Ever since the 8th of November 2023 I've been trying to get my meds refilled. I called placed my refill thru automatic and was told to hold on for pharmacy rep. A male answered. Said what ca I help you with. I said I was told to hold on just put refills in. Didn't say a word just clicked. Called back hung up on 4 times. Preceeded to call thru out the week . We'll it's the 18th. No high blood pressure med because the only help I received was thru the automatic service. And that computer was more respectful than the rep. Ok 17th walked in to complain to the manager she ignored me and took a phone call. Go to the pharmacy. Blessing. The temporary pharmacist a Golden blonde and white. Caucasian woman thar was soooo nice and apologized for . She was just stepping to help and was the o lying one there with no help. Bless her to be in that environment. I go on to say . Walgreens on master and lake june is a wonderful store. It's the managers and employees that's giving it a bad reputation. The building is fine its THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE.

Beyondddddd aggravated with this service and I was too a pharmacy technician at a Walgreens pharmacy. How is it the meds were never filled This is UNBELIEVABLE!!!

The employees are very unprofessional. The young cashier has her ear buds in talking to someone on the phone every time I come in. While I was looking for a product the other co workers decides to follow me around the store like a dog in heat. When I finally went to the register to pay I had to wait until the cashier finish her conversation, the manager looked at me and said someone will be right with you and walked away. These people needs training on customer service instead following people around the store.

I ordered a 36x24 photo. Upon arriving to pick it up, I was greeted by a clerk who bragged about how she's the best one on staff for printing posters. Ironically, the picture was only 36x20. They printed it on the wrong paper! I went back to the store to return it, and waited around for 15 minutes until someone finally discovered that they don't even have big enough paper in stock. I then had to wait in a separate line to get a refund.

Today's not a good day for customer service for the pharmacy department. I was on hold for 1 hour and 13 minutes and was cut off. I chat with the online messaging no luck. I w.as charged to have prescriptions delivered and am being told by messaging to pick them up. No help is available unless you go up in person. In which I'm at work until 7 pm....To bad I can't share the on hold screen shot.

Brenda is a terrible manager. Waited forever for some allergy medication that was locked away. Apparently helping customers is beneath her and locking herself up in the office is what she prefers to do while being employed here. Had to chase someone down after a while. The employee wasn’t surprised when I mentioned she looked at me dead in my face and walked away to the back

Come looking for lysol.....it's web said is in stock i ask one employee who send me with other's witch they told me they couldn't check!!! That they had lot's off boxes in the back and that until 4 o 5 they do the restocking... I didn't believe what they said.. I'm mean when i went to look for them they were coming from the back and they were restocking.

My regular Walgreen's were out of stock on an antibiotic that I needed desperately and they directed me to the Lake June location. Although there was a misprint on the prescription, the pharmacist and the clerk worked till they sorted it out and then filled it immediately for me and got me on my way !! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY POLITE

This pharmacy is horrible. The pharmacist Alexandria is very unprofessional and rude. She was not able to assist me with what i needed and when i asked questions she had an attitude. Ive worked in a pharmacy before and never met someone so rude and disrespectful to their customers. I would not recommend anyone filling prescriptions here.

Always professional staff in the pharmacy. Also, I appreciate the fact that the cashiers acknowledge you when you come in. I only come here to get my father's prescriptions, but I'm glad it's this location. You don't mind waiting for a prescription or something because they're very pleasant you know?

Pharmacy's employee she don't know what she's doing went Tuesday to pick some prescriptions and she forgot to tell me I was missing 1 i called the next day and pick up today. An when I did she somebody had allready picked them up Finally the checked an yeah they had them .Really Bad Experince..

They tell you you HAVE to buy insulin syringes INSIDE. I waited half an hour in the outside drive thru line just to be told this. Is there really a difference??? I have not experienced this AT ANY OTHER WALGREENS. That's fine, I WILL NOT be giving THIS Walgreens ANY MORE of my business.

Bad customer at the pharmacy. Pharmacist are in bad mood and they take for ever to fill my prescriptions I had to come 3 times in a day and they still didn’t have it ready until the next day it is ridiculous…. The only that was nice and able to help was Erick the pharmacist

I'm super annoyed! Cashier shorted me on my change,and they recounted the till and it was only .19 short. Now how does that make any sense? We need new employees or a CVS. I'm over this location. I rather drive to the one on Buckner.

The employees at the pharmacy have terrible customer service skills and take forever to attend you. They never answer their phones or take over an hour to answer when they finally do. I wouldn't recommend going to this location.

I personally love Walgreens they always have great deals I know people say its expensive but it's really not they always have coupons and you get reward points which add up and helps alot again this is my opinion.

Booked an appointment for a booster shot and filled out all of the proper documentation beforehand. Wait was still an hour. Very unprofessional. Horrible experience. Avoid this location at all costs.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy I’ve been too. I waiting over an hour just to get a vaccine. And they lost the paper work and didn’t realize it until they were getting ready to do the actual vaccine.

This pharmacy is really slow. Plan to be here around 30 to 45 minutes to pick up a prescription. I haven't been here in well over a year and my Dr accidentally sent my script here. Ridiculous.

The pharmacy is very quick and a BIG upgrade in terms of customer service and speed over at the Bruton/Buckner location. The store itself is also a lot cleaner and better staffed.
