Pretty fun but after midnight it was mega packed full of people. There wasnt enough bar staff and I was being pushed out of the way for other people to get their drinks and if I tried to push back in there would have been an issue that the bar staff did not seem to care about. Good fun until the sleaze hits then you have to fend for yourself. Edit: thinking about this now that I'm sober they were certainly over capacity for a regular club let alone with covid right now. At midnight they were making people wait to get in but when we left it was packed so I guess they just wanted to squeeze as much money from people as they could. Cough cough 20 dollar entry fee ouch

I came here on a Sunday night, the food was nice. Just last of bread and rice, it was 20 dollars I didn’t think it lived upto my expectations. Would like to try other things. How ever most the fools was in a warm bay marine not made fresh. So when they served it was cold. I would love to have more spicy options there. There not open every night for food!

If you haven't been to Wakanda Place, you are missing out the best thing in Adelaide!. Hands down the best food i ever had in Australia. I'v had their Jollof Rice yesterday for lunch and man oh man...It was a flavour explosion. The meat was so tender, melted in the mouth. This place and the staff's the best. The pub and the beer garden is amazing!

Quirky little multicultural bar with cute signs and pictures scattered throughout.small and intimate setting at the west end of Hindley so parking isn’t too much of a nightmare. Staff are willing to fix any issues when asked. Offers live music and special events regularly. Just check the windows.

I attended the Speak-Hear open mike poetry evening on the first Tuesday night of the month (July). The venue is beautiful with its African influences, the customer service was friendly and on point. No stars on the food as I didnt eat here.

Worth a visit, nice African vibe. Usually packed after 12am Friday and Saturday If you are lucky that the kitchen is open (not every day), definitely should try those African dishes. I love the jollof rice with oxtail and chicken. I think this is one of not many places serving African cuisine in the CBD.

Went to a open mic poetry session with my son and his missus. Cozy small place, good barman and ideal location to use as a starting point if up for a west end pub crawl.

Wow! This is an awesome place. The owners and the staff provide a level of service and comfort which makes for a pleasurable experience.

$15 for a glass of wine , not even filled correctly . Train the bar woman or get rid of her. She has no idea. Friendly door staff .
