On 13 Aug 2018 I showed up just after 7 a.m. to find the cashier and a delivery driver (on a tight schedule) waiting for the store to open. Apparently no one in management cared to look at a schedule or set an alarm because it's nearly 7:30 and there's no hope in sight of this store even opening today. The cashier called and spoke to management at another store, who contacted this manager and all they could say is that maybe the person didn't read the schedule. Obviously, this Walgreens needs to restructure their management training plan, because their current plan of action is not working. Kudos to the young cashier who was here early and did all she could do to apologize and take charge of the situation, despite none of this being her fault or responsibility.

I get my meds from the pharmacy. EVERY SINGLE TIME, there is a problem. My doctor has to send the Prescription Form over and over. They are either out of stock, or it takes a day to het the approval because they lost the first form. The other day, this store sent me to the Buckner/Bruton store, where they gave me the wrong medicine all together, it was changed in the system not by my doctor. Had i not known what the name of the med was, i would have taken the med the doctor gives a patient to calm them down b4 surgery! Be careful if you have any family members that are unaware of what they are suppose to take! You could loose them to a clerical error. PEOPLE, PLEASE STOP GIVING THEM 5 STARS, AND 3 IS GENEROUS! I AM TELLING YOU IT'S DANGEROUS.

The lab corp lady is horrible and l will be following through with more steps in seeing that proper management is notified. The lady that was there yesterday tried to refuse doing my blood work at 4:45p when it clearly states they're open til 5p. I arrived as soon as l could with catheter attached and everything just to be met with complete rudeness. She was on her cellphone on a personal call and kept whining and complaining about how she normally doesn't even open "her" door after 4:30 and how "we" should notify the doctors of this and how she was being inconvenienced so on and so forth. Some people are blatant nasty for no reason and these kinds don't belong anywhere near customer service.

This is my to go place because it's the closest to where I reside. Today I walked nearly in tears to drop off a prescription I was told it would be about an hour. I couldn't speak because I had just had surgery and I was nearly in tears due the pain I was in. The young man at the pharmacy counter saw me and knew I couldn't speak and I was struggling to sign what I needed. He went out of his way to get me the things I needed, within 5 minutes my prescription was filled and he had all my other things ran up. He made sure I was okay to before I left the store . I was under distress and didn't get his name but planning to go back to thank him.

Been everywhere looking for Children's Tylenol. Asked the pharmacy to see if another location had it in stock.The person in the pharmacy was very helpful and tried to search but because it isn't a prescription medication couldn't get anything. She recommended I ask the person working the front. The lady upfront with the red hair gave me a blank stare and seemed frustrated that I asked her then asked a man that was on the floor to do it He stated he didn't have a Zebra which I take to be the machine she pointed out to him to grab and check. I just walked out at that point because I was already annoyed with her lack of customer service

I started using Walgreens photo since CVS photo kiosk was removed. It was good at the beginning. But now every single time I process an order, it's wrong or the quality is bad. I only use them because they have the peel & reuse photos, if not I would go to CVS across the street. I went yesterday and that will be the last time I use this Walgreens. I told the guy that the order was wrong, all he said was "I didn't print it" he could have said "How was it supposed to be, we can re-do it here" I just left the picture there and walked out. I would've talked to the manager had she not been helping another lady who was also having issues.

This Walgreens is not bad, I just go in there just to buy chips and soda but bro there is one dude at checkout that’s always in a bad mood. God forbid you ask him how his day is going. He’s not a bad guy or anything it’s just every time I ask him I always regret it lol. I don’t think I ever heard him say anything positive. One day it’ll be the weather, next day the lights are to bright then his feet hurt. My favorite one is when he couldn’t decide what to eat. Next time y’all go just stay quiet like you don’t know English.

A neighborhood Walgreens. Friendly, helpful staff. I go there several times a week for water, Häagen-Dazs ice cream, hot dogs and buns, cereals and chips, candy bars and cigarettes. Don't forget the wine and beer, and a great selection of First Rate Hallmark Cards and Shoebox greetings. Even during the Christmas holidays, Black Friday, the store was never so packed that I couldn't get very personalized service. They generally have some terrific last-minute gifts AND without the shopping hordes. Nice store!

