I bought an Opel Corsa 1.4 2010 ,the car outside is nice,on 11/10/2018 I get fetched the car from the dealer in Horizon,the key looking old I had to force them to change the cover,no spare key at all,no service book,no owners book,NO MANJOR SERVICE FROM PREVIOUS OWNER,I drove to the Garage next door,the salesman put 1/4 tank petrol,no oil,no water,I had to do those things myself.On our way to Kyalami,the car smell petrol,cuts in the middle of the road,had an awkward noise,I had to call them straight way,the excuse was it's still warming up,a week on that I had to go to the dealership and report the matter,only speaking to the salesman,I had to park the car and use the taxi again,3 weeks after I buy the car,3 times going back and forth I had to meet JP Henning,he said I must bring the car to him for service,he took the car for 3 days, claiming toto f it,nothing changed,I told him and we book the car with Williams Hunt Midrand,there were several things replaced and fixed,the major one was that the noise was from the damage if the engine after the car was driven without Oil previously,JP Henning towed the car cos the charges to their,the charges was almost R85 000 at Williams Hunt.The car is been with Dealership since 1st week Dec 2018,now JP is pinning all the problems of this car to me,how so?till today I have been promised the major service from the previous owner,dololo.The opel told JP they don't have the service at all cos the car was never serviced by them at all,JP Henning is rude and laughs when I speak to him.HEIDI tried to intervene in November she said she was told to stick to contracts but I'm seeing her here on comments offering someone help,crooks of note,that car will sit with them until the problem resolved DONT RISK AND BUY AT WESTERN AUTOHAUS

I bought a 2011 Audi A4 in Septemder 2017. The vehicle looked very nice from the inside out. Within the first week upon arrival I had to take it for a 105000km service. When driving it, i smelled exhaust gas inside the car. I made numerous calls and send email after email. I contacted them from day one, about the problems. It's been about six months that I have the vehicle. The vehicle came with a lot of problems on it, water pump needed to be replaced, oil filter, the list goes on. I had to pay about R12000 to have the small problems fixed. Audi Centre Paarl gave me quote of more than R69000 to Fix the problem on the vehicle. Western Autohaus has failed me as a customer. I have been sending messages even today( 20.03.2018) with no response. I live in the Western Cape, I expected to be treated much better. I am very very disappointed with their service. Thank God for all who had good experiences with them. But as for me. I was lied to and felled robbed by them. That's my experience with them..... ( i wont mentoin any names) I will appreciate it if they can prove me other wise....

The service we got was not what was promised. They were supposed to give our car a major service. They did not do that. They gave the car a normal service. After 6/7 months we are still waiting for a part from them. Emails from them is a nightmare. They dont respond straight away. It takes them 2 to 3 weeks before you get an answer. The people are very nice but the services are lousy
