Having gone to these folks for the past 8 years, with the same vehicle (2007 Lincoln MKX) We were more than surprised when we took the car in to have winter tires put on two days ago, and they called us, said there was too much rust, that the vehicle wasn't safe, and they refused to put the winter tires on. Basically - they said the car was dangerous because of the rust, and they refused to do anything further. They said pick up the keys. That was it. End of story. Get a new car. Period. Given they changed the tires on this SAME car over the past 7 years from season to season (approx 12 times) and the last change was April 1st 2021 when they removed the winter tires and said nothing about the car not being safe at that time - we had our doubts on the situation. We also purchased new summer tires directly from them June 2020, 18 months ago. No mention of safety issues then either. Today, we took the vehicle in to a reputable dealership bodyshop for a second opinion before hauling the car off to the junkyard (basically what Jason implied). They hoisted it up, took a good look, and said there was absolutely nothing unsafe about the chassis, and no reason the car could not still be driven safely. The driver door is badly rusted, but it certainly does not affect the frame. Actually - Several workers from the bodyshop looked under the car while it was on the hoist today, and all agreed - the car is FINE and not unsafe. We have paid these guys thousands of dollars ($4,500 in the last two years) to maintain this vehicle. Their dismissive and WRONG diagnosis was shocking to say the least. They may have been having a bad day - but we sure as heck won't be going back after this. Massively disappointed. We trusted these guys for years, and they almost had us buying another car (right before winter when no cars are even available) based on their very wrong diagnosis. And they were flippant about it, dismissive. So - Good Bye and Good Luck to Jason and the folks at Wallace. Do better next time for your other long term, trusting and faithful customers. Just Do better.

I will never go here again. I do not trust this garage. I went here to get what I expected was a minor repair done. I expected to get a quote before the work was done, especially since I was told by them that the repair was likely minor. Instead, not only did they go ahead and fix the problem, but they repaired something else that I didn’t even know was an issue, without ever checking with me. At the end of the day, when I called them, I was told that the bill amounted to over $1100.00! I called to speak to the owner but he never even called me back. I do not recommend this garage to anyone and I will never trust them with any car or truck repairs ever again.

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with the folks at Wallace Service Centre today for my rear brakes. They came highly recommended by two good friends, and Wallace did not disappoint. They managed to diagnose my vehicle, put the brakes on, and save me some money...all within the same afternoon! They even did an inspection of some other things for me at no cost. I would highly recommend Wallace Service Centre - great people, great prices, great work.

Never had a bad experience there. Todd Wallace is the second generation owner with the same integrity and honesty as his dad Ivan. If Todd brings up a concern with your vehicle, it's because it will need to be resolved at some point anyway. If he says it's good it's good. If it needs to be fixed, then he's simply trying to help and will do so in any way that he can.

Amazing service, great rate. Working in Ottawa from out of town and truck overheated. Dropped my truck off at 7pm Tuesday night and was called at 9:30 Wednesday saying it was ready. They even dropped it off to me where i was staying as I had no mode of transportation. Highly recommended these guys. Thanks again.

Very welcoming. Didn't think they'd want to hear my list of concerns while asking for a pre-sale bumper to bumper check and 2nd guessing my 2 local repair shop/dealers. A couple hundred bucks later and honesty I was gone with confidence and no questionable "flags" to come back for / consider.
