Extremely disappointed with Waves Car Wash. Despite being promised a clean within 2 hours, my car was untouched even after five hours. When I returned after my shopping the youngest staff member nonchalantly admitted they had forgotten about my car, displaying zero remorse. The lack of accountability and the staff's indifference to the situation is unacceptable. It's incredulous that after a five-hour wait, they found their error amusing rather than apologetic. Highly dissatisfied with the service and the disregard for customers' time and expectations. They were not even bothered to say a simple sorry for forgetting to wash the car.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME! If I could rate lower I would! Thought it’d be convenient to drop off and shop, but no. 2 weeks ago dropped off for a basic wash and told wait time would be 1 hr, came back 2 hrs later and they stated another 45mins and so I said forget it and left. They then offered me a free wash to compensate, which I brought it back today. They put in as much effort as I paid for! Tyres had brake dust, asked for the interior windows to be cleaned but were not, plenty of places on the exterior missed altogether. Certainly won’t be giving a third chance! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME!

They scratched my car with 2 small scratches and 1 big one on the hood. The employees all spoke a foreign language to each other denied what they have done. I have photo evidence of what materials, machines and clothes they use to wipe your vehicles to be uploaded later, the matter has been reported to the ACCC. They owner on the phone said he will provide video footage which they never did. The whole place is filthy and dirty, no clean clothes to be seen anywhere. DO NOT RISK YOUR VEHICLES HERE!

I had a great experience. Last minute decision to drop off my car full of dog hair, sand, baby toys and even a few gold clubs and they did it for me in 45 minutes while I ran into the shops. Car was so clean and very well priced. Was very happy and will be back. Thanks guys

If I could rate lower I would. This was a convenient way to shop and clean.. don’t bother taking your car here. Service is horrible. The car was cleaner on drop off. They invited me back to clean the car again. Seriously don’t bother.

Just went there a couple days ago, it was really busy cus the boxing day. Boys there did a very good job just over half an hour which was really fast. My car is sparkling clean inside out, and smells nice too.

I wash my 2 cars here on a regular basis The guys are always very efficient,friendly & thorough. My cars sparkling clean with a brilliant shine …
