The car wash itself is ok but the machine for the automatic car wash rarely gives a receipt. The loyalty system is messy because you need to save 5 receipts to get a free car wash. This would be difficult enough under normal circumstances, but when the machine rarely gives you a receipt, it's impossible. And if you do have 5 receipts, how do you redeem your free wash? Do you save them in your glove box or wallet and get out of your car and go find the attendant? That defeats the purpose of an automatic wash which is to drive in and drive out. I have used a rewards system at another car wash where you swipe a membership card and it records how many car washes you purchased and rewards you with a free one when you are due. This worked much better.

This is a DIY Car Wash with clean facilities. Good pressure on their jets and the brushes aren't too mangy. The dog wash is great, too. 10 bucks and your pooch shines and dazzles. The dog wash has its own car park also, so it's super easy to get your four-legged friend into the tub. Because the dog wash is inside the main building, it's safe from the elements, which is particularly nice when it's windy and rainy outside.

I paid for the most expensive $20 laser wash. My car wasn’t particularly dirty but had some bird droppings and general road grime. After leaving the car wash it still has bird droppings and general road grime. This car wash used to be better. Don’t bother with it. I looked for an attendant to express my dissatisfaction and there was nobody present. Avoid. Go elsewhere.

Highly recommend. Customer service A+++. Rang an after hours phone number. Exceptional customer service. This lovely gentleman returned my call and talked me through the process of credit card payment and was away on holiday. He then followed up with a text message to see if the process went smooth. This a good place to do car wash, have tried few other centres but this one is better. They have enough bays for wash, their machines do accept cards with a surcharge or you can also use cards in their coin dispense machines... so no need to run for coins. Vacuums are well maintained and does the job.

Touch free laser wash has drying feature also it doesn't wash in a hurry which is an interesting standout. I think this is my favourite laser wash in Adelaide at the moment, oh and the roller shutter comes down when the wash is in progress so you don't get dust flying aroubd

As car wash places go, this one works for me. The equipment is maintained to a high standard, and really that's all you need. Its reasonably easy to get in and out of even tho it's on busy Grange Rd. If you're into doing your own car cleaning, this is the place to go …

It's a car wash. You can wash your car here. A great place to go if your kids are driving you up the wall and you just need some peace and quiet. The soothing sound of high pressure washers and traffic on Grange Road will be a relaxing change from the whining little sprogs.

Easily the best diy carwash in Adelaide. They use the good brush heads, good quality products and you have to try the "proshine ceramic" wax. This stuff is amazing with its hydrophobic properties and is a simple application, just spray down before final rinse.

These days there is the option to pay for a wash by credit card. That is for the automatic wash or the one where you get physical exercise washing your car manually. Nice clean facility with a staff member on hand to keep everything in order

This place has everything or nearly everything. Only reason why it’s not a 5 star is that it has run out of fragrance for in car use and has been out for well over a month, Wash on grange are you every going to top them up?

Car wasn't that dirty when it went in (rain and road grime) but wasn't much cleaner when it came out of the $16 Ultimate (machine) car wash. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who wants a clean car. Hand was always wins.

Used the drive thru car wash on extreme cycle. Left the car still dirty and ended up with a scratched bonnet. I just bought this car and can’t believe this has happened. DONT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!!!!

Quite good! Vacuum cleaners were okay as the one I used, the turbo and super vac were about the same suction, I must try the other vacuums. Paywave is always a bonus with car washes, no more coins.

Laserwash is a scam. Paid for the top wash (Extreme), and came out not only with bird stains still on the car, but the layer of dust still visible all over such that I can still write “Clean Me”.

Grill on my new Subaru stained and nothing will remove. Thought soap looked dirty at the time. Owner refused to acknowledge any fault. $800 to get a new one. Gave 1star as no option for none.

I used to clean my car so the time here, not sure whats wrong but i spent 20$ on laser wash and the car is as dirty as before washing it.. Maybe the machines need maintenance

Was great service. A man scared the wits out of me as he came to the window after the wash started, but he was just cleaning the bird poo off for me!!!