This goes for the products they sell. Why would you sell a product but do not want to be responsible for it? I purchase 4 Vanilla Gift Cards and none of them work. I can not believe that the store can not take the cards back and give them back to their seller. I called Vanilla CS but after 2 hrs on hold, they hang up on me. Now I need to call them back again. I have been waiting for 4 hrs now. I called Walgreens but they basically told me that I have to deal with Vanilla Gift card CS.

I dont get it.. Why it always takes so long to get medication filled... Called to chk & see if just script was ready for pick-up I've been waiting over a hour with 2 callers ahead of me for someone to get on the line and say... "Thankyou for calling Walgreens i will be with you shortly" **Really** an to place me on hold again!! I only come here because of convenience.. Can't wait till CVS opens on the 24th ill be transferring over....

Had to in line about 15 minutes, because there was only one cashier tonight. There was not other employee in sight except for Catherine the cashier. She gets 5 stars for being friendly and doing her job well, but management gets 0 stars. There is no reason to have to wait so long at a Walgreens. I hope they either correct their management issues or replace whoever the manager that was working tonight was, if there even was one working.

Staff are friendly, but the pharmacy is an absolute disaster. There's never enough staff to deal with the volume. It sucks to have to wait behind 4 people picking up prescriptions just to drop off a prescription because they don't have drop off and pick up windows. Only one drive through window too for both drop off and pick up. I'd go back to CVS in a heartbeat if my insurance would allow it.

Yes we can have business open, I finally ventures out to Wallgreens Lakeland, clients were wearing mask and cashiers were wearing mask the correct way. As a customer it made me feel secure. We need to trust our business are taking precautions and the Wallgreens in Lakeland is doing just that. The CVS across the street not so much. Great job to you and your employees.

I have being going here since they first opened last several yrs.this location has gone downhill so bad.I stood 1 day at the register for 10 min.before any one came to check me out.I could of just walked out with my things if I were that way.Seen several shoplifting there and no one does anything about it.Oh they do they send there losses on the honest people..

I ordered a same-day canvas on Aug. 30th- yet I don't get an email that it's ready until Sept. 3. When I go to pick it up on Sept. 8, I wait 30 minutes at the counter while 3 people look for my order, but nobody can find it. Then they tell me they can't help me and can't reprint it because they don't have that canvas size... Unacceptable.

the lady who was working at the cashregister between 9pm-10pm on 9/5/21 was extremely rude to me. i provided ID for nyquil and she would not let me purchase it because my friend who was with me (who couldnt provide ID) was holding it for me because my hands were full. very rude.

The worst pharmacy I’ve been too. I was lied too and there was no effort to do there job. This was my first time at this Walgreens pharmacy and I will never go back to this Walgreens again. I’ve used other Walgreens before and had no problems until I came to this one.

5 stars for Kylie very sweet and friendly young lady at the front register. Went in the morning and she greeted you as you walk in and asks if you need any help if you're looking at the locked cases. Made my shopping experience enjoyable.

Smiley, one of their best employees went above and beyond when she saw I was distressed over a situation. Couldn't have been more kind and courteous than a nice small mom and pop pharmacy. 5 + Stars for Smiley!

Customer service was great, I was greeted when I walked in. When I asked for a receipt for a online order, they gave it to me. They had everything in stock that I needed. My son took some pics for me.

Pharmacy always has 2-3 people so it doesn't take forever. Good advice and customer service from staff. Plus there is always enough of the various sale items; no stupid rain checks necessary.

Love the pharmacist at this location - He is super sweet. Mikey greeted and took care of me today until he forgot about me - 45 min later he completed my check in and i got my shot:-(

I was refused service service and wasn’t allowed to enter the store at 9:53 when closing time was 10pm. Absolutely terrible service. Employee that denied me service should be fired.

Terrible location. They can’t print FEDEX labels because they forgot their password, even if I have a QR code. Never coming back, no wonder these places are going out of business.

Store was very clean and organized. Antonio was very welcoming and friendly. Although he was the only cashier, the line moved very smoothly. Definitely will be returning

Staff is friendly, but needs more employees. Sometimes I have to wait almost half an hour just to pickup photo order I made online due to lack of staff for both sides.

My family and I have been going to this pharmacy for years and they have always treated us well and have never had a bad experience. Best service always.

This Walgreens does not provide a public blood pressure machine. It has a helpful staff and is a nice store.
