NOT RECOMMENDED - Very disappointing considering the outlay - paid $120 for deluxe wash for 2 small vehicles (huge discount of $6 !!!). One vehicle had not been vacuumed properly as there was still some particles on driver side floor mat and the wheel hubs were left untouched. The other vehicle’s wheel hubs were also left untouched. Also noticed prior to leaving that the roof of one of the vehicles had not been cleaned properly as there was still bird droppings - this was then cleaned but disappointing that this needed to be pointed out. Went there a few years ago and the results were brilliant but obviously has changed hands.

Absolutely horrible service and ripped us of and extra $20 so $79 in total when it was meant to be $59 and we didn’t even get out of the car yet. for apparently having a pet in the front drivers seat. Cause there was hair come on really, why would we have a pet in the driver seat while we’re driving that is illegal in Australia. your all a load of scammers money Hungry scammers. DO NOT GO HERE (WASH AND SHINE HAND CAR WASH) AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH PLACE TO ANYONE. To the owner, You need to pack up and move out of your going to keep ripping people off. And don’t come back if you do. I am ashamed.

First time user, and last time user. Charged $80 for inside and outside. Requested 3hrs, which I could have been patient with, I'd called ahead because I understand weekend is busy. However, boot was not vacuumed, not even opened as evident by cobwebs on the handle and leaves in the top recess, windscreen smeared/marked, interior greasy with excess product, and a few other things. I'm so disappointed I could cry and I'll have to clean the car myself tomorrow anyway to fix things properly I should have inspected on site and fought with them but pickup was 5pm and we were tired and keen to get home.

Actual wash was ok, have been twice and they have removed items from my car which I have had to chase up as they have not been put back. My mat went into another vehicle which they did replace however I don’t believe it was the genuine car brand. I would recommend checking your items are all back in. Also if you have a sports car I wouldn’t go there as I have a feeling they have taken it for a spin due to the change in my L/100km went from 9/100 to 25/100. I would not be taking my car back there nor recommending it.

I had a little time to spare, called in to wash and shine Ingle Farm to check on pricing. Met by a staff member who could not have been more obliging or friendly. With the time I had they fitted me in, on return I could not have been any happier, great job inside and out. The only thing, I know you have to have your seat belt fastened before driving off, but if you didn’t the seats were that clean and shiny you would slip off. Would recommend these guys to anyone great job.

Paid for the $69 deluxe wash and got my car back and one side of my car had marks on it still that I had to remove once I was home, the roof of the car was not touched and the inside had spray marks all over the dash board. Called back and they said they do not do any refunds. Disgusting

Wasn't too bad. Cost me $75 for a Delux Wash for a 4x4, which is abotu the average cost. There were a few little things i wasn't happy with once i had left, like dust/dirt still on the steering column and accessory stalk, and in nooks etc in the centre console

Very bad service paid $70 for so called deluxe wash but not worth it. Dust marks on doors they just wiped with cloth no shine applied to tires wheels are still dusty. Leather seats they just wiped it wipe marks on all seats and interior.

Took my sedan in for the basic wash at $29.99. When I picked it up, I was charged $40 because he said it was very dirty. I thought that was unreasonable. Nothing that an ordinary wash would have removed easily. I will not be returning.

Good wash and detailing inside EXCEPT for the front window. Its all smeared with something on the inside making it hard to see through (Didn't notice till in the sun today). Will need to wash again myself

Even though they said the cleaning will be finished at 3 o'clock. When I went there at 3pm, they just about to strat. I was waiting there for an hour. Absolutely waste my time and price is too expensive

Had my car cleaned here last week and while the obvious bird poo was removed, on closer inspection I still had a lot of marks still left on the car, particularly on the roof.

I used their service for the first time, I should admit they have done a awesome Job. Venkat made sure the car is nice and tidy. I highly recommend; they are committed.

Car wasn't washed and cleaned to satisfyingly condition. Still had bugs and road grime on it. Not bad for a $30 wash.
