**Following the response, which if you haven't read, don't rush. They have basically told me my opinion is wrong and the advisor dealt with us appropriately with an insincere apology added in there** Hi Waggin Tails, Wow, I am taken back at the lack of sincerity in your apology. I have called now, I believe, 3 times, and have taken the dog for nail clippings on 2 occasions now. It also really shows a company when you feel the need to go into detail about reasons I have previously called, instead of saying you have acknowledged everything said. I believe Claire and the person who responds to these (who is probably Claire) need to learn better customer service skills and shouldn't argue with customers and tell them their opinions are wrong. Shocked with the way this has been dealt. What a crazy turn of events. ---------------- After moving to Earl's Court in the spike of lockdown we found ourselves in need of a new vets. After reading the good reviews Google had for Waggin Tails we decided to sign up with them and have an initial check up on both dogs and get them wormed and their boosters updated. We booked it and everything seemed to be fine, unfortunately we had to cancel due to my partner having a positive covid test in his office. We recently spoke to them as our dog is suffering from pains in her paw and we wanted to get some advice if there is anything we can do or anything they want us to look for. The lady on the phone by the name of Claire was extremely rude, she 'huffed and puffed' at my partner on the phone when he was trying to get our dogs booked in. I took over the call and could feel a sense of dismissal from the advisor and didn't feel she wanted to help. She kept saying to us 'you cancelled your previous appointments with us'- and? After being over spoken, more or less shouted at down the phone we have decided to go back to our previous vets. When we then called back to let them know to cancel the appointments and that we would no longer be using Waggin Tails, you could hear a signing laugh on the phone from her and as we were putting the phone down the lady, Claire, shouted 'best of luck at your previous vets'. That was the icing on the cake for us. We will not be returning and will not, ever, be referring them to friends with pets.

I am giving a 1 star review because there is no option for 0. My baby Gucci, who is Chihuahua, went to this vet 2 months prior to his passing from cardiac arrest, they investigated his stomach bloats, which is a symptom of multiple heart murmurs, which I only found out about after his passing, they gave me no inclination to believe that is was more than one heart murmur instead of a life threatening multiple murmur situation and again on a visit 2 months, Ago, was still made to believe it was a single murmur stated to me by the vet, who was also chewing while trying to listen to my sickly dogs heart, after being charged for such a poor service and veterinary care, I was forced to do my own research, just to find out that it wasn't a stomach issue which I was charged £4,000 for, but a life threatening multiple heart murmur disease. I was given no advice, no follow up guidance or even medication for my poor. Baby, instead through my research I found out that imaging of his heart is a procedure that is a necessity in his condition to find out how best to help my best friend... This I had to do all by myself, alone and even found the specialist vets through my own sources, after which I had to have a form/paperwork which I handed to this vet that STILL is NOT completed to this day for his heart imaging, after his passing. I truly believe they are ageist, if you have an older pet, I would advise not to go there, my gucci could have survived this but due to the lack of any real meaningful care, he prematurely passed away at home with me. He would still be here today if I had taken him to a proper place of veterinary care.

Outstanding service in all aspects. Treating animals is clearly not just a job for members of staff - it's their passion, they do it with a lot of love, and certainly don't compromise on quality. Waggin' Tails' customer service and expertise is outstanding. Bluebelle came in with a limp at 9 months old and was diagnosed with Patellar Luxation, ranging from Grade 2 to Grade 3, on both hind legs. This was completely missed by our, then, regular vet who had seen her on various occasions for health check ups. Less than two weeks later James, their surgeon, operated her first leg. Since her first visit, Bluebelle has been showered with love by all members of staff, with regular telephone check ups regarding her health. Post-surgery, both the surgeon and the director of the company were available until the late hours of the night for advise and reassurance for a worried and pestering pet owner Today, three days after the surgery, is my graduation and I was panicking to find doggy day care for a recuperating puppy. Waggin' Tails came to the rescue, welcoming Bluebelle with welcome arms for the day. Also accommodating us to bring our own blankets for her comfort. This independent little practice in the heart of Chelsea is definitely the one for you and your pet!

The veterinarian and her team here are on a league of their own! They deliver absolutely amazing medical care with genuine concern for the animals in their clinic. My two dogs (one havanese boy, one cockapoo girl) are beloved members of our family, and I was very nervous to have them fixed. After visiting other vets in the area, we had both of them done here. I couldn’t have asked for better care! The vet performed all the necessary blood work and tests to make sure they could go under anesthesia, and had the dogs monitored the rest of the day post-surgery to make sure their recovery was going well. Both of my dogs were up and running around the following day after surgery, happy as can be! We were also offered two follow-up visits to make sure the wounds were healing well. Unlike other vet offices in the area who seem more concerned about how to maximize profits, the vet genuinely cares about my dogs’ health and wellbeing, and is highly skilled in assigning the correct medications and performing examinations and surgery. This will be the only vet my dogs see for their health problems in the future! Thank you so much!!!

