The worker that had a mask but had it under her chin the whole time She turned off the dryer while it was in use for me. She took her time to unlock the lint filter clean the lint filter- each minute I pay for and she stole time from the drying and so I asked for a refund. She said why? I didn’t want to argue further with an ignorant disrespectful person so I walked away upset. How dare she- she knows we pay for every minute on those dryer; we all know the dryer needs the right period of time based on size of load to do it’s job, but if it’s less than what we paid for why would she think it’s right what she did? I had to wipe the folding clothes table, paper napkin was disgusting afterward. I also saw the worker do a wash fold service, with her bare hands aren’t they suppose to use clean gloves when handling undergarments and customers clothing? This was Sunday evening about 7 pm./ 03/19/23 UPDATE: So Girls and Guys, based on the merchant response looks like they don’t consider a paying customer’s concern and that we’re telling the truth. Today I came in to do laundry and the redhead made some sarcastic remarks to me. I can take being hated on, I’m fine. I just hope they don’t do it to other hardworking people just trying to get their laundry done peacefully. Btw, some weird brown ball of mixed paper and other materials that looked gross was in the dryer I used. Clean place as promised ? I can vouch it’s not. I hoped that it didn’t cause any of my clean dried clothes to be infected with anything that could affect my health. I have to wear these clothes all week : / I cleaned the table again with a paper towel and alcohol and table was filthy- pictures posted of course, but what a shame; now I have insecurity of my clothes being dried with some toxic ball of trash.

I normally would not take the time to review a laundromat, but my service here was so wonderful that it deserves a review. This laundromat is extremely clean and the washers work very fast. It just opened last week and everything inside is brand new. The washers are super high tech and weigh your clothes so it knows exactly how long to wash them. They have small, medium, large, and super large washers. For reference one super large washer could hold my queen sized sheets, king sized comforter, 2 large blankets and a throw blanket. Their dryers are HUGE and work very well- I had a load of jeans and towels and it only took 22 minutes to dry. They also use cards that you tap on the washers (very cool) and you can register your card so that if you lose it they can get you a new card with the same amount on it! They also have a seating area with a TV for while you are waiting. The washers are a little more expensive but it is worth it because of how fast they go and how clean your clothes get. Also If you sign up on their website you get a free $20 credit, so it more than balanced out! The best thing about this laundromat was the service. The manager Ivan chatted with me, showed me how everything worked, and showed me how to get the $20 credit. I had ALOT of laundry and he helped me take it out of my car, and then when I was done he and the other manager Rose (I believe that was her name) helped me put it back into the car and Rose even offered to help me fold everything. I have never had such good service at a laundromat! They also offer a sort+wash+fold service for a per pound fee, which I should have taken advantage of because I had sooooo much stuff. I will probably do that next time. It was very nice and felt super high end!

Recent experience July 29 As much as i like this place i am very upset that two of my pillows literally blew up in the washer....one was made with latex foam pieces and had cost me 40 bucks.....and the other pillow was less but it tore both sides of it and foam pieces also came out......both less than six months old.....they don't reimburse......also my fairly new comforter got so twisted up it lost all of its light and fluffy look. I thought the dryer would help fluff it up but the lining inside the comforter remained clumpy.....not much use now so i lost 3 expensive items......the dryer took 3 times as much time as the last time i was there too dry the thicker items and i spent 30 dollars total for 3 large washers and 3 dryers.......but lost important items....very sad.....VERY...... I trusted it there as i washed the same items a few months back...so WHY this time. First experience: Roseanne was sooooooo helpful in assisting me claim my $20 free laundry coupon and then showing me how the machines work......i was able to wash 3 super extra large loads of two comforters each washer and in just minutes and then dried in 11 minutes...UHMMM WOW!!!!......Super clean place....nice people....telling my bestie to go there....THANK YOU for the help and my coupon.

Very Clean! The machines here are very advanced as far as technology goes. The washers extract the water from your clothing and the dryers dry so good! You don't even have to add a lot of time making the laundry experience short ,sweet and simple! And another thing that makes it so awesome is that it's card operated and you add money to the card credit or debit and they even have a contactless pay!! And Wifi! I knoww!!! The whole time I was there there were people cleaning the machines and let's not forget that cool looking colorful machine at the top of the washers. it's a SANITIZER! EXTRACTING GERMS (i.e.covid, common cold) FROM YOUR CLOTHING AS IT WASHES!!! FOR NO EXTRA COST!!! They aren't 24hrs though, last load to wash at 9pm... Needless to say, I'm in laundry heaven and will return!!! Oh last thing, the machines text you whenever your loads are finished and if something gets left behind in one of your washer and dryers they give it back to you because your linked to your machine!! A winter hat and a sock was recovered for me! When does that happen!? Okay I'm done for real!

