""TIRE SERVICE"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!8/23/23 3:35pm I sat here for 10mins with 1 of 3 bays for "tire service "being used"

I find it quite unethical when management refuses to just assist their clients out of pure laziness. Because his disabled mother used cash to buy food but receives food assistance, my husband went to Walmart AND tried to get a refund and repurchase the same products. She purchased the food on Thursday, and he tried to return it today—Saturday—and buy the same items for his mother, but with a different payment method. However, the customer service manager, Claire, refused to assist him with the refund because she would have to ring up everything since he doesn't physically have the items. SHE BASICALLY stated THAT SHE DIDN'T WANT TO DO IT. She responded that all the managers were out of the office and on vacation when we asked to talk to one. My family works at Walmart, therefore, I KNOW YOU can do it, I commenced She continued by saying that it was a "favor" and not official policy. When I asked if she could show me the policy, she declined, giving me the name of the store manager, Rick, and essentially telling me to get in touch with him or Melissa. CLAIRE was a total amateur. We are in this area for work; my husband is a builder, and I am a nurse , and let me tell you that a Florida Walmart would never do something like that. Florida Walmart's hospitality is unrivaled; work harder with your staff, Walmart! I'm going to express my dissatisfaction in great detail to corporate. BECAUSE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!
This is the 4th time I have been to this store and left because I literally could not check out. Most people don't enjoy shopping at Walmart, it getting to the point where Walmart clearly wants to show their customers how much they hate them. Target is always busy, never a problem there. Trader Joe's, always packed, still never a problem there, Costco.. etc. Why oh why can't Walmart figure it out?! What is their issue. Is the Walton family starving to death? What is the struggle to provide the MOST basic customer service. Help me understand. 1.) I went in to buy a few items, all registers were closed, self checkouts did not accept cash. Just left. 2.) I went in to buy many things, but there were no carts - resorted to buying a few items. Left wallet in the car... Walmart does not accept Google Pay / tap to pay on phone. Just left. 3.) Got a cart of groceries, and some wine. No one at the self checkout was 21 so they could not check me out, they ALSO could not take off the wine. Just left. 4.) Got a cart of groceries, stopped to look at some clothes. Turned around... And my cart was gone. They had everything put away by the time they found the employee who took the cart I was using. I just left.
I go to this walmart because it's right next to where I live but honestly every time I come here a lot of the staff working self check out or the only cashier lane are really rude. I was waiting in line at the only not self check out lane and they guy a few people ahead of me trying to get a pack of diapers was like 2$ off and you could tell he was just having a rough day/ week, he asked the cashier if she could please cover the two dollars as he was having a hard time and really needed the diapers. Instead of just saying no sorry she couldn't she told him in front of everyone if you couldn't afford children you shouldn't have them. And he just looked so embarrassed. That lady should have just said sorry no I can't. How dare she say that to him in front of everyone. I am so tired of the employees in this store that even though it is convenient I will no longer be coming here. I will take the extra drive to go somewhere else. I hope someone from Walmart reads this and has a serious talk with employees at this store about customer service and how to speak with people. Because the level of professionalism and compassion in this store is seriously lacking.
"TIRE SERVICE"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!8/23/23 3:35pm I sat here for 10mins with 1 of 3 bays for "tire service "being used. That being said there is literally 4 "tire service" people standing in a circle talking and laughing. While I'm sitting there waiting for some type of "customer service" one other person not part of the 4 joins the group for a only to start laughing with them. At this point i realize they don't want to tonhelp me or even work. They all made eye contact but did not care to help me. All they cared about was the oil changes. Funny because you would think they would want to make money. I'm here at discount tire getting all my tires replaced. 1258.00 they could've made. But than I realized they didn't want to do actual labor. What they want is to get paid by the hr not to work hard. It will take them atleadt 15 to 20 oil changes to make up for that lose. What would have taken 30 to 40 mins to make 1200$ now will take 1 hr for 2 oil changes add that up to the wages you are paying "employees" to stand around and ignore customer's. People reading this don't waste your time. Go to discount tire!!!
