You just sent me off milkshakes and two stone cold hotdogs. I’m pregnant and this could’ve put my baby at risk. Can anyone say liability lawsuit? Would NOT recommend. Fire whoever is working there 02/11/23 at 6pm who doesn’t know anything about food safety and the 4-60c temp danger zone. Never in my life have I been sent a cold hotdog, the bar must be so low at your store. Jesus.

Each time I have gone here, the management/service has been sub-par. Products were incorrectly marked and when asking for clarification, responded to in dismissive answers. When asking about flavours, staff just point to the signs and tell you to read. The donuts taste great, and the drinks are average, so it balances to 4 star. But the service was repeatedly dismissive and borderline rude.

Staff working on the 16th of August 2023 (1:30 PM) was so unbelievably rude. Me: "Hi, can I have a large oat mocha please?" Staff: "What?" *frowning* Me: "Can I order a large oat milk mocha please?" Staff: "Huh?!?" Me: "Large oat milk mocha. Oat milk." Staff: "We don't have oat milk." *turns away* Went to order a coffee at Chirnside Cafe instead. Was treated so much better there. Plus they have oat milk.

Went to pick up a box of 6 donuts. One of the donuts (raspberry cheesecake) had a fly roaming on it so we did the right thing by notifying the staff. No appreciation from the manager/supervisor whatsoever. Not even a smile. Forget basic customer service - what about being grateful that one of your customers is trying to help you out?

How do you review a donut place? If you want donuts, donuts you'll get. They have cold donuts, warm donuts, hot donuts... wait, am I spelling donut right? Is it doughnut? What about Donut King? Someone's in the wrong here, and I've got a box of six to devour.

Had a coffee 45 minutes ago and I’m not lying trust me it’s still soooo hot that I can’t even hold the takeaway coffee mug despite of the fact that the girl doubled the mug. She should have made it again even if mistakenly she overheated the milk . I will highly recommend people not to have coffee from here.

Manager treat staff so disrespectfully it’s not okay. Screaming and yelling at minors to wash the dishers is really not necessary one girl litteraly dropped a hot dog on the floor and rinsed it under some water that’s so unhygienic and absolutely disgusting. Treat staff and customers very unprofessionally.

I just bought their hot jam doughnut on 12/7/21 and separate it into 2 bags because 3 with jam 3 without. as today I bought it when I open the bag to look inside, I found a thong inside. this is so disgusting you know. how do you do your job and leave a thong inside the bags?

Everyone loves donuts and ive tried a few, but these are my favourite donuts.hands down. the flavor is real not just colored icing. They have amazing chai and the ladies serving are fantastic... After tasting walkers i havnt gone anywhere else...

Fresh doughnuts made daily with differnt flavours and a lot of variety to choose from. I absolutely love the caramel doughnut with cream filling!!! It's the best! It's soft and dense at the same time with just the right amount of sweetness

I love walkers donuts but this store just lacks customer service, afew times I've been there and everytime I ask for something simple like adding caramel to the donut they always say they can't, donuts always look melted even the cream

Paid $8.00 for two doughnuts that i could not eat they were very dried out and hard, i believe being from the day's prior stock. If i had known this before leaving the shopping center, i would have taken them straight back but instead

Would recommend Walker’s to anyone. The service is always second to none. I love all the custard filled options. The doughnuts always look good and taste even better. Will definitely be back

Been having coffee here for the past week. BEST staff, girls are very friendly with special mention to the well presented and friendly girl with glasses! Would highly reccommend this branch

We often use Walkers for our school events and couldn't recommend them highly enough. The donuts are always fresh and delicious . The staff are also wonderful to deal with . Good job :))

Bought box of 6 last week the custard and chocolate filling was horrible. Only the glazed was a bit alright but not as good as other places. Such a waste of money.

German hotdog, 20minute wait for the worst hotdog I have ever had. Rude staff when asked for suitable cutlery to try and cut it into eatable size
