This is my favorite shopping center. I can get everything I need here. It has a butcher, fruit and vegetable store that only sells local produce, a health food store, a hairdresser, a newsagent, The Cheesecake Shop, Bakers Delight, Star Discount Chemist, Noodle Smart, Coles, Town Mode, a barbershop, Heavy Petal Florist, optical / dental store, OG Bakery, Smokemart, a boutique nail store, a fabulous cafe, a Ned's discount store, post office, a phone repair / accessories store. On the outside there's a Chia latte store, Vietnamese restaurant, burger place, ANZ ATM, REDI ATM, Pizza Hut and Sushi Train. Accessible from the car park is KFC and Dan Murphys. The whole place is wheelchair accessible from both front and rear carparks and has toilets including a disability toilet. This place has everything and the people are extremely friendly and helpful. I love this place and am there a lot. 's 's 's 's 's 's 's 's

A very handy small shopping complex. It has a decent sized Coles, hairdressers, Ned's (similar to Reject Shop/Cheap As Chips), Newsagent, Butcher, Sushi Train, Cafe Primo, Cheesecake Shop, Baker's Delight, Post Office, Chemists, Bakery, etc, etc. Outside the mall is a petrol station, and a KFC. Nearby is a BP On The Run as well as the main 24 hour outlet of Krispe Kreme! I have always been happy with the quality of the Coles shopping centre here, as well as the Baker's Delight, Green Grocer, Suchi Train, Chemist, etc. Can't think of any reason to stay away.

Always shop at Coles - great store. It has all my cat food & pet's milk, lovely fresh fruit & vegetables and specials that helpsme save money. I love Neds for gifts. There is a great post office with wonderful staff who are friendly & always helpful. The fruit & veg, cheesecake and butchers are great stores, too. Lastly, there is an atm that I can access at any time I need cash. Parking is free & easy to use with KFC close by if you feel like tske out & not cooking. Vicki

Astounded by the complete lack of care for people / customers by the maintenance staff. I was using the atm while a young guy using a electric blower walked straight up to me blowing dust, dirt and rubbish directly at me and did not stop until I asked he what he was doing, then proceeded to keep going. Great way to treat your customers - cover them in dirt and dust at 9am in the morning.

There’s not much here other than a large Coles. Otherwise, small stores like a bakery, chemist, Ned’s, Baker’s Delight, Cheesecake Shop etc provide what you need. Also a large Dan Murphy’s and KFC in the broader area. The highlights are Fancy Burger (newly opened) and Sushi Train. Otherwise, the car park has a few awkward corners to negotiate, and it could us an upgrade.

Probably a 3.5 stars. Reasonable sized shopping centre. Dominated on one side by Coles and the other side by Ned's. In between, a variety of shops to suit local and visiting shoppers - even a butcher, which is not common these days. Wheelchair accessible, with disabled parking. Adequate parking. Easily location - right on Port Road. A renovation update wouldn't hurt.

Welland shopping centre has a variety of stores inside the mall. Coles and the chemist are great. There is also a florist, butcher, cheese cake shop, bakers delight, post office, coffee shops, news agency, neds, pizza hut and other eateries. Apologies to the stores i omitted. Car park is hugh and free. There is also a kfc and dan murphys attached to the carpark

  • Bread and Butter

A bit run-down and loveless with an awkward car park (watch those cars departing the KFC drive through, there are some markings missing and they think they have the right of way). The Coles is small. A Cheesecake shop opposite Baker's Delight tries to cheer up the place, to little avail. The place saving the day is Sushi Train (see separate review there).

  • Aymon FOXC

It's not the cleanest or most modern looking place but it is quiet and the staff of the stores generally seem to have good manners. I suspect that Coles is deliberate reducing its range here and shifting things regularly to encourage customers to shop at one of the stores whose premises they own but this is also leading to customers abandoning the brand.

