The service is hopeless. The staff in pretty careless. The most neglected object in the shop is always the customer. The staff would see you standing at the counter but wouldn't care to serve until you call them. During Covid Pandemic, there was a bit of sanitization and distancing being imposed by the shop which has gone for a toss currently. There are some customer self-serviced sections and shelves (shelves containing beauty products, snack, etc). This added extra risk if customer are not santized. The space inside the shop is a bit cranked due to the shelf arrangements. In such a condition and due to no distance being followed, the customer tends to pass brushing each other. Last but not the least, the billing take lot of time. They dont have enough card swipe machines taking into consideration the customers they cater. Even if there are machines, only one would be working a given time. I have even experienced the snatching of swipe machines within the staff member.

Bad service. I had ordered David Honitus and one shampoo. I asked for home delivery. Wanted medicine for my child. So they gave wrong delivery instead of Dabur Honitus they gave Dabur Honey. So I said no prob I requested for correct delivery. After 30 mins also no one came so I only called and inquired abt the delivery. The agent on the phone said now delivery is not possible it can b done in evening. I said firstly u all didn called me to inform if delivery is not possible, it’s when I called you are telling me and it’s ur mistake that u all delivered wrong item. I needed urgent for my child then what’s the use of ordering in morn. So why do u tell u all deliver things when required and no courteousy to call customer back

Earlier it used to be a good pharmacy and convenience store. Nowadays you are greeted with a tone and service as if these unpaid staff members are doing a big favor. 5 minutes before me a group of guys were served soft drinks and ice cream and when I asked politely for the same suddenly the rules changed. Shame on you losers go to Ambernath West Wellness Forever Such polite staff and so well behaved and I think even paid unlike you pathetic losers. I have been shopping from Wellness since 6 years But every time I visit it's a disgusting experience. Hope it doesn't fall on deaf ears !!! Losers

Most ridiculous medical store on the earth. Firstly, they do not have any basic medicines available. They only stock cosmetics, chivda and farsan. Today i called them for cough and cold medicines, to check if they deliver, so the reply comes that there is no staff as of now, staff will come after 1 hour then he will go to bombay for some official work and then when he comes we will send you the medicine. So till there work gets complete patients should suffer! Pathetic customer service. Its a third grade medical chain.

This shop was my one stop go for everything. But I am thoroughly disappointed with the newly appointed staff. They constantly shove unnecessary cosmetic brands down your throat for their commission. Recently, they rejected a perfectly okay 500 rs note just because it had some colour on it. Other medical shops had no qualms about it. Disappointed and they have lost a loyal customer. The staff is arrogant, rude and not at all courteous.

Not even deserve a single star. They are not working properly.. firstly he said that mam 1 hr madhe delivery houn jaail. So i ordered some medicine. i ordered medicines at 7:0pm. I didnt get it till 9:00pm so i called them and asked to send it next day morning. So the person said ok i mentiined it in ur order. But one cant beleive i got my order in midnight. 12:30 am. This was so disturbing for all of us. So much disappointed.

Bad experience with the staff of the night shift. He was so rude and so unmanned had no manners to tok to the customer. I was waiting in the billing counter for 10 mins and that staff was taking bills from ppl coming back of us. So when I asked him he was like they have just 1 product. Like it was funny answer but the way he spoke was so rude.. and he was without his ID card and no proper uniform. Bad experience.

Guys, don't depend on them. I placed an order with today at 1030 hrs via whatsapp and confirmed the same by call. A Person said it will be delivered post 12 noon today. The staff of this medical doesn't know how to talk to the customers. They talk to the ladies in the opposite manner. The staff there has abused me today, they say they won't give the medicine, then why is the medical opened? Miss behavior poor staff. Night shift staff very poor. Firstly it's not a medical its a grocery shop every other day there is a issue of online payment what if there is any emergency...they never pick up call. Very disrespective staff I'm going to complain about it on consumer court with all the evidences.this is really irresponsible behaviour

Delay of 3 hrs in delivery. That too wrong product delivered. Fresh delivery done after another half hour. Moreover, delivery chap telling that I am given additional discount whereas I had returned the first delivery and discount was given on second delivery only. Very poor service

very rude staff please avoid and try other stores they don't know how to behave and don't have politeness please recruit proper staff who know how to talk to customer and don't mock the customer in front of other customer they treat customer as worthless people and mock them

Update: Since last night they are misguiding. Once say medicine is avaialable and next moment refuse. What are you guys playing at? Good service and almost all Drugs are available. Helpful staff, just call for availability and confirm if prescription is needed. 24x7 service