I personally have not a single bad thought nor experience washing at Wave max!" Your facility was surprisingly clean. Cleaner than most other laundromats. The attendant(s) that were there were prompt & very courteous at helping with whatever you were needing at the time. And I like the fact that you have a designated spot for children to watch what they want on the TV to keep them out of the way of your washing. Especially whenever you have to get washing done. The last thing you need is to be running around after your children making sure they're not getting into anything. That's because they're occupied by the television and and in a certain spot of the laundromat. So therefore I personally would recommend anybody & everybody to wash their all the time. The only thing is if you had it 24 hours it will probably be a whole lot more customers that you would get you should consider that if you don't already have some locations that are 24 hours. All in all more than a five star rating for myself thank you.

I came here and I have nothing but fantastic experience. The experience started with the attendant Ivan. He was so phenomenal and so courteous. I came in to wash at 855pm. I had about 12 loads of laundry. Not only did he offer to stay late but he helped me wash dry and fold MG clothes. The machines were unbelievable- I paid a hefty price for thr machined but they were so well worth it. I would have gladly paid $15 for the wash. My clothes were brand new. They smelled fresh. When I got them out of the washer it was already dry. I was amazed. Their dryers were state of the art. Tell me why it only took 2 dryers and only 20 minutes to fully dry my clothes. At other laundry mats u would have easily waited 35 to 40 minutes for my clothes to be dried. The store was so clean. The restrooms were spotless. I felt like this was the Bentley of laundromat. I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!!

Very odd place too many workers act like their at home . The blonde worker guess she's newhad her daughter In the office socks on feet up literally like she was at home whike she sat some where away from office gave him a free wash card my nanna is extremely vigilant she's the one that saw it all plus music was Blasting like a club our ears were hurting the other lady that works in there does the same thing she only caters to ppl she thinks will tell on on her basically does same as the new girl they act like their at home . The attendant was nice and polite. We came in late and had a lot of laundry to do. She went out of her way to call someone and have the "$20 in free laundry" cards made for myself, my boyfriend, and another customer. I would suggest improving on the overall vibe and comfort of the place. We were a bit turned off my the seemingly sketchy characters who were there and the 2 black eyes the attendant had; bless her heart. Awesome machines. Almost to a fault because we couldn't tell if the clothes were clean enough. But that's the magic of fast machines. Personally, I will take more time for a definite clean.

Suzanne was the best. I could barely get in the door and she was ready to assist. Very nice and helpful. She walked me through on how to us the facility step-by-step. She multitasked and interacted with every customer. From cradle to grave she was there to help. The facility is large and can accommodate every need (she walked me through everything) regardless of family size. I washed some very large, and delicate comforters and blankets. The price was right. $1.88 was cheap to dry. Last everything from the parking lot to the back wall was spotless.

I love this place. Starters I drive from Alamo ranch all the way to this place to do my laundry. One the place is always clean. Two ROSE ANN. She is amazing she always has a smile on her faces loves talking to everyone who comes in and she even greets me with a cart at the door to help load my baskets inside. She very professional and friendly if you have any questions on services or how things work. The washers always clean my clothes and the dryers heat so well. It’s the best place to do your laundry if you ask me.

This is the best laundromat service I've come across in my area. The place is always CLEAN! Nice restrooms too! Charlie, the proprietor, is always friendly and welcoming. Nora is always working hard with a friendly smile and a helpful attitude. There's always plenty of room to do my laundry. Very open and spacious. The machines use dollar coins y'all! What an old-school treat. Well worth your drive and time. They also provide laundry service for you if you don't have the time. Hands down, The Best.

Roseanne and Patrice do a great job. The staff is friendly and helpful. This place is clean, new, modern and next to Starbucks. Smallest washer starts at $2.25. The dryer I used was 65 cents for 11 minutes on high heat. The dryers work really well. Eleven minutes should be enough to dry your cloths. If you have something thick you can add time. The snacks are reasonable. If you forget your soap they sell some here. They also have a UV sanitizing system which eliminates 99% of germs. See Images.