Quite simply, Waggin' Tails provided us with the best care I've ever experienced in any practice. My puppy had a complicated leg surgery at the Waggin' Tails Clinic (which we are registered with) and from the moment we walked in we knew we were in good hands. I was given a clear walkthrough of what the procedure entailed and what to expect during the recovery process. Everything was set up quickly and efficiently, at the highest standard, with the surgery progressing smoothly within the expected time frame. Post-op care was top notch and I was kept up to date on her progress throughout, all my questions answered and all concerns addressed. I would like to give a big thank you to everyone at the Waggin' Tails Clinic, who went above and beyond to ensure that my puppy and I were both comfortable and that my puppy was given the absolute best care humanly possible. Might I mention that this is a 100lb Great Dane puppy and that takes a lot of effort to handle! I couldn't recommend this clinic and everyone working here enough. Many, many thanks. I cannot imagine going anywhere else!!! I moved out of London and still bring her in to Waggin' Tails for care because they are THAT good. Luisa and her amazing staff have saved my pup multiple times. If it were not for their diligent care and concern, I would never have known about my dog's tumour on her spleen, as it is almost never detected until after it ruptures and the dog dies. Another time, I went to a local vet and he treated my dog for an ear infection with 5 different drugs (and a heafty bill). Luisa gave me a second opinion and found that it was simply a stick that was lodged in the dog's ear. Who knows how many rounds of drugs I would have gone through, not to mention the agony of my dog....? They carry great natural products AND the grooming is exceptional. I could not recommend this clinic enough and am so grateful to have found them. Thank you to all at Waggin Tails!!!

We've taken our golden retriever here since he was a puppy and have been very happy with the treatment he's received and the medical care of the staff. They are very personable and our dog adores them. Even after he was neutered, he was still wagging his tail around them when we went to pick him up. I've also found they stand out in their price transparency --- before giving our dog any treatment they let us know what the cost is and whether or not they see the treatment/ test as essential or just a "nice to have". This transparency is really helpful, as it allows us to make informed medical decisions vs at other clinics where they may taken advantage of nervous pet parents by pushing every test possible. I genuinely feel like they care for and love my dog and trust them with his health and wellness.

I cannot recommend this vet highly enough. I have used tons of different practices over the years and this is the only one I will trust with my fur baby. I truly know that they care for her and love her.The care is extremely personal, your pet isn't just a number. They are always welcoming, very friendly and extremely thorough. I always feel no stone is left unturned and the vets are very knowledgeable. They do a great job of putting pet (and owner) at ease. My dog has received excellent care, from a life saving treatment, bloodwork, diagnostics, vaccines and a complex passport procedure - with Waggin Tails going above and beyond to make the process smooth. They really are 5*. Roobles especially loves Louisa, who is always on hand with treats and cuddles.

3 years on - this is The Best grooming salon in SW London. Our cockapoo is always greeted with hugs and smiles and even though she is slightly nervous of grooming they always make her (and us) feel super comfortable. Would 100% recommend Waggin Tails to everyone we know. Thank you for taking such good care of Mabel and for doing such an amazing groom (we know she wriggles!). THESE ARE BUTCHERS NOT BARBERS!!! A few days ago I brought my Cavapoo here to get a haircut. On the way home after collecting him I noticed he was bleeding!!! On closer inspection I discovered he had multiple cuts and grazes. I took him straight back as they have a vet on site and I wanted to confront them about what they had done. They offered no compensation, refund or even a mere apology .... If you love your animal DO NOT take them here. (Edit) I am disgusted with the response which suggest that this did not happen and I am lying. As I am not comfortable posting my real name online I have attached a picture of the Hibi scrub your vet prescribed.

After being let down an hour before our grooming appointment elsewhere, I remembered wagging tails. I used to bring my old dog (a border terrier) and was always very happy. Now my much larger dog (a poodle x newfound) went in for her first groom with wagging tails and we couldn’t be happier. Despite the short notice they managed to get us a same day booking, and after discussing how long the groom would take they offered to stay after hours to complete rather than rebook. Honestly the service was superb, my dog Nellie couldn’t look (or smell) better and she came out so happy. I’m honestly looking forward to her next groom! Thank you so much!