Coles, Bakers Delight, Star Discount Chemist, Best Butchers in Adelaide! Men's hairdresser, beauty saloon. Newsagents has closed now permanently, but lotto stand is new. This is a local set of shops, its no Westfield. Outside is Sushi, Korean, Tea house, Pizza. The Sushi place, must be the most popular sushi in country, always busy.

  • Kyle K

There are a lot of idiotic reviews on here. The centre is great & a good size for the area it services. It does need a facelift and the parking is awful to negotiate, but overall as a local resident we love going here. The staff are always friendly and remember us and if your low on supplies 95% of what you need can be found here.

  • Lindi Phillips

It's a great little shopping centre it always feel so spacious even when busy. Coles staff are awesome since Kilkenny closed its become my semi regular, the staff I'm sure must take happy pills, they all seem to happy and so helpful. The bakery near Coles have the Best little rolls, Ned's always looks pretty.

  • Lilian Huber

I visited Welland Plaza as they have Town Mode which used to be in the City and still has the same owner. The boutique is next to Coles. The clothing is trendy and accommodates a good range of ages and best of all the prices are reasonable. They sell Caroline Morgan, Stella and such brands xxx

  • Tania

A wonderful shopping centre easily accessible super cafe and Romeo's fooland has everything you need.Bakers delight plus two coffee ☕️ shops fresh baked goods. Opsm a laundrette Asian food shop and a great gym ️‍♀️ upstairs with plates hot yoga ‍♀️ weights beauty salon next door.

I went to Neds to look at their art supplies and found some Mini Modeling Tools 10 pieces for $9.95. To all you knitters out there the store has a full isle of (acrylic) wool the balls are still 100gm price $2.50ea. The Welland Plaza was well attended with Saturday shoppers.

  • Marie Ylikotila

Plenty of parking has lot of Disabled Parking. Lots of food places to choose from including for your sweet tooth people, as they have a Cheese Cake Shop with luscious looking Cheese Cakes. While it's not too big, but big enough with enough store to keep lit of people happy.

  • Patrick Low

Air conditioning is appauling. The inside looks dead and dreary. The toilets are disgraceful which leaves something to be said for the cleaning crew and what they do. Definitely stick to the eateries on the outside as the inside stores are something to be left undesired.

  • TIMOTHY CHARLES-HUNT (TINY-T07)

WHY DO U ASK SUCH STUPID QUESTIONS MOST QUESTIONS U CAN'T ANSWER A SIMPLE YES OR NO SO MAYBE U NEED 2 THINK ABOUT WHAT U R WANTING 2 KNOW FIRST THEN ASK IN A WAY THAT EVERYONE WILL UNDERSTAND WHAT U R ASKING SO THEN THEY CAN ANSWER IN A SIMPLE THAT U R ABLE 2 UNDERSTAND

  • Shane Butler

Good little shopping centre with plenty of on site parking. Home to Coles, a discount chemist, Australia Post, newsagency, butcher, bakers delight and more variety shops. Also houses a Pizza Hut, Sushi Train, gourmet burger restaurant & cheesecake shop.

  • Ujas Pandya

Pizzahut at Welland serves best pizza in town. I love the service and staff. I like how they look after customer. I was late for picking up my order and got pleasantly surprised when i got a text saying reminder that my order was ready to be picked up.

  • Aaron Morris

Well located. The plaza has every thing you could need for the weekly shopping. The butcher has great value meat packages. On the outside the Korean restaurant had some of the best sweet and spicy chicken I've had. Heaps of parking and disabled access.

  • Karen Wenham

Great little shopping centre. Post office, Neds, nails, bakery, Coles, newsagency. Hairdresser, fruit and veg, pharmacy, an inexpensive clothing shop, health shop with take away food outlets. Next door to Dans liquor store basically covers all needs.

  • Cherie Carson

I love this shopping centre. It's not an big centre. All the staff in each shop are friendly. The Disabled parking available is by the entrance of the centre. Also all the car parking is close to the centre. Enjoy your shopping.

