It was either my 5th or 6th visit to Wavehouse. It has always been a pleasure being here, and I have also been “advertising” this restaurant to my friends, until something terrible happened today. The ribs is what I ordered every time, and I always instructed the chef to remove the BBQ sauce as it’s too sweet to my Asian taste, and let’s be fair, the ribs without sauce are succulent, flavored and well presentable enough for myself, my family, and any of the friends I brought to Wavehouse. And even if the waiters would tell me the chef prefers to have the BBQ glaze on, having heard the reason, they have always been very helpful and thoughtful to take out the BBQ glaze from my ribs. Surprisingly, my request got rejected by the assistant general manager Dean today, guess what? Apparently himself was beyond worried that the ribs won’t look nice to other guests’ eyes when seeing it not covered with sauce!!! I’m very disappointed to know a cruel fact that a chef and a restaurant manager actually care more about food presentation or the “book cover” rather than the guest’s feeling or the “content”who will be enjoying the food. I asked what if I’m allergic to BBQ sauce? What if I have my own preference on the food? If you don’t care about what a guest like, what’s the point of asking how I’d like to have my steak? He came back to me as if I’m the person who brought up a stupid request, and said the sauce was modified and there is no chance to be allergic. Hello Dean, don’t be so arrogant, you are not a doctor!!! I kept asking, are you sure you want to force a guest to eat something they don’t like? His answer is, yes, I do. Fine, if this is the reason to decline a regular and potential guests, then I have to admit this restarant manager and chefs are “food fascists”. Running a restaurant doesn’t only require passion or good appearance on the exterior. The interior also matters the big time, the soft skills of the staff (we apparently talking about the entry level of management here), how to be agile and flexible and find a win-win solution under certain circumstances. I don’t see why can’t the restaurant offer to serve the sauce on the side as alternative. However, if it’s your decision to maintain the current stubborn way of treating guest and continue ignoring guests’ feedback, you will see the difference one day. Also, a big thanks to wavehouse general manger Tahdd, a cool guy who tried to apologize and comfort me. Thank you, but let’s find a solution to this. Why do we care so much about presentation? Check out my picture comparison below, does the rib with sauce really look better? Nah...it looks burnt, and the night-club like lights during night in your restaurant won’t justify the food colors anyway, nobody has the time to look at neighbors’ food and start judging about it. Come on, people have better things to do.

I had a delightful dining experience at Wavehouse, Atlantis the Palm, and I must say it left a lasting impression on me. The setup at Wavehouse is fantastic, offering both indoor and outdoor seating areas, which makes it the perfect spot to enjoy a meal after spending time in the water. My group and I opted for an outdoor table next to the portable water A/C, and it was a fantastic choice. The ambiance was relaxed, and we were treated to a refreshing breeze. For starters, we ordered the Nachos and the Greek Salad. The Greek Salad was incredibly refreshing, with crisp vegetables and a tangy dressing that awakened the taste buds. The Nachos were a real treat, bursting with flavor and the perfect accompaniment to our evening. Moving on to the main course, I ordered the Fish and Chips, which came with a side of sweet peas and fries. The fish was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the fries were deliciously golden and crispy. The sweet peas added a delightful touch of sweetness to the dish. When it came to drinks, I tried both the Pinacolada and the Three Shades of Grey Iced Tea. Both were amazing in their own right. The Pinacolada was a tropical delight, while the Three Shades of Grey Iced Tea had a unique and refreshing flavor profile. To end our meal on a sweet note, we indulged in the Apple Crumble and a fruit salad bowl. The Apple Crumble was a comforting dessert, and the fruit salad bowl provided a light and healthy contrast. Overall, our dining experience at Wavehouse was a memorable one. The combination of great food, a relaxing atmosphere, and attentive service made it a perfect evening. I highly recommend giving Wavehouse, Atlantis the Palm, a visit for a fun and delicious dining experience. It's a place where good food and good memories come together.

