I was told my rapid test was going to take approximately 2 hours to receive results, it's been over 15 hours and still no results. I went to Walgreens because a friend of mine suggested it along with the website stating it and the pharmacist confirmed it would only take a few hours when I left, yet it's been over 15 hours still no results. I even called corporate and the can't seem to find my paperwork although I have confirmation for my appointment along with being charge through my insurance. If you are looking for an actual rapid test for your employer or for traveling DO NOT GO HERE false advertisement along with you will miss work or your flight due to a lack of care ness! I had so many other options I could have gone to to get same day results, disappointed frustrated and missed work due to WALGREENS

So utterly disappointed with Walgreens! Forced to leave my top notch pharmacy, Thrive, creme Dell creme pharmacy with delivery never missing a refill even in 3 homeless shelters delivered by Stat! But my Medicare forced me to go to Walgreens tho thankful now covered 100%. But I am dying and a widow and no one to pick up my refills! They say I must pay $5 but their website does not have the option to pay for delivery to this dying disabed senior?

I really wish that I could give them a 0. The Pharmacist make up their own rules even when you have a prescription with the date that its supposed to be filled the Pharmacist still will not fill it. And the employees at the Drive thru window make decisions about filling your prescription without talking to the Pharmacist

The little runt at the pharmacy (Alexandra) is very rude. She has this little habit of snatching things from ppls hands. Never a smile on her face. Never says hello how may I help you, thank you are welcome. No manners no respect whatsoever. Why come to work with an attitude and try to ruin everybody else’s day.

Every time I come here I’m always greeted by the cashier especially I think her name is tonya? (All I know it start with a T ) she was on register by the cigarettes on July 27 2020 at 10:35 Am . she is very helpful ask me if I needed help in something she helped me a lot for the online coupons and my points.

No greeting when you walk in. Cashiers are gossiping about other employees. To the point where they yell across the store. The cashiers need to work on their attitude. After all the customer is basically why you get a paycheck! If you don't feel like going in to work. Then stay at home! !

Steve the store manager claimed his radio didn't workin photo lab called for help several times. He walked away and refused to help me and my kids pick up money from western Union after i forced the employee to test the radio in my face and IT DID IN FACT WORK! HES A LAZY LIAR

Unfriendly and unprofessional staff management. This one on 2060 S. Buckner needs an overhaul. Try the Walgreens at 10152 Lake June Rd. and you will be pleased with their customer service. I promise you based on my own personal experiences with both.

Every time I come here I just hate it waiting in line for people to process there card information is just a waste of time they should do away with that some people like to just come in get whatever pay and leave plain and simple.

Drive thruw takes forever. If you're planning on coming make sure you're ready to be waiting in the drive thrue for more than a hour and after that to see the mad face of the pharmacist!

Slow service. Nobody at the register. Make you check out at photo center and wait being people sending packages and getting photos. I just want to pay for my stuff and go.