  • Tony James

A small shopping centre with facilities including Coles Supermarket, Post Office, Newsagent, Bakery, Fruit & Veg, Butcher, Chemist inside & more including a few eateries. Parking is usually available within a short distance.

  • Stephan Clark

Smallish shopping centre but has a large supermarket, fruit and veg shop, barbers, florists, bakers and butchers . Parking is a bit curious. I usually come in from Grange Road down Frederick St and park in the rear car park

  • Bridy Bartsch

Regular little OK place. I visited meds and Coles. There's also a baker's delight, cheese cake shop, small cafe, sushi, burger place, post office, bookshop type place and some clothing shops.. And a Dan murphies bottlo...

  • Levi Stock

Great place to shop here. Many good shops to visit...Neds, Post Office, bakery, Coles, KFC, Sushi Train and not far away is Dan Murphy's. Carpark is a pain on a busy day but overall this plaza is a great place.

  • James England

Dated, but has a couple of gems. Miss Piccolo's cafe, and Heavy Petal florist. Coles is nothing special. Ned's has a great range. Fruit shop closed down, which is a shame, the centre needs something like that.

  • Stuart

It's an older shopping centre but has quite a few great shops like a Bakery, Optometrist, Newsagent and a Coles plus an up market variety store Neds. Great coffee at Miss Piccolos. Plenty of parking available.

  • Joe Sperenini

With Covid and mask wearing smaller shopping centres like Welland Plaza are ideal for singles, couples and families - young or old. Coles is the main supermarket. Lots of shops. Small and large. Easy parking.

  • Beau Collins

Possesses the basic necessities for a shopping complex of it's size. Only downfall is the second parking space behing where the bakery is located is extremely small and somewhat problematic to maneuver.

  • Vanessa Nunn

Awesome local place to shop. It's got all the essentials like Coles, fruit shop, butcher and post office. Some interesting little shops as well. Parking can be a bit tricky sometimes but good location.

  • Cherie Carson

Great most of the shop have friendly staff. I like how the disability parking spaces are close to the center. So when we finsh shopping at Coles we do not need to push the trolly very far to the car.

  • Naomi

Convenient small shopping centre comprising of Coles Supermarket, Post Office, local butcher, Cheese Cake Shop, Newsagent, Neds, Baker’s Delight, chemist, barber and more. Large carpark available.

  • Matt Obrien

  • Shaheen Miranda

There's a Coles here, a fresh fruit and vegetables shop, which always has some things at discounted prices. Then there's also a butcher, gift shop, and a few other stores as well. Convenient.

  • liam convey

Got a a rockmelon here once, will never forget it! Edit: 9 months later it turns out I can not recall this rockmelon at all.. Maybe this place is not all I thought it was cracked up to be.

  • Jill Fowler

It seems removing people from the mall who are homeless has stopped. I have seen people sitting in the mall. There are no longer any security guards. I commend management for listening.

  • Paul Denisoff Real estate sales

Great little shopping centre with everything that you need butcher, baker & candle stick maker! Coffee shop, pharmacy, green grocer, variety gift shop, newsagents, supermarket. …

  • Natasa Kostic

It doesn't not have a good range of shops but Coles, Post office, Newsagent, Chemist warehouse and tobacconist are handy to have in one place. Parking spaces are always available.

  • Jub Jub

I definitely went here but can't remember why, is this a perfect shopping centre. If you need food, clothes, stationery or a great deal other things you are in the right place.

  • Muhammad Amin

  • Simon Rofe

The Coles has the worst range I have seen in a city store. The range of shops in the centre is good for a small mall. Lots of options for meals. In winter the mall is cold.

  • Dee Kay

Has all you need; Coles, bakeries, hairdressers, butcher, fruit shop, plenty of places to eat. Lots of disability parking but other parking is a bit all over the places.

One of the older style stores with less shelf space and will often be out of stock by the end of the day. Very friendly staff do help to make up for it.