My Family and ne went to Wavehouse for Dinner spontaneously on Saturday evening. Seating wasn't available inside at 7:30pm but we got a table outside which was OK despite it was still warm. Service was very friendly and attentive: smiling all the time and coming to our table several times asking if we need something... However, what made up my decision to give only 3 stars was the food! My wife and me ordered Wavehouse-Burger with fries. While the fries were OK the Burger was absolutely disappointing: it was rather a Bun with a patty. After lifting the upper Bun carefully I could spot a small melted part of cheese - so thin, that the patty was shining through..... That's it! I couldn't spot some sauce or anything else on the burger. There was one! small piece of lettuce and one! Slice of tomato lying beside the burger. Assuming this was simple a decoration of the platter they brought, my wife choked this could be part of the Burger so she removed the top bun and placed her decoration on top of the cheese to have at least a little freshness coming with every bite .... Given the fact that Wavehouse Burger is charged at DHS 100 I need to admit that BurgerKing is doing it better at a price of DHS 29 ! FamousDave's Burgers coming at a price of around DHS 75 are way better, bursting with flavour and juiciness ... This is really a shame - especially as I am wondering why it might be too expensive for them to put the items together on the burger which are described in the menu....!? We asked them if this is the right burger and they said yes! For us it's not the right location, despite the vibe and view being really good!

Wavehouse, Atlantis If you’re looking for an action-packed night out, Then do visit Wavehouse, Atlantis. The vibe of this place is so cool and trendy. Excellent restaurant and family friendly atmosphere. Alongside a colourful and lively four-lane bowling alley, there’s a large upstairs area packed full of arcade games, VR games and a soft play area for the kids. There’s a separate bar area, as well as a restaurant, to refuel at too – plus expansive outside terrace with views of the wave rider and large, swinging chairs. Here’s what we tried; Starters; Rainbow burgers Charred corn salad Nachos Prawn Tempura Main course: Salmon fillet Rib eye beef steak Wavehouse special beef burger Desserts; Chocolate fondant Chocolate sundae Drinks; Shake it up Shoreline highball Stylish smoker Everything was exquisite in taste, Thank you for much wave atlantis for inviting me and the amazing hospitality. WaveHouse is in Atlantis at the last point of the palm. It's a cool place with arcade games and bowling, and they have a nice bar where sometimes they get a band that plays commercial music. Haven't tried the food, but it is what you'd expect, finger foods, burgers, and some other platters. They also have a large variety of draft beer, which is the best thing about this place. The service is not the fastest but the waiters are very friendly! The best thing to do at this place is to have a beer while bowling or while listening to the band play. One thing to try when entering the place there is at this big dome at the entrance (where there's the sign of warehouse), if one person stands facing one of the sides of the dome and another person stands on the opposite side, whenever the first person speaks lightly, the other will listen clearly! Must be an architectural trick, check it out yourself!

Overall experience was just fine. Service was ok. not the A experience that u expected since it is atlantis out of all the rules and regulations. Should have been more when u seat and dine in the restaurants or bars right?. Food portions was reasonable, taste is good. Except for the Bbq Pork Ribs it could have been better It tastes like ordinary BBQ Sauce. Anyway, We are after the vibe and the band of the place to have our dinner. Unfortunately when the band started. It was a dismay. It's like drunk people that hold the mic and more of the beats than the sound of their voices. The place could have been more upbeat knowing that there is a band. Hence, you would just have preferred to listen to the background songs. Rather them playing. They wer like acting that they are nailing it. But we cannot even hear the voices because its more of the sound of the instruments. Sorry but they can do more as real artists.