Don't try to get a refund without a receipt, for 3 items totaling over $10.00. The short native woman with short hair and glasses is god of the customer service department at this location, what she says goes. She told my mother that her blouse, pants, and shorts, were counted as one item and she couldn't get refund because she paid cash and because my mother lost her receipt she wasn't even able to get store credit. And then she said she would ask her manager if she could get a refund, but when her manager showed up, she just told her manager to abort the transaction. And she rudely just gave my mom her items back. So we went to another Walmart location and they gave my mom her refund, no question asked. We told the manager at the service desk, about what she had told us at the Carlisle location, and he said there is no such thing as a $10.00 limit return policy. And he apologized, and said he that several people have told before about the poor service they have received from that location, mainly the service desk. Carlisle service desk receives 5 negative stars from me and my mother.
Went there tonight and bought somethings, I asked a associate for the price on an item, I saw online stating it was there but for the price I saw. So the associate tried to help and asked a manager for assistance, she then stated I'm helping a customer. I was fine waiting my turn when she belittle the associate saying why are you the only one up here. Then turn to me and said you on the app. I said yes I have the app. Then started yelling at me. About the price, but would let me get a word in. Finally I did. I stated I'm sorry your having a tough time but I don't see why it's my problem, then she says don't be rude to her. How was I rude when she yelled at me. First, so at that point I stated why be a manager if you can't handle the pressure. Then she says I wish they would take away my position. I thought ok then quit the position. So I just left it at that. But she needs some serious talking to about customer service. I'm an ex associate for that Comoany so I know how tough it can be. But I wouldn't treat my customer that way. Sorry I needed to rant about my experience at this Store.
Had a appointment for the Auto Center for 4:00pm to have 4 new tires installed. I showed up at 3:30pm. By the time I was done being checked in it was 3:50pm The gentleman that checked me in said give us an 1 hour to an 1 hour and 15 minutes I sat in the waiting room and at 4:01pm I received a text saying that they started service on my vehicle. I did not receive my vehicle back until 6:30pm 2 and a half hours later. No explanation on why it took so long and no apologies. The gentleman I saw working on my vehicle would work on it for about 10 minutes and then walk away and I wouldn't see him again for another 10 to 15 minutes at times. When I did see him again on one occasion i saw him throwing stuff at fellow employees he also would walk inside and talk to the lady at the register pretty much about nothing. I didn't see him work on any other vehicle other than mine. I know some places are short staffed and busy but he wasn't busy and they weren't short-staffed at least on that day. I will never go back.
Super aggressive staff. I went to use the restroom while my fiancee checked out. I have a cane so I needed to use the handicap stall and after I sat down a worker named Felicia started banging on the door and yelled that i had to get out and I couldn't smoke since its a family friendly establishment. I tried to explain that I wasn't smoking and i was just trying to use the restroom. She thought i was lying and banged on the door again to wrap it up and get out. I hobble out and there's a scary security guard right there. I wash my hands and she has him check the trash. He finds nothing cause i was literally just trying to use the restroom. There were 6 more guards and employees at the entrance/exit to the restroom. They all stare at me like im some sort of criminal. No one talk to me, no apologies or anything. They eventually disperse and I feel confused, humiliated, and just very upset by the whole experience.
It gets really crowded sometimes. Edit(2022): they are now having their, like, 4th grand reopening Edit(2023) the store is a horrible store and is one of the stores where they took out all of the self checkouts and then have all these registers that are never open because they don't know how to hire people and they don't know how to staff their money services or their customer service center and they always lie because people don't like to do work on stuff that they don't know how to do and instead of learning how to do this they want to just push it off onto someone else so you can't go to customer service even though every app tells you that you can load money there since they don't allow it at a register anymore apparently and that make you go to money services for no reason
The store meat vegetables and fruits are bad. I bought hamburger it was rotten, then I seen this I took the photo at Walmart. Some of the staff are very rude, but also some staff are very nice. There is a lady named Louisa that works in clothing, she has always been very good to us. There were backpacks on sale everybody was getting them when I went to the cashier they were not ringing up a sale price the manager accused us of more less switching the tags even know there was another person in line that had the same backpacks with the same price. Instead of admitting that maybe one of the workers accidentally priced all the backpacks wrong. The manager wanted to be rude and fight with us about the backpack She at this location they just expect you to be stealing or lying.
