Absolutely worst experience I’ve ever had. I hadn’t put colour in my hair for over 2 years and was looking for a little change. Asked for an ashy balayage but got an ORANGE extremely brassy ombré. Went back for a colour correction and it did the same thing as it went back to orange/yellow before even washing it. Had to go back a THIRD time within a month and a half time period only to get back to my own brown colour and was charged for the toner when I should not have been charged the initial 300$ for this horrible colour in the first place. It’s a basic principle. Completely not what I asked for and was told that I could have gone somewhere else... even though I was extremely calm and understanding throughout the entire process. Completely damaged my hair not happy about that nor the service...

Been coming here since June of 2020, staff is amazing and so so sweet, I get my nails done by either Nancee or Carmina, they kill the nail game, if i show them a design they do it so perfectly. Customer sevice is 100/100. I literally get so many compliments on my nails, covid protocols are respected, clean environment, i love that they disinfect our phones, that they have a little tool box with each of their clients name. They dont rush doing nails, i love when they take their time. my nails last a long time with them, Im so happy that i found them, they truly are the best. Love being part of the WH family.

Absolutely love W.H. Beauty. Gretchen and Krystina make you feel like an absolute goddess. They listen and bring your vision to life, and make you feel like you are just hanging out with the girls. Great products are used and that is for sure! Before I met Gretchen, I would visit different hairstylists and EACH time I would have burns and scabbing all over my scalp from the dyes they would use. It was the part I dreaded the most. That all changed when I met these wonderful girls. Gretchen makes me feel like I’m powerful, whenever I leave the salon. 100/10 would refer!

the best nail experience ever. i was welcomed by absolutely everyone, and they had my phone disinfected and took great Covid precautions! the salon was beautiful and clean! everyone was so nice and made efforts to talk the clients and make conversations! i felt so comfortable and welcomed. i got my nails done by Nancy (the owner) and she absolutely killed it! my nails came out just like i had hoped and i love them so much!!!! i would give this place 10 stars!!!!!

I’ve been a client since they opened and a client of Gretchen’s before that. Gretchen & Kristina are wonderful as well as all the other staff. Everyone is professional, attentive to their client’s needs and concerns, they follow safety protocols, friendly and a great value for the quality you receive. It’s such a beautifully decorated salon-you feel at ease as soon as you enter this establishment. I highly recommend their services!

Absolutely love Gretchen and Krystina! I have had some hard times with my hair (and me box dying it) and Gretchen has always been there to correct it and bring it back to exactly what I want. She’s made me feel safe, comfortable as well and never judged for my box dying. A great friendly atmosphere with amazing service! Such a trust worthy salon with two extremely talented and friendly hair dressers! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had a wonderful experience my first time at W.H. Beauty Studio. I got my nails done by Nancy and I absolutely love the design. She was so welcoming and easy to talk to. I’ve been going here for years. They’re truly the best!! The quality of their nails, the SERVICE, the place they’re in.. it’s all perfect. I’ve gone to many nail salons but none compare. They’re not even just a nail salon at this point, John, Nancy, Carmina and everyone who works with them become like your friends. It really is a great atmosphere that can’t be beat

I came in to get walk in haircut, it was 13:40. On their bookin app there was plenty of spaces as of 14:00 and every 30 min after with 2 different hairstylist. I called before coming to make sure, but noone answered the phone. After long wait at reception I was told upfront without checking they have no spot. Not coming back.

The B E S T nail technician is Nancee. Truly talented...takes her time , precise in details, answers all your questions, explains process of acrylics for first timers , punctual with appointment...super pleased and My daughter and I are going back !!! Highly recommend this place. Extremely satisfied 2 customers!!

they were able to give me a last minute appointment before the holidays. they did a great job on my shellac manicure and for a great price !! edit: i went back to get the nails removed as i cant keep them for my job and my nails are now ruined :(
