We had lost power due to a faulty wire which caught fire due to bad wiring from a previous electrician. Ben came out at short notice and performed a temporary fix which made it safe and meant we had power, and then came back to replace the whole board shortly after. He was friendly, polite and professional and clearly took pride in his work. He explained clearly to us what the problem was and the steps he was taking to rectify it. He provided us with a certificate and guarantee of his work and was clear that of there were any problems to call and he would come and fix it at no extra charge. We were really happy - any further work we have we will definitely use him!

Lee and his team have helped me a few times now undertaking an electrical survey of my house and fixing various problems that came out of it. They also upgraded my fuse box and installed an outdoor socket for me. Lee is professional, punctual, easy to deal with and delivers a high standard of work. They did everything that was asked. Only thing was that they didn't plaster the wall after extending the cabling for a new socket because they said they can't. All it needed was some filler. Everything was done to a high standard.