Went to buy tires that I had ordered online, and everything said they were deliverer. Including the store, however, they put someone else's name on them and wouldn't install them for me. When asked what to do, I was instructed to call 1-800-WalMart. Their customer support team was great, but the manager Ivy was miserable, unhelpful, sarcastic, and quite rude, even when talking to their own customer support on MY PHONE. They refused to exchange my order or mount different tires on my car, stating "that's not how it works dude, you can't just get different tires. It has to be the exact ones on your order" which became a safety concern. Bad mistake thinking buying tires at Wal-Mart would be a good deal. These jerks don't care, and clearly can't read.
I had a great experience at this Walmart Supercenter! It's a one-stop-shop for everything you need. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. Whether you're shopping for groceries, electronics, clothing, or household items, Walmart Supercenter has it all at competitive prices. Plus, the convenience of having a pharmacy, bakery, and even a garden center under one roof is fantastic. I appreciate the clean and well-maintained facilities, and they offer a variety of payment options, including self-checkout for those in a hurry. Overall, Walmart Supercenter is a reliable and convenient choice for all your shopping needs!
As Always, because I am A Disabled Veteran, it pleases me that there were many Handicapped Parking Spaces Available. Second, The Greeters at Our Store in Edgewood NM seem like They not only enjoy Greeting my Wife and I and Our Family, as we enter, but just seem to be genuinely Joyful Individuals. Third, The Store is Usually Very Clean and The Placement of Every Department is Ideal for, Either Quick Pick Up, or Lengthy Shopping if we so desire. The Selection of Items is Immense, and The Prices are most times affordable. Lastly, Most, if Not All of The Staff, are genuinely Cordial, Attentive, and Willing to Help. It’s good to have This Walmart in Our Town.
I had a mishap with the Auto Center. The situation got resolved with great customer satisfaction. I got and had a tire replacement. So all four Dextero tires match now. This Carlisle Auto Center has my deepest thank you and I apologize for doubting that anything can be done...The Auto Center manager and technicians customer service attentiveness are top notch. My mom and I are very satisfied customers. We have been shopping at Walmarts for years. Good job, the Auto Center Associates are also friendly, nice, caring, and work very hard to get customers in/out of the door in timely manners. Good job Carlisle Walmart Supercenter Auto Center.
Today was alright compared to most, the only thing was it was very busy. Oh ya, almost forgot. So you know how you gotta check yourself out and the worker just watches you. He came a couple to put his code or whatever. Then our receipt got stuck and printed all messed up, we could see him anywhere so my sis just opened that receipt thingy and cut it and adjusted it herself. Then it finished printing our receipt. I really don't like the fact that we, the customers have to check ourselves out. Especially if we have alot of items. It must mean stores make more with self check outs.
Typical Walmart or maybe slightly better than your typical Walmart in NM. They just had a major remodel (Late Fall 2022), and the store has become nicer. Lots of self-checkout lanes. By the time it gets to about 7 PM most days, there are high demand items that have been mostly depleted on the shelves and not replenished (peanut butter, lunch meat, sometimes eggs, salads, etc.). Security is pretty visible both in the parking lot and store. I'd say you have a 15% chance of being panhandled if you walk the length of the parking lot without making yourself unavailable in some way.
I know many people hate them, but I love self-checkout, since you normally don't have to interact with people, but they removed ALL the self-checkouts here, probably due to the high theft/crime rate in Albuquerque. Worse than this is that so many things are locked up (again, due to theft) and it takes forever to find someone to help you. When you do find someone, they seem pissed that you inconvenienced them. Thankfully, there are other options in town, because, even though it's close to my apartment, I'll never shop at this Ghetto-Mart again
Nina from the jewelry section is very rude. I went to buy some jewelry and wanted to try it on first. She would not let me and made very rude and judgemental remarks. I had to go find a manager just so I could try the ring on.. which by the way, Walmart has NO policy stating your not allowed to try the jewelry on before purchasing. Nina should be moved to a different department where she doesn't have to communicate or speak with customers. Very rude and disrespectful. I'm disappointed in my local Walmart for even hiring someone like that
Okay I have never had a bad experience at Walmart but it just okay. I mean the pick-up option it works but once I was running late (at least 5 mins) and they canceled my order.... but we did it before and we got their on time and we had to wait 20 MINUTES. I think they need to be more consistent with there options. And at least they change the hours so their correct. And another thing is everything is self checkout.... which makes the lines crazy and the machines ask for a employee very time I scan a item its really annoying.
