I contacted Weathersafe Roofing to look at what I thought were a couple of leaks. When Paul came to look at the leaks, his thorough inspection revealed that the damage was much worse than I had thought. Rather than just go ahead with the repair, he called me up and showed me clearly what all the damage was and would not proceed until I had been made fully aware of what was involved. Later, when the tiles were being removed to repair the source of the leak, further damage to the lead, wooden beams and valley was discovered. Again, I was consulted before any further work went ahead. The team made a huge effort to complete the work before forecasted bad weather arrived. It was a friendly, hard-working crew who did an excellent job, a job which has protected my house from further water damage and which has more then stood up to the heavy rain and strong winds of recent weeks. Declan's team completed a roof job for me last year. I required their services again to provide a quote for skylight windows and installation more recently. I was concerned about some very old attic windows which were starting to become water damaged and needed replacing. I was also worried about how long it might take to have them replaced and fitted. Declan could not have been more helpful - his team came when they said they would, assessed the work required and provided me with a competitive quote to source and install exactly what I needed. Declan knew I was under pressure to get the work completed and within 2-3 days he had his team onsite. The guys arrived exactly when they said they would, were very friendly, efficient and professional throughout the job which was completed to the highest standards. I came across Declan and his team by accident, just before Christmas when i spotted his vans on our road. I had been looking for someone for months to insulate a flat roof extension and to fix a leak in the skylight. Declan kindly offered to pop in to have a look and see if he could help. He gave me a really good quote and squeezed in the job on a Friday in between a big job starting on the Monday. His friendly, efficient and professional crew arrived and completee the job in one day without fuss and the back yard was actally cleaner when they left. I highly recommend Declan and the team. I have had many household renovations completed over the years. Never before have I been given a job price and time scale where both of which have been 100% accurate. They had to remove my entire kitchen extension roof as it was leaking like a sieve. Declan and his team were highly recommended to me by a work colleague and I in turn would not hesitate to recommend them. Can't recommend the team at Weathersafe roofing enough. Had an issue of roof Damage and within 2 hrs of my initial call someone had been out to inspect and get sorted for me. Highly recommend if your looking for fast reliable and skilled tradesman. Considering other quotes I'd received from companies who wouldn't be able to get out to me until following day very reasonable pricing too.

Very impressive and professional service - Declan and his colleague called to inspect a damaged gutter and having discovered that it was very easily sorted out, he had it fixed in a minute and wouldn't hear of accepting payment. Very disappointed. No invoice supplied proir to work. Nothing in writing even up to when when demanding payment to the van driver. Stick left holding up slates. Cement fell off roof 4 dayd later. Job done in October, they still have not returned dispite numerous requests.

Very nice to deal with, came out as soon as they could to fix a leaking skylight. It needed to be replaced and from the inspection to installation it was very quick with great communication from Declan. They did a great job, would definitely use them again in future.

Declan recently dropped everything to come and fix a fallen chimney. This attention and care to deal with an emergency was very laudable and we cannot say how much we appreciated him and his team. I would unhesitatingly recommend Declan. A superhero without a cape!!

While my leak was fixed after a couple of attempts and the final job was well done, one of the roofers damaged a window pane. Declan promised he would fix it but this has not happened. Very unprofessional and disappointed with this company.
