Pharmacy could be better. I have had multiple problems. One: I didn't have the correct number of pills and the pharmacist asked how many more i needed and just gave me more. These are pain killers I would have thought maybe they would have been a little more concerned or followed some sort of protocol? Two: They "forget" to fill prescriptions. I had 2 called in and one they filled and then told me I didn't have anymore. I had to call and spend about 5-10 minutes to get them to finally see that there was a 2nd one that they were missing. 3rd I went to get my daughters and they once again called in 2 however they only saw 1! They finally called me 2 days later to let me know that there was a 2nd one as I stated the day of. Im going to complain but of course I will be back because its right down the street. I am only writing this to vent ....

If I could give this place no star's I would be you have to give something to do a review. So I schedule my children a covid test. I keep them from school until it's time. I go up there because it's time for them to take the test. The tell me the day of a at the time of them to take the test that they don't have any. How inconvenience is this. So I go in to talk to the manager and she tells me that they are trying to contacted the individual that have scheduled for a test to let them know. Well I have not 1 but 2 chicken taking the test and I have not gotten not one call. Please call to make sure after you have scheduled an appointment to see if they have test in store.

I MADE SURE TO CONFIRM @WALGREENS ONLINE -LOCATION JIM MILLER RD IN DALLAS TX HAD DOG FOOD BEFORE I DROVE THERE !! NOTHING WAS ON THE SHELVES FOR ANY DOG FOOD. I TOLD THE MGR @WALGREENS ONLINE STATES THEY WERE STOCKED W DOG FOOD!! -DID THEY HAVE ANYTHING IN THE BACK? HER RESPONSE WAS "THE TRUCK BARELY CAME TODAY" WHAT DOES THAT MEAN "BARELY" DID IT OR DID IT NOT COME!!!! AND WHAT DOES THAT DO FOR MY NEEDS SMH I WONT SHOP WITH A COMPANY THAT LIES TO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! WALGREENS LOST A FOREVER CUSTOMER!!! GAS TOO HIGH FOR A COMPANY TO SAY THEY HAVE SOMETHING IN STOCK TO GET THERE AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO CHOOSE FROM!!! #CVS

Called this location because my usual pharmacy was out of my medication. Finally get through to someone in pharmacy, and they inform me that they do indeed have the medication in stock; however, it's being held for "special patients". To clarify, not that the medication has been filled, and is awaiting pick-up. It's purposefully being withheld from others for reasons unclear, but suspect to say the least.

Very bad customer service i come in use the atm machine ask for change for for 20 i got and cashier tells me i have to buy something i ask for the manager he then tells me same so i had the 20 to my sister cause she buys icecream and something esle he tells me i cant give it to her to get change cause i have to buy something this is very crazy and i was trated poorly sad someone has to go through that

I used the fedex at walgreens by photo over two weeks ago and everyday im told fedex will pick up at 7 long story short the package never sent even after speaking with day and night manager. Do not use this location to ship packages the staff does not care about timelines or customer service. The future of these establishments these days worries me because the word accountability is not taught at all.

i figure id take advantage of the curbside pick up, i needed an item to help with a terrible pain im experiencing when i walk, i got emails saying my order could not be fulfilled and it was cancelled, so i figured id stop by and go in the store for an alternative, of course the item i ordered online was on the shelf! UGH don't offer the service if you're not going to do the actual orders!

The pharmacy sucks. Got a prescription sent over and they canceled it because insurance issues without notice. Had to go get a paper prescription and bring it to them the medication prescription had written that it had 3 refills but they put 0 . My medicine was supposed to be ready the next day but it was ready 3 days later. They’re also rude especially the main pharmacist lady

Really upset to even have to give them 1 star just to write a review! The worst pharmacy ever. My husband is literally begging me to hang up because I've been holding for an hour. When I first called it said 2 calls ahead then one call. Now it doesn't say anyone is ahead of me but I'm still on hold. They close at 9 and it's 8:59 I bet they pickup and hang up.

Jasmine have great customer service also well mannered she took me to the right spot at the store after she told me it was her first week at the store and it might take a minute. This Walgreens have great employees It didn’t stop with her when I got to the register The young ladie was excellent also I will be back

They have the worse phone costumer skills i have ever seen. They pick up the phone. Then they mumble something,then put you on hold. Only to hang up on you. It always takes me a couple of phone calls and several hours to get through to talk to someone! Please get Better!! …

Pharmacy department needs to work on being quicker. Others complained that there are people back there but nothing really getting done. The biggest convience is having a pharmacy close to home. I think the pharmacy staff could be less unfriendly and more professional.

This is the BEST drugstore . Everyone that works there shows such courtesy to their customers. The pharmacy is for sure the BEST. 5 STAR IS WELL DESERVING for them. I would never go anywhere else. Walgreens on N. Jim Miller Rd. I appreciate y’all.

Even though hold time was long, and they did not have prescription in stock, their knowledge in substitution was great. Thank you pharmacy for going above and beyond. BTW this was the 3rd location I’d looked into.

The place is great. The employees were good as always, the place is a little messy in there, and the prices are good. The parking lot is a little busy sometimes. But overall good place to shop at.

Very slow service, didn't listen to me at all when I said I had different insurance. Over charged me by $40 and I had to call my insurance go back in and wait in line for a refund. Not pleased.

Pharmacy staff rude wasn’t able to get my prescription yesterday I was told to return first thing on today I got there medicine still not ready! I’ve been sick for days this place is horrible

Waited over 30 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru ! This is ridiculous, I understand sometimes things happen l, but during my last three visits customer service is getting worse .

Why offer pick up orders if the employees going to cancel. The items are in stock I have placed couple of orders a few times and they have cancelled.

Horrible curbside pickup!!!! Order is never ready until 2-3 hours later and sometimes they don't receive the order or can't find my order.

Good place for a quick in and out. The pharmacy techs need some work. But this is still going to be my go to place.