I was at the store today Oct 25th, 2023 at 12:49 with my daughter and I had a very unpleasant experience as the cashier “Michelle” at #5 Yelled at me in front of everyone “Speak English!!!” My daughter told her that I don’t speak English and she translates to me, but she continued to be rude about it just because we pointed put a mistaken price. We have reported her to the supervisor in hopes that she doesn’t repeat it with another non english speaker customer. We’re all humans, so I don’t see the point of racism here!!!
I understand Walmart's dilemma; they can either watch their inventory walk out of the store by shoplifters, or they can inconvience their paying customers. They really don't have a choice as long as shoplifters get away with it. It took me over a half hour to buy a $3 toenail clippers in that an employee had to unlock the clippers, then lock it in a small box, then it had to be unlocked at the checkout by unother empoyee who had to go get the key. If I had know, I would have gone elsewhere even if I had to pay more.
Clean, friendly checkout and great employees! Picking up groceries took awhile though on Saturday afternoon but I was parked in a shady spot. I do regret they took out the McDonald's; greatly disappointed that corporations do not hold a survey among customers. That was a fine McDonald's where my mom and I enjoyed the booths and a chat over a small snack. Shocking they left, right after an amazing renovation. It was such a nice place to sit down and catch your breath. Still, great Walmart and great prices.
THE WORST WALMART EVER! I was immediately harassed for wearing a backpack, but the woman next to me with a large purse was fine. I was harassed that I had to pay for my items before leaving EVERY department, meanwhile other guests shopping carts were full. The most disrespectful inconvenient Walmart to exist, and I can guarantee that their policies are not legal, just at the discretion of who you walk by at the moment. Terrible Terrible Terrible service I cut my shopping short because of it.
Produce is extremely amazing on helping us with providing fruits for our store. However the other associates are really lazy and off task. They have one poor old lady having the only line open. The line is in to the clothes aisle. The people behind me are blocking the way for customers to pass. I spoke to an associate and she said she couldn’t do anything about it and didn’t even try to look at the situation. Very lousy and unprofessional. I see workers just walking around it’s ridiculous.
I purchased a $108.67 secure spend prepaid visa card. For $4.95...to make an online purchase with Walmart ..and they refused to accept their own prepaid visa card...every time I tried to order the card was not accepted...though the money is on the card...talk about ripping people off ...never ever will I shop at a Walmart in Albuquerque or with Walmart online....or buy a prepaid secure spend visa from them.... Buyers beware .. I will tell anyone I can about how they are ripping people off
I dislike Walmart because it appears they have forgotten who made them. The customer and happy employees. I emphasize, "happy", there are some helpful happy people, but not many. The ability to talk to store manager, nor file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau is not possible. Your disabled parking is not adequate, you don't have enough clerks in the aisles to help the customer. Your placement of goods are moved too often. Your security does nothing to protect your customer.
Walmart is a Walmart but here is different. If you have a question keep it to yourself. I asked a question and the staff was so surprised that I was talking to her. She looked at me and left. While she was walking away she said, if you don't see it we don't have it in the store. That was not even the questions. I just wanted to ask for a location of an item, because it was not where the Walmart app said it was located. I just kept walking until I found what I was looking for.
I went here to do my shopping on 5-19-23 and I was doing my shopping and I was almost done with my shopping when I had a woman security officer that works for Bronson security approached me and asked me is that your Cart I'm the only one in the frozen section aisle with the basket full of groceries and I told her yes she saw me from the moment I walked in to the store this is harassment by this security officer becareful with this woman security officer at this locationon
Called to ask automotive dept a question and the lady there kept me on hold for over an hour .and she says it’s hard to answer the phone when I got customers staring at me and all I just said is customers on the phone are just as important as the customers there .she just scoffs and hangs up after I’ve been patiently waiting for over a hour !!! if this is how this Walmart automotive is with their customers I’ll take all my automotive needs somewhere else’s
The only thing saving this company is having product. Customer service is completely removed from the equation. They got rid of cashiers in lieu of self check out and then they leave the self check outs closed because they are to lazy to count the money at the end of the day. There were no less than six people standing around at the end of the self check outs to scan your receipt that you just generated yourself. Pathetic. Close the doors.
Nothing was stocked and now that they did away with the self checkout lanes, lines are ridiculously long. There were 8 check out aisles opened out of the 30+ that they have available. They are clearly understaffed and the few workers working are overworked. Waiting in line for over 20+ minutes for a few items made my experience terrible. They need to have a 15 item or less lane for those of us who just need to run in and out.
