I do love having this little Waterstones at the retail park -- gives me somewhere to browse while the other half is shopping elsewhere, and it's a more convenient click and collect than the shop in town. I think they should advertise it more obviously, maybe team up with the Costa on the same floor and encourage more passing trade to grab a coffee and a book. The staff are always friendly, polite, enthusiastic and super-knowledgeable about books, latest releases, related titles -- proper book people, not just sales assistants. And the selection in the relatively small space is varied and interesting enough that I could browse for hours.

Had a great experience in store today Rosie and Brena. They were both very helpful and very patient I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase when they made book suggestions.They very knowledgeable about the books stocked in the store and we’re able to recommend some interesting books which I look forward to reading.

Rosie has a wealth of knowledge. Steps in to help when needed but not pushy. A pleasant visit and will return ahead of Christmas after considering her recommendations. She’s a credit to the brand.

The assistant has a wealth of knowledge, so if you are browsing and not sure what you are looking for, help is at hand. Very helpful indeed.