The store itself is great, lots of dog toys, treats and everything you could want/need. However I took my dog here in June 2017 for a haircut and when I went to collect her, the receptionist returned me someone else's Labradoodle. I told her that this wasn't my dog, and she tried to insist that it was. Until I pointed out that I had a girl dog and this was in fact a boy, she needed to go find my dog. Fortunately, my dog was still with the groomer and everything ended OK but slightly worrying as she could have gone home with a total stranger had I not been more careful. Despite this, it is our local groomer so I might give them another try.

They took the time to talk to me, showed me the groomer please very friendly. Very polite. Did a really good job on my dog. Specially she had a lot of Matt on her cheeks. I have took my dog to lots of different rumours but they did not do a good job, I was very please just I was a little bit upset. The price was very high and my dog did not even get a ribbon as some groomers put a little ribbon on there Carla, but everything else was fantastic but she did get lots of treats but for the price, I think she’s they should give a ribbon on the colours or a packet of treats to come home with but I definitely will be carrying on going there

So I took my pooch for a nail clipping appointment as I’ve been to lots of other groomers in Chelsea, Notting Hill and Richmond. I was super sceptical as I’ve honestly had no luck with anyone. I suppose it’s quite difficult clipping their nails especially as my miniature dachshund is a little anxious at times. Loulou and her assistant were super sweet, attentive and very professional. She knew exactly how to cut his nails and they were done vertically straight. Other groomers have either cut them very wonky, too close to the vein or not even bothered at all. Thanks Loulou! ☺️

The first class service. I took my shih tzu for full groom last week. Im always a bit nervous when I take Ziggy for heir cut but Im very very happy how he looks like now and not only me but all my friend's like it as well. I can with confidence highly recommend Waggin' Tails to everybody. You can also find all other things in the shop for your pooch. They have dog food, bedding, clothes and many more. The staff is very friendly and professional and would help you with all your needs. I must also mention that Ziggy likes going to Waggin' Tails.....he comes out all happy

Amazing service! The best vet practice in london. The veterinary nurse was the most caring and compassionate person I have ever met . I really appreciated this service especially during this pandemic where businesses have become unresponsive, rude and lazy. This lady works hard yet she treats you like a human being. The vet was also kind and very intelligent .she knew instantly exactly what was wrong with my cat and what the next steps would be,whereas other places seemed to lack knowledge and empathy. This pet shop is (not my local) so beautifully supplied with all things that you might need for your pet. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is also a grooming parlour for your pooch. I took my shih tzu for grooming there many times. Last time I was not very happy about a few bits but to my pleasant surprise I was called by the owner. It is fantastic that they care about their customers and I would definitely take my dog back there with full confidence. Highly recommend. I took my Ziggy again for grooming today and Im very happy

I’ve been taking my dog to waggin tails since he was a puppy!! Lou, louisa and Zahe are an absolute delight! I love my dog so much and will only bring him here for his groom as he is a bit fussy! But he absolutely loves Lou! She treats him so kindly and I can see she really loves what she does! Tokio always looks AMAZING after his groom! He also smells so good! I joined Waggin' Tails following several recommendations by friends. Arlo is my first dog and so had no expectations but I have been so happy with everything at this vet. Claire, is great at answering questions and putting your mind at ease and always manages to accommodate my requests for appointments and timings. Nora, the vet is lovely and my dog is always really calm and at ease in her presence. I really appreciate this vet and I have stuck with them since moving house, even though it is not quite far away.

Been coming here with Marley for a few months now and although it can be hard to book due to them being in high demand(not surprised!)it is every bit worth the wait.The groomer is a wonder ,always treats Marley with patience,kindness and care especially since he had a bad experience with a previous grooming place and is extremely nervous.His cut is always exactly what I ask and always looks gorgeous!The owner is a sweetheart and makes you feel so comfortable.Cannot recommend this place enough 10/10!!!!

Waggin Tails came to the rescue a few weeks ago when my 3 year old cat Stanley slit his front leg on what seemed to be a fence. The muscles were torn and bruised and multiple layers of stitches needed. Stanley was able to have surgery the same day I called the clinic, even though there was another surgery happening the same day. I couldn't have asked for more support and kindness at this time for Stanley. The surgery went really well and the leg is now fully healed. Thank you so much Waggin Tails!!

Incredible place! They have everything you need and even though they were very busy everyone was happy and willing to help. The vet clinic is fully equipped and most of the bloods and X-rays can be done on the spot! So I did not have to wait days for my Sully’s results. The vet nurse and Vet are very knowledgeable and take their time to explain everything. They are incredible with cats! I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you Waggin’ Tails.