An employee hit my wife's cart yanking my wife's arm with her online cart and gave her a dirty look and walked around my wife employee didn't ask if she was okay or even say she was sorry when my wife said she wanted a manager her and another employee refused to call a manager and said the workers are more important than the customers so she asked someone in fitting room to call and they did shoutout to the fitting room.
I recently stopped by this Walmart Supercenter for several quick purchases. I was in and out with pretty much everything I needed in a jiffy. Compared to the unsavory Walmart locations I had become accustomed to in Houston and Dallas this one was above the others. I absolutely could not believe that several friendly employees asked if I needed help and brought me a shopping cart!!! Cheers to the staff!
I have a service dog (an actual legitimate service dog) and carry a small back pack with snacks water and a bowl.. I was treated like a criminal by the security when I entered told to leave my bag...smaller than most purses....at the entrance and when I refused was told to leave in a unnecessarily rude fashion....will have to travel considerable further, but I will not return to this location
Been here an hour and a half, I waited in line 30 mins outside while the csr was upstairs looking for tires,. it's also clear they are under staffed and under talented, I think they need more experienced workers here. But they get an A for respect. Maybe even I needed to learn more patience today. Overall the seats were comfortable and I was in the air conditioning drinking a soda.
They have shopping carts all over the parking lot. one of them hit my car and the damage exceeds 700 dollars. I know that they do not control the weather and it is the customers who leave the cars out of place but it is also their job to provide a safe space to be able to make our purchases in peace and surprise you that a trip to the store costs you almost 1000 Dollars.
I have to say this location has improved dramatically over the last year. New carts to replace the awful set from before, new internal layout with larger inventory, more self-checkout stations to speed up purchases, and consistent security on site to deter criminal activity. Very busy location with a lot of crowds, but you can get just about everything in one stop.
Everything was organized but some of their employees needs better customers service. The only black employee was old and pushing carts. Act as if he didn't hear me asking him a question about the carts. I ask the young greeter about the carts and they wasn't trying to assist me with my concern. Long wait time in line until they open up more self check out.
Coming from out of town to pick up stuff for the night, got followed around the store by the LP short Hispanic small woman made it obvious the whole trip. They wanted everyone out at 9 but only had 2 registers open and no one to attend the self check out waited forever for a person to help. No wonder the 3 star rating. Wouldn't even rate one star.
I was scanning my items at one of only 3 checkouts when an employee approached and said I was scanning incorrectly. I told her(Maria) that the tag was wet but I got it. She continued to tell me that I was doing it wrong again. I told her to walk away and she told me "no, you walk away." WTH? I'm a paying customer!! This place isn't worth one star.
Greeted by staff upon entering, was able to find the items I needed and more! Parking wasn't at all bad either. The largest experience to stand out to me though, was "No matter where I was standing in the store, I could see a Wal Mart employee within 12ft. of me! ". That was great because I had many questions on the products I was purchasing.
It used to be, 30-40 years ago, when Sam was still around, the chain was built on outstanding customer service. Nowadays, not only do you have to ring up and bag your purchases, all the while you are being watched like a hawk, when you ask the employees to exchange an item because it is damaged, they tell you it's your job to do it.
Arrived home noticed that several items I had purchased were not in my bags. Since I didn't pack the bags, cashier did, and she handed me my purchased. Almost have of my purchased items were missing. Tried to call store several times. Each time someone picked in then disconnected the line. Tried different departments same results.
As usual the best place for daily shopping be it anything like vegetables, yogurt, milk, fruits, toys etc or anything you name pretty much. Since they upgraded their checkout this Carlisle Walmart is very convenient nowadays. Mostly checkout queues are either reduced due to more self checkout counters or operational efficiency..
It's a little too big in a way. Walmart supercenters in general I should say. But the thing is I know I can always find what I want. I just have to kind of go on a little hike. This particular Walmart supercenter that I was at in Albuquerque look like it had a great food section and but I was there for other items.
This Walmart has security all over , so that is a sign this particular one has high rates of theft. Everything is locked up, you have to have a manager unlock security attachments , I’ve been in a lot of Walmarts and this one is the worse, this one is not in a good neighborhood at all, wouldn’t go back again.
Walmart on menual is the Walmart to go to while in the city. Their aisles are organized and you can just about find anything. Groceries are certainly a lot more tolerable as far as price goes. The associates are always nice and answer your questions. You just got to get their attention and politely ask.