I love this place I’ve been going there since day 1. Everything is always clean. Staff is very helpful have really great customer service . The manager Roseann is awesome she has a very great personality. Patricia , Elizabeth, Jonathon great staff. Also love the sanitizer system they have(no one else in San Antonio has it) . I Just love this place 1st time here got the royal treatment by Amanda she is amazing and super helpful. My clothes does not smell musty..the other staff members are also so helpful good advice concerning machines. They have Hot Water here yayyy. But not necessarily need to wash in hot water. The way machines was the clothes is very interesting come and check them out.. I will be returning this will be my to go laundromat...!!! One happy customer ☺️

The brand new location on Babcock and 410 is super clean and Ivan, (on duty) was very helpful, not just to me but to every single customer that entered. Great location and clothes came out clean. Having two large dogs and living in Texas heat; makes for issues come laundry day. But not here, not a hair one on any clothing or linen. Awesome!!! Thx so much, I will make this my only laundromat.!!

From start to finish it was a great experience! Very clean facility and was also helped by a nice lady, Elizabeth, who helped explain everything to a T. I have not used a washeteria in over 10 years and was a little suprised how nice this place was. Also, it was refreshing how genuinely nice Elizabeth was, which is lacking at most establishments, but not here. Highly recommend this place!

Super clean, well kept, and great environment. Added bonus that they have a step stool for people who are short like me. Extra sanitation system give extra peace of mind that my clothes will be clean, especially given I work in healthcare and get exposed to all sorts of germs and viruses. Roseanne is super friendly and helpful, makes you feel welcomed. Will be back again soon.

The facility is big and beautiful! Very reasonably priced. I felt very comfortable seeing there was staff present and the place is well lit with security cameras. I was immediately drawn to the manager Roseann, she has such a warm and inviting spirit and she was very helpful showing me how to set everything up! I will definitely be recommending others and returning!

Great experience from the time I walked in! RoseAnne the manager is very helpful and accommodating. It's my first time coming to a laundromat in our city, and she did not hesitate to explain and walked me through the whole process. Laundry experience was quick (less than an hour) and clean! First time there today to wash a large comforter that doesn’t fit in my home machine. Roseanne, their attendant, was very friendly and helpful. Love that it is all card operated-no coin and no cash! $7 to wash and dry the comforter. Their machines extract more water than other laundromats so the dry time is super fast. Took 22 minutes to dry a king size comforter.

The guy working was extremely helpful and wasn't upset or anything negative towards me when I was still trying to finish my laundry after 10. I felt so bad that it took me so long and I was going as quick as I could and he was patient and even helped me get my stuff out to my car. He did it all with a smile too. My room mate and I discovered Wavemax Laundry in early July. We like the experience so much we went back this month. What we liked the large washing machines and the idea that they sanitize your clothes during the wash cycle. When we were using our own washer it would take 6 to 8 loads to wash. At Wavemax it only took 3 loads to wash all of our clothes.

Loved this place the minute I walked in. It's large and you do not feel at all that you in a tight place. The machines are awesome and have this sanitizer system that removes germs from your clothes. All of my clothes dried in 22 minutes each load. The owner was very kind and assisted me with my questions. Definitely worth every cent!!

What an amazing place to do my laundry. The washers can be REALLY large or just the right size. It took me exactly 30 minutes per load to both wash and dry. The staff is amazing and it sooo CLEAN! I will be back. For the first time in my life after having 7 children I can honestly say that I love doing laundry now!!

THE best laundromat I’ve ever used. Lots of well working machines that use cards not quarters. LOVE the LUX UV light technology system they use that kills viruses and bacteria in your wash. Clothes come out smelling so fresh. The lovely ladies who work here are so kind and helpful and keep the place super clean.

Machines are always clean the whole place is very clean and quiet. They have snacks and drinks you can purchase from an attendant that is always there until closing. No matter what time you go they will always be a machine or more available washing or drying. That's why I go out of my way to go wash 20 min away.

As a person who was a laundromat attendant, this place was very well kept. My problem was being pushed out by someone whom I'm not sure was even employed there and coming home with damp clothes. That was a problem after my money is exhausted on my card. I will not return this laundromat.

I did my own laundry but did get help from the attendant there I believe his name is Ivan, he was very helpful in explaining how to get started he even helped in unloading and loading my baskets to and from car. Very nice atmosphere and I’m really liking it. I’ve already gone back twice.

Attendant was great! Clean, Fast and affordable. Did 10 loads in 1 hour for $25 large 6 load was only $5 for washing. Large effective dryers only took 20 min for towels. .60 cents for 11 min. Well be using this place regularly.