First of all, You have to try their pineapple cocktail that’s actually served in pineapple! It’s so cute and matches well with its Bali concept vibe. Terrace is Balinese/Hawaiian concept pub&bar while inside is more like arcades, bowling pub, which will entertain you a lot. I’ve been there twice, tried their poke bowl and lasagna, and onion rings. Poke bowl was nice, not the best (not gonna lie) but it’s good and healthy! Lasagna was good too, hanging onion rings as per the pictures were good, the dough is a bit thick but they were cute enough to entertain us with their decoration. It will become our go-to-place. I could see many family with kids, couples, friends. This place is just for everyone. Recommend reservation for weekends. It was hard to grab waiters attention somehow. So i just walked up to them to order, which I don’t mind at all.

Fun place! The layout is done in a very nice way, where playing games and just hanging out don't clash with each other, but can still entertain each other. There's a lot do: bowling, the arcade hall, playing pool, sitting on swings at the bar and even surfing(!). We had a live band playing that night too, which was really nice during dinner. There was some space for dancing, but not many people were into it. We had a bit of a funny situation where we ordered the same cocktail a couple of times and they looked different each time, but it didn't make them any less delicious. The place feels catered to tourists mostly, so don't go for a "Dubai experience" except for the fact that it's a complete entertainment package!

Food is nice I super like the skin potato with cheese and sour cream, pizza is good, quinoa salad is nice and burrata is ok. Would be better if the waiters cut the burrata and serve it in customers plate family friendly place for kids older than 5 years old in my opinion. Family can play bowling and kids can play video games upstairs, collect tickets and redeem them for gifts and spend good time and also good money the thing is when I left I had to wait for 30 minutes for my car which was bit inconvenient in a hot weather

Great food options after a long fun day at the park! Pro: they have pork - con: I wish they were more generous in their portions I shared their Wavehouse beef burger and the poke bowl with pork and they were both delicious, but honestly small Others with us tried the pork sausage and the Wavehouse cheese burger - they enjoyed both They have happy hour starting 5:30pm (not sure what time it ends) and have great prices for beer pints, amongst other things There was a band playing for 30mins that was also very enjoyable

DAY 2 : Was a long ,hyper and extravaganza emotion Night. We had dinner which included Turkey and Vegetable pizzas ,chicken wings, nachos , sardines ,fries with refreshing amazing Mojitos at @wavehousedubai located in @atlantisthepalm . Live Djs, music ,bowling and arcade games! What else you can ask for . This was the first time after years I enjoyed in my life for myself. Lovely team of @google and other @googlelocalguides from around the world enjoying and having the great whole day together ,sharing, clicking pictures, socializing ! This was something we have been missing in your lives in this busy world...

If you are looking for a place to chill &hangout with fam, this is the best place for you! We went on a weekend, social distancing protocols are strictly implemented and they ensure that all guest must follow the same. Food is superb! So If you plan to go: -you must book a reservation at least 3 days of your arrival. Table is for 3 hrs. -bowling is on first come, first serve basis. Upon arrival approach the bowling reception to reserve for bowling alley. (In our case, we waited for 1.5hrs which is fine, as we ordered food first) -they have billiards too! 50aed for 30mins and 100aed for an hour.

I’m glad they updated google maps as before it wasn’t showing that this place is at Atlantis and a lot of my friends got lost. You enter from the Avenues, the same place as if you were going to Aquaventure waterpark. A super fun place to hang with your friends complete with food & drinks, an outdoor chill area overlooking the surf rider, an indoor jungle gym for kids and a bowling alley and arcade games for that child within. They also serve pork! We had a great time celebrating our friends farewell just wish the wait staff were more readily available and alert.

Visited the restaurant for lunch with kids & we had an amazing time. Miro(not sure if I spelt right, from Serbia) our table server was professional, humble & helpful. Service was spot on, food was sumptuous and they do have a vegan menu option. Outdoor and indoor seating options available. Restrooms at the outlet are well appointed and was kept clean. As we visited, right after aquaventure kids were hungry and Miro was switched-on to get kids food quicker. Falafal wrap & poke bowl tasted superb. Would love to return & recommend this venue.