Best not to go in, but if you have to be very vigilant and aware of your surroundings. They need way more security, like they need their own police force in and outside of the place. Forget leaving your valuables in the car, just don't bring a car period. There are people scouting the place nonstop.
It had what I was looking for . Your store has more thing then the one on Coors & I -40. Very clean. Line long but move fast. Wanted to see how I could take pool but there was no one to help me .The bottom of the box was open or wet so couldn't pick up or everything fall. So didn't take it …
DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A SIM CARD AND DEFINITELY THE ENTIRE SYORE HAS THE WORST ATTITUDE AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IM SURPRISED THIS STORE HASNT CLOSED DOWN YET. WILL NEVER RETURN HERE AND NEITHER WILL MY FAMILY. WE ARE DISGUSTED IN YAKS ANTICS AND I PRAY YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS.
Terrible don’t go at night they have so much staff doing absolutely nothing. Won’t even open up a line for checkout or help customers out with opening cases for items THEY ARE LOOKING TO BUY. The same thing that happened to the San Mateo location will happen here nothing but mediocre service.
I did a little bit of shopping for some dog food the only kind my dog food that my dog eats. I found some Christmas Things that were at 75% off of course I had to get them for the next year. There wasn't a lot of people. Everyone Was wearing masks and cashiers wiping down I felt safe.
I was impressed with the employee who helped me pick out a ring. So much so that I came back the next day to buy another one. She really knows how to sell a product. She showed me two more that I ended up coming back three times to purchase the other two; three altogether. Kudos!
Devolving back to using the old cashier system is incredibly inconvenient, since there's never enough lanes open and everybody in line + all the employees are very slow. Huge PITA when I'm just trying to get in and out. Please bring back the self-checkouts, the old system sucks
Went here to check for some hardware items. This location is usually extremely busy which can be difficult for me to navigate. The other patrons are usually standoffish, and not always pleasant to be around. Parking is a literal nightmare. The checkout lines are pretty bad too.
So many items are locked up (even low price items e.g. pens or razors). No associates to unlock them. Press the button for assistance, nobody comes. Ask any associate walking by, they don't have the key. They'll radio for someone with a key, but still no one shows up.
this Walmart make you feel like all staff is watching you to make sure you aren’t going to steal, giant camera monitors in each aisle, one way alarm barriers, this Walmart must be stolen from a lot , shaving cream locked up behind glass I mean seriously?? Never again
Not much to share , although I did get hit on by this beautiful 30something blond dressed all in black ( infinity polo ) maybe just doing their job , and a little extra wow ! Unable to locate this person after I purchased my few items. Damn so close , sooo close
a lot of crime inside and around, many things locked up, customer service unavailable, understood though as I'm sure having to unlock and relock items is time consuming and takes away from customer care, regardless I don't fault them, it's just an honest truth.
Everybody is so nice here I love this place I like coming by just get a rockstar and looking through the Halloween section mainly but everyone was nice and I don't help you no matter what the employees are really nice and friendly I like to go here
Update: 6/8/22 - Okay readers, let me say it again, as of today, I AM STILL VERY PLEASED with this location's customer service and all of my orders. I shop routinely for a family of 3 (12 on weekends) and I've not been disappointed!
This is a Walmart that has completely done away with self-checkout, and it's been bad news for shoppers like me who just run in for a few items before work or on our lunch breaks. They've staffed more cashiers but most of them move slowly
This review is specifically for the Auto Care Center @ Walmart. The service is extremely unsatisfactory, and the staff sets wrong expectations. I brought my car for the tire rotation at 8:30 am as I was told by the lady who answered the
My daughter and I went to the Walmart on Carlisle. As soon as we got out we were bombarded by two homeless men. Asking to wash our car windows. My daughter said to stay away from her truck. They, started being disrespectful towards my
Hi all I want to say as people at Walmart that work there be careful with the people that they make up lies about everybody I went into Walmart to get some money out service I try to get out pp machine messed me up so I talk to the
This was a sad trip, ran in quickly to grap some GF bread; as they have a ample GF section, not this one. Well the stuff was there just hard as bricks? Something funky was going on at this stores GF section; turned around and left.
Normally have had great success. Recently ordered a tv, but it was never delivered. When I called to get some answers, I was told she would get back to me after she spoke to her boss. Never happened. I cancelled and went elsewhere.
