Was prescribed a new medication. And they gave me wrong instructions on how to consume it. They sold it to me without hesitation- I asked how and I should take it, the tech had to go get the pharmacist who was not there to explain the medication, and when he did come over- the pharmacist on site (while not at the window, and seemingly half paying attention) told me to "take two today" I repeated it back to him, he confirmed it, I asked "that's it?" He said yes, so I took the two as he instructed. After a few days of nothing happening, I double checked the bottle and it doesn't say to take two today. It says take twice a day, 12 hours apart. Now I'm out these meds, and need to spend more money for another Dr's appt to get another prescription- but more importantly, if this was more critical medication, this pharmacist could of seriously hurt or killed someone.

The cranky pharmacy manager at this Walgreens would not accept GoodRx for the prescription we had for clobetasol even though Walgreens advertises that they do. Interestingly, the price there was $28, and only about $17 at either Costco or Walmart , but we were already at the store and the prescription was written for that particular Walgreens. Lesson learned: The horrible attitude of the manager and that extra $11 means that whenever possible, we’ll just use some other provider. And this manager should be in a lab someplace because interacting with customers goes against the grain for this guy.

I brought my prescription here today and after dealing with 3 days and many hours at CVS on Decatur & Ann rd (Arguments & No Result!) I brought the same prescription to this Amazing Walgreens to a gentleman named by Robbie My sons prescription was filled within 15 minutes!. No back forth No Arguments No Call Your Insurance comment And it was Done ✔ Never will I take my prescriptions to CVS ever!. All praise to this Walgreens I enjoy that they know exactly what their doing & doing their Job at 100%! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐☆⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just switched to this pharmacy and it is already clear they are understaffed. They had to call me twice to clarify items about my medication. Both staff members who called seemed confused and rushed. The second gentleman who called was on the phone with me for 18 minutes only to say that he would try to figure it out and they’d get back to me within the next THREE DAYS. All during my call I could hear him speaking to other staff and directing other prescriptions. He seemed distracted and in a rush. He disconnected the call on me before I could finish speaking.

Manager of the site seems to stop ordering what it is that I buy almost daily along with the store never being restocked and its like the manager doesn’t know how to order. Pharmacy people are so rude so I won’t get started on that. Express lane is ignored so why have the option? This wasn’t this bad about a year ago so what is the deal? Upper management needs to restaff this store with caring people that know and care about the store and the customers.

For the most part this pharmacy is amazing. Never had issue. However, they are incredible under staff which adds extra stress and I under and feel for the employees. However, they are cold and act like robots. Hopefully Ms. Walgreens can raise their wages and benefits to help increase employees.

NASTY PARKING LOT! ALLWAYS FULL OF GARBAGE!! NASTY NEVER CLEANED!! JUST TRASH TRASH!!!