This is the place to be! It was my first time eating out in dubai and I wasn't disappointed. The food was on point. The service however not so much. Even though we made a prior booking it took them ages to get us seated..after the wait they just placed us in the middle of the room and yet other people where getting better places. Can't help but wonder if there was a certain "criteria" they were using to give out tables. It was a busy day for sure but they could have been nicer to customers. Other than that the food for me was excellent.

The vibes are so good. We had a table at the aquaventure side to dine in. Menu included casual and good food including beverages. Whenever you want to have a break from the water park you can just chill at wavehouse for a break. They have indoor side of the restaurant but you have to be dry to sit and dine inside. They also have the bowling area and arcade area for kids and family. So much fun there! Try the greek salad so refreshing

Went there with family for dinner to celebrate my brother’s birthday. James was amazing, his attention and service were excellent and he was very professionally mannered. We asked him if he could bring over a cake and sing happy birthday to my brother and he was more than happy to do it even though the place was packed and he seemed very busy, he just managed to make time for us and provide us with a personalized experience!

Zero star experience. I made a reservation for a special event, but the staff was Unattentive. When we called them, they would walk away with "ok I'll be with back" and "I'll ask our manager". When I walked up to the negligent waiter, he acted like he didn't notice me while he messed with his device, and later responded with "I'll ask my manager". Either replace your staff, or retrain them. Either way, I'm not coming back here again

This place is great. Brilliant food menu amd bar menu. Very much like a cross between TGI and a good old American bar. You can shoot pool, play bowling, arcade games or simply sit in the restaurant amd listen to the live band. And the staff are amazing. Special mention to Michael who's attention to detail is second to none. We've been regular diners here whilst we've stayed at the Atlantis and haven't had a bad meal. Recommend the buffalo wings, salads and frozen cocktails!

Such bad customer service i was waiting for so long and I had to get the menu myself since the waiter wasn’t doing his job. No utensils, no napkins, no condiments on the table. Wouldn’t even bring everything when we asked. Food is expensive AND mediocre. Not worth it. One star because one of the waiters was a cutie.

My son celebrated his 16th birthday at Warehouse. Bowling with dinner afterwards. Unfortunately they put a group of 16 year old kids beside the stage for the dinner, without being able to talk and celebrate the birthday because of the loud music. And this with two weeks upfront booking and well known that it supposed to be a birthday dinner of a kids group. And on top of that, the band rejected to sing a birthday song!

Best cheese burger I've had in a while. Try their wavehouse cheese burger for a cheat day out. Totally worth it. Love how family friendly this place is. A casual bar and restaurant with the whole family in mind. A perfect spot for your games night too. Great service and polite staff. Highly impressed with how cute and clean their washroom is. Would love to try other things on the menu if I ever go back there.

Wavehouse, is a perfect entertainment destination. The venue is split between indoor and outdoor activities and comes with a restaurant, terrace, adult-only bar, as well as endless family-friendly fun to keep little ones (and grown ups) busy. They have got bowling alley, retro gaming zone, and even a wave machine which makes the whole dining an experience. It’s a must visit place with friends and family.

Wavehouse Dubai is located at Atlantis The Palm. This place is quite unique and one of it's own kind, and a good recommendations for all age groups. They have huge sitting areas both indoor and outdoor. On level 2 they have gaming zone where kids can play and enjoy. Food is delicious and prices are bit expensive as per the location. Customer service is good. A must try place for sure.

Food & service both good. If you are a smoker, you can only smoke in the bar area even when you’re sitting outdoors. However if there are kids in your group, you can’t get a table in the bar area. The quesadilla is good. Margaritas are OK. The chicken parmagiana is massive, definitely for two to share.

An awesome cafe located inside the Palm Atlantis hotel. It has a great ambience, providing indoor as well outdoor seating (overlooking the Atlantis waterpark). The food and drinks are expensive but pretty tasty. They also offer bowling, arcade games etc, along with a chill cafe experience. All the staff was wearing similar tropical shirts which looked cool.