Terrible experience. Rude employees who think customers are bothersome. One employee doesn't know corporate policy, and lied that she did. Don't go to this location. They truly could care less about the customers needs and wishes.
Don't like shopping at Walmart all that much any more everything is locked up take forever to answer the call button just go somewhere else never have a good shopping experience anymore I understand they have to because of theft
I usually ride my bike here to get groceries, got plenty of bike racks for locking. Usually not too busy but there's been times when I've needed the money center and the line was long and only one lady was working
worst Walmart experience I've ever had! The general manager Zach only made things worse when his staff had literally just solved the situation. Little man complex isn't becoming of anyone you ignorant lil idiot.
The only down side to this Walmart was that the school supplies were limited, but restrooms were well kept and the store was quite organized. But unfortunately alot of zombies/panhandlers walking around outside.
Crowded, many products missing on shelves. Parking spaces are tight when trying to load car. I don't like self checkout. Too difficult to find items. Restrooms are not clean. Pharmacy line was ridiculously long.
Don't go these people that running this store are communist. I'm start supporting local smaller. They like to harass paying customers for their receipts. Trash people treating people like trash. There new model
It sucked. Noone to unlock dressing room because she was to busy on the phone and the other lady folding clothes said I had to wait. I left since the phone conversation seemed like it would be a long one.
I really like the new Walmart online service it's definit really on par with my service through Amazon and even nicer considering I can get things locally rather than having to wait
Ever since they took away self-checkout it's been horrible not enough cashiers and cashiers that are inexperience the training must suck if we can't get anyone in the line to move
Has everything you need could use more cashiers and less self check out as it gets over crowded and I'm not sure how you expect your employees to service 25 registers at a time
Never had a bad experience at any Walmart store I've ever shopped or been in. And I have been to a lot of Walmarts in various locations which includes 3 or 4 different states
Good selection, lots of staff, hard to find a spot to walk from car up front because they have WAY too many pick up in your car spots, not that many are being used, unreal.
I love walmart...it's my go to store for everything The Walmart plus app is great I'm disabled but still try to visit in store once a month otherwise I always use Walmart +
Standing over 15 mins at the electronics department, all these employees walking by and no one coming over here to ask me what I need help with . Obviously an electronic.
Unprofessionallly train team of bullies. That will escalate a situation instead of defusing. I was assaulted for talking , "Unofficial Vehicles parked in a fire lane!"
Necessary evil when on vacation. Still blocking access to items in store when restocking. Employees are not very helpful as usual. Out of stock on couple of items.
We went to Walmart yesterday and picked up a order that we placed online my mom, girl friend and I went in the store and got a few little things that we needed
This store always has stuff that I need. They are always nice and courteous. Although there are some people there that needs to really stop being so bossy.
Good luck standing in line for 30 minutes to check out. Why have several lanes for registers but only 2 open. Super inconvenient when you are in a hurry!
Can't believe Walmart let someone steal the rest of my food stamps... Because the welfare office told me that it happens about five people per week.
I went online to check for closing time. The site said 900 PM. Had plenty of time, right, the product we wanted inside the store closed at 800 PM
Store is clean and well stocked. No more Self checkout.... Happy about this because I don't like seeing people lose their jobs to self checkout.
Hi, I like goin thur, but some items I need dat thy dnt hav. So it was beef chow main which my kids loves. Hoping I get sum soon. And baby corn.
It's fine, it's your typical walmart. Employees are pretty nice and the selection is alright, for a rural location. The bathrooms are decent.
What’s the point of having phone numbers if you don’t answer. I understand you got rid of all the cashiers but not people in the back office
It is weird, but there has been a group of 3 guys that arrive at the same time in different cars, and group up just waiting for something.
I cannot spend my money on $80 worth of steam for my personal use? My money my purchase they just chased me away from Walmart for life
I guess they're going back to cashiers which is nice. But many cashiers appear to be in training. Hopefully they'll get better soon
I went to Walmart a few weeks ago to buy some food. I'm glad that they had all of the items that I needed. Thanks, Walmart!!
I simply asked a young lady for help who was in the toddler area. She never responded to me. Bad service. Very poor service
Grrrr Walmart. Wouldn't let me bring my backpack which is why I go out of my way to go to this location but now, forget it.
