When you first get to the counter there are 2 booths to turn in your order behind which sit two girls taking your prescriptions. The computer systems that they have must be so outdated cause it takes them forever to call up you and your insurance info. If your in pain deal with it, this is not going to go smoothly. Then you move over to the pick up line, which always has any where from 2 to 10 people all waiting like you. Now I look behind the counter and there's someone putting away meds, another waiting for something to do and a third who is so computer illiterate she could not even enter in someones name in three attempts. (That's the one we're all waiting on) By the time I get up there I'm in such pain that my mood is less than good, I have become quite impatient, so I give my name and she tells me "I'm sorry but I need to ring this customer out first" After all is said and done I spent 1 1/2 hours picking up a prescription. My company has recently switched from Wallgreens pharmacy to walmart. Needles to say I never had this type of wait and disappointment when I picked up prescriptions there. Sadly I have no choice.

Most of the staff does a good job however there is one staff group that all works together and they are horrible. The pharnacists in this group ,which usually works during the weekday afternoon/evenings, act as if they want to get you off the phone and they give you mis information and don’t read your file clearly. The pharmacy manager of that shift is no better. He actually swore at us when we got into a verbal confrontation over a prescription dilemma on their end. His name is Famous Washington. We talked to Other Walmart managers there and apparently he’s caused issues with SEVERAL customers. This shift causes us so much problems. They need to be replaced or trained.

I've never had any issues with this Walmarts pharmacy. All of the employees are personable and professional but that comes from leadership. The Pharmacy Manager Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and knows the military system as well as the civilian sector, which helps a lot. Jessica is always upbeat and smiling and so is her staff. All of the staff go way above and beyond in Customer Service for there patients. I'm thankful in this stressful time there's someone who can help me and other patients navigate the system.

I usually have my medication refilled at a different location but they were out of stock. My medication was transferred here. Insurance information doesn't transfer and I didn't have my card. I stated I would just pay cash. Luis was able to get me a discount which was almost 50 %. I don't think my insurance covered this medication anyways so I was thankful.

I went to get a Covid-19 test just now, sat at the drive thru for almost 10 minutes with no acknowledgement...a car pulled into the lane next to me after I had already been waiting over 5 minutes and they were helped before I was...I ended up leaving and if I have Covid oh well ‍♀️ …

The girl at the counter during moring of sept 17 doesn't even know the difference between a covid test and vaccine. Smh. Ya'll need to make sure your staffs are actually qualified for the job, and possibly have at least knowledge of basic vocabulary.