We absolutely love Nora at the Chelsea Veterinary Clinic. She is possibly the kindest veterinarian we've ever had the good fortune to meet. She really cares about our cats and has a wonderful, kind manner. The ethos of this clinic is so reassuring; they are not out to make quick money like many other more aggressive veterinary businesses. You will be in extremely good hands with Nora and her team. I'd give them six stars if I could!

Deeply disappointed by this service. I took my puppy for her first bath. This was meant to be a bath only. It was explicitly discussed no cutting at all, only her claws to be clipped. I collected her and found she’d had the most ridiculous haircut!! Why would any groomer decide to do whatever they like with your dog?!?? Sadly, I now can’t go back there. Just beware, they don’t listen to you.

Truly best vet that we have been to! Knowledgable doctor, friendly atmosphere. For the first time I could fully trust and rely on experts. My dog received thorough examination, bespoke treatment and fantastic care! They also have a pet store and grooming salon next door with a super talented groomer, all in one. Highly recommend and definitely not the one to miss out!

This is a fantastic place ... I always bring my Pomeranian boy named Max for almost 5 years ago; since he was puppy till now. My friend told me about waggin’ tails “free first consultation” for new kittens and that I would be safe in the hands of Dr. Bagdi - and of course she was right! Nora was very knowledgable and kind… and as a first time pet owner made me feel very safe. All the staff were so helpful - 10/10!

This is my regular groomers for my little dog George and every time the lady does a brilliant job. It wasn’t easy finding a groomer for George as he is a very nervous dog who doesn’t get on well with new people but has grown to really trust the groomer. She does a fantastic job. Well done.

I am always happy to go to Waggin Tails because they take such good care of my boy! Last time I went, they were very gentle when taking his blood sample and made sure that I had everything for his treatment. They always remember him, both at the vet and the boutique. It feels like family!

It took 3 groomers to cut my passive cats nails. After getting home it was evident that my cat was in distress. Upon inspecting my cats paws it was evident that the claws were cut far too short, to where it becomes painful. This has never happened before, I am greatly disappointed.

I have nothing but enormous praise for the lovely staff at Waggin tail !!! I have been bringing my dog to the groom and vet for almost 10 years ,they always look after him so well !!! Very good value for money comparing to the other groomers in Chelsea .. Love them !

The staff at Waggin’ is amazing. They diagnosed a possibly life-threatening condition in my pet for which he had exhibited no symptoms. This happened while they were treating the kidney stones for which he had been diagnosed. I will be always grateful for their care.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure my pet would have a seamless journey and checked all the regulations with export staff. They really show they care and are extremely knowledgeable about the ever changing regulations with international travel. Very grateful!

Its evident that they genuinly care about animals. Its not just a service but the best care from people who love animals. Unfortunately had to put my cat down there but they made the experience at lot less painful than jt cluld have been for me. 5stars!

Dr Nora is a phenomenal veterinarian. She’s managing my cat’s tricky chronic illness beautifully and I’m so lucky to have found her for both of my kitties. She is thorough and careful, and I know that she will make the best decisions about their care.

Waggin tails has been looking after our dog for the past 7 years, both veterinary and grooming. Our dog (and ourselves) has a great relationship with the owner, the vet, and all the staff. We’re glad to have this place in our area and feel very lucky.

I called and when i got through I was hung up on. I called again and asked if they had any experience with wire haired dachshunds to which the man replied "errrr no...." and then hung up again. Very happy to take my money elsewhere-totally baffling.

I'm really not recommending this apparently nice shop!..they appear professional groomer but in reality they are just butchers. Pay attention. I'll never use this place again for my fluffy dog, i'm looking for a more professional and polite peaple.

The service and care was excellent. The practice feels a bit dated and there was an issue with one of the prices on the medicine that took a while to resolve (state said £220 but should have been £20!). That explains the missing star!

This is the BEST groomer in London. Amazing and friendly staff, great products in the shop, and the service is top shelf! The groomers are attentive and patient, and we are all (doggo included) always happy with the service.

These groomers are absolutely amazing. LuLu and Maria are very friendly, and my puppy looked fantastic as Lulu worked very hard to get all her mats out with a great haircut. Will definitely be back again soon!!

avoid. overpriced and hidden fees. booked a same day appointment and was not made aware that there is a ridiculous £100 fee until they showed me the bill. Care more about a profit then your pets well being.
