I have been going to this Vons since July of 2021 when I moved to Beverlywood/Pico Central area. I've always had a great experience with check-out staff. They are professional, friendly, and work incredibly hard even when short staffed. The deli is a bit slow and hard to find assistance at night. Today I decided to write a review about my experience because I'm usually there two nights per week but will not be going back. I noted that this was the third time there were no handbaskets at the entrance. I don't need a cart for only 5-10 items. When I asked the manager with pinkish hair about it she said the baskets were all being used and out on the store floor. (During the day there is usually 2-3 stacks at either entrance.) So I decided to look down every aisle and at all checkouts--there was only one basket held by a customer in the entire grocery store.They were not on the floor being used but stored somewhere and not available to customers. She was also the manager that was working a Friday night 2 or 3 weeks ago and there were 27 people waiting (counted them) across 2 checkouts and a completely full self checkout line as well. She was standing at the self checkout register just looking busy and after 15 mintues decided to open up a checkout but only to 3 people she said. I can understand when a store is busy but when you are not helping out it borders on laziness, incompetence, lack of leadership and a 'don't care' attitude. It was a mess at the front of the store and the only reason she opened up was due to stares from customers. If it was one incident I would understand but it seems to be standard practice when she is on duty. I won't be going back and if I do it will be during the day.

This Vons market is an easy stop for me on my way home from work, before work, or late at night when I am in the mood for some food. They have your typical variety of foods, brands, and drinks. I come here because of the convenience. Parking is usually pretty easy, I know they always have what I need, and the chicken tenders from the deli section are delicious. I would give this market five stars if the lines were quicker. There are some rush hours here when I might spend longer waiting to checkout then I do filling a cart. The cashiers are all incredibly kind and helpful - they also work as fast as they can. So, I do not know a solution to their line problem, but I hope the manager does. I recommend this Vons if you are in the area, but there is no need to travel across town to here.

Vons needs to do better about enforcing the drive up and go spots. Whenever I order to drive up and go, almost all of the spots are taken by somebody who is shopping inside the store. The spots are for people who have preordered. Management should have security ticket them or leave a note. An issue on pickup is that if the store had to substitute something, I have to approve it but the website won’t update once I approve it. I then have to call the store and hope that someone picks up. Whoever works in the IT department needs to fix this bug.

Poor selection in many areas PLUS long/slow lines. Too bad they don't have "3's a crowd." Update: Some things never change - 3 cashiers open for about 20 customers & I haven't moved a foot in 5 minutes! For the record, I'm in line for #6 (while parked behind #3)... Conclusion: 14 total minutes waiting to start checking out... It would be one thing if this only happened once in a while, but it happens all the time - ridiculous!

The store is wonderful the people there the employees are so great ESPECIALLY a employee name Zulily she had saved my phone for me when I had lost it at the self-checkout along with a book that I was really enjoying so many times I lost phones and never found them thanks to her she has saved my phone phone for me this lady definitely deserves a raise !

The staff during the pandemic and now, the staff remains friendly and helpful, even with new managers. The service, if anything, picked up during the pandemic. Brad, the non-manager seems to be able to handle ANYTHING, but the entire attitude is that THEY ARE HAPPY YOU ARE THERE and they can be of help!

Great local place for fresh bread and cheap produce. The app gives you some nice weekly deals as well. Fair pricing over all, even on alcohol! Not the widest selection of goods, but definitely everything you generally need. It's also a plus that they keep it clean

3rd time while bagging my items the person putting items on the bag steals my lidnt chocolate. It's so annoying. I'm sorry if you have to do that, but it's sooo annoying. Vons has very good online service though.

Prices were reasonable. Checkout was quick. Overall, this was a great place, near a gas station, so convenient all the way around.

Tasha is an incredibly kind and helpful person. Great customer service and amazing individual in general!