Great place! Excellent food. I was really surprised by affordable prices in a menu. Some items are even cheaper then average. We loved that we can enter directly from the water park. If you want to go inside of the venue you need to be at least in a shorts and T-shirt

Went to the Wavehouse with my family on Sunday, and it was so lovely. We had James serve us and he made us feel so welcomed, and even went to the effort to learn our names. The food was really great too, with a well adjusted price tag. Highly recommend :-)

Took 3 days to talk to someone to have information on bday packages and I finally get nobody on the phone! The best thing with Atlantis, the beginning is good and after it is so non professional, only excuses, bla-bla-bla ! But no one to answer phones not requests! Looks like they don’t need money from anybody ! Really disappointed

Went here on a Friday evening, i was pleasantly surprised to experience the excellent vibes this place has, they have games arcade, bowling alley, funky interiors with inside & lovely outside seating. They have a live band also ,so you can enjoy the music while you enjoy the drinks. Except the slow service everything was perfect.

Amazing place alot of rides and slides and it needs more than one day i would suggest to by the multiple day pass. It has a setup to let adults and children enjoy to the max. I tried a water slid that made me an addict to going multiple times A little suprise that they charge 175 AED per photo but overall its a must go yo place.

Not my first time coming and definitely not my last! I love the vibes of the place. There is an arcade area. an arcade, and a resturant. It pretty much has everything you need to spend a couple of hours to have fun with ur friends or family. The best thing is that there are live performances outside the resturant.

Loved the Halloween vibes there it was a great place to visit during Halloween. The staff were nice and the service was quietly good and fast. The food was good there I loved the nachos and the wings, the pizza was good. Didn’t really like the cake, would say not my type of cake. So try it out u might like it.

Their ambience exudes a lively and beachy vibe, creating the perfect setting for a fun day out. The surfing theme, and the outdoor area offers a refreshing view. As for the drinks, the menu is diverse, featuring a range of refreshing beverages suitable for various tastes

This is a very delayed review, but the service at Wavehouse was unforgettable. The food, the setting, the music, and the overall vibe were awesome. It was the perfect way to end off a day at Atlantis. I even got a stash of thee best cookies to pair with coffee. Thank you, Adna, for hooking me up.

Great hangout spot. Bowling, pool and drinks. The food and drinks are great too. Despite the foot fall being low that day the service was a bit slow. But otherwise recommend this for a good outing.

Some cool place to hangout. Great music and exciting football World Cup environment. Place is decorated to represent different countries and so is their menu. Was excited to find some Guinness beer here. The food is good as we tried some pizza. This place made our afternoon.

Good place for have good moment with friends and family. The food was good but I wait 30 minutes for my burger who it return to the kitchen for non-compliance of the cooking meat. Nevertheless good moment.

I normally dont like these type of places where kids gamble to get tickets for cheap toys, but this place had an awesome restaurant with ten pin bowling too. A true American style burger/fast food joint.

Nice place for a drink and live music. Service is verygood but slow at the happy hour. Kids friendly with nice games. It’s worth visiting with family for a bite and entertainment. Food taste is just ok.

amazing Waterpark with over 4 big towers that have 4+ sliders each, it also has the longest Waterpark in the world. Pro Tip: go to the furthest tower it will be less crowded

Bowling is horribly overpriced and food quality is not good either. So if you want to go, it is just for over priced activities. Venue ambiance is nice though

it's quite a drive to get through and they only have 2 bowling alleys which are always booked. but lots of stuff for kids and teens to do like arcades etc

Great place for food, drinks & games. Price is reasonable for all. Do visit during Happy hours (6pm - 8pm) for 50% discount on selected drinks.

Nice burgers and beautiful place. Very suitable to have a snack/bite after aqua park visit. Nice view, very polite staff, good atmosphere.
