simply the best masseuse I have EVER had and I have had hundreds. Shame I dont live in Hobart

Amazing masseuses. All different but all excellent. Highly recommend their head, neck and shoulder massage & foot reflexology.

Had a neck and shoulder massage with Leo and it was great! He’s very friendly and my shoulders feel so much more relaxed now.

Not happy with masseurs there, be careful if you are a women, you may get more than you asked for disgusting.
