Volume takes a different approach to your typical gym; offering a more tailored experience focused around your individual goals allowing for greater results. It's really not just a gym, with a likeminded supportive community in classes and personal sessions it enables and empowers even the not so confident gym-goers. Personal training goes along way with accelerated results. Coach Adam has been my trainer from get go and I've seen massive improvements in my personal bests, easily achieving greater results with each session. Thanks to a tailored program curated by Adam, they are able to design sessions to maximise the yield for results. Adam brings a fun and supportive environment towards training, makes the best out of you even if you think you won't be able to. A part I find massively important in training is perfecting form, allowing yourself to maximise what your body can do whilst improving your gains; coach Adam has a keen eye on ensuring you complete sets in good form to achieve efficient training and mitigate injuries. Overall, Volume as gym, place and community to train is one of it's own in the St George and southern Sydney region. With years of experience and expertise they create an environment that really works in all aspects and for an overwhelming majority.
Volume Fitness provides the support you need to achieve your fitness goals. No question is too 'basic' and you are provided the freedom to learn and grow at your own pace. In their capped classes, coaches can constantly check your form and I was able to continue training throughout the duration of my pregnancy. The coaches switched out the movements for me and ensured I felt comfortable and informed whilst training. Staying active made a huge difference to my energy levels and labour. Upon my return to the gym, they were able to assist with postpartum exercises. I started personal training to double check my technique as I eased into CrossFit classes and returned to heavier weights/ conditioning and feel great! I was so excited to get back into the gym, knowing I was surrounded by people who genuinely cared about my progress. I didn't understand what it meant to have a gym community until I moved to Volume. It is so much more than a community as well, it’s a second family. A down to earth, educational, supportive environment with plenty of banter! What more could you possibly ask for?
When I was looking for a gym to help me recover from my Achilles tendon rupture it needed to fulfil a number of criteria. Firstly, experienced coaches who could adapt exercises to accommodate my specific requirements. Secondly, flexibility in training times and classes. Thirdly, a community of motivated, friendly and approachable members. Finally, a place were I would want to continue training beyond my recovery. Volume Fitness has been this place for me. Since I join in February 2022 I have made steady, supervised, safe and measurable progress in my recovery. As of last week I have started running again! The coaching staff are always welcoming, professional and motivated. They consistently provide clear instructions and individualised feedback to every member of the small group classes. If you're looking for a gym which ticks all the boxes. One that can take you from the start of your fitness journey or recovery from injury, through to pushing you to achieve your absolute best. Amazing place!!!! Recently started training at Volume Fitness. The best decision I ever made about training and totally recommend Volume Fitness as a welcoming, friendly and supportive environment. The level of coaching from Adam and Harry is highly professional! Adam & Harry are knowledgeable and fully engaged with the members, always helping with techniques and supporting you to train hard and safe, encouraging you to push through your limits by giving you the skills and the confidence you need. The fundamental classes with coach Adam have been excellent. Adam helped me with basic lift techniques, made some achievable changes to my diet and has given me lots of encouragement. I’ve found a gym that has structured plans and motivated trainers. They guide you through the small group classes; pushing you or correcting technique if needed. The one-on-one PT sessions with Harry have been really helpful for learning the more specific CrossFit movements. Harry is super knowledgeable and you can see he strives to see his clients succeed. Hassan has created an awesome, welcoming gym, with great trainers and happy members. I’m looking forward to being a member for a long time to come and pushing my fitness with Volume Fitness guiding me!
I have been a member of Volume Fitness for 4 years. When I moved to Australia I tried a few gyms. Nothing compares to the community at Volume Fitness. It has become my home away from home. My motivation for training is at an all time high. I am continually improving my fitness, strength and learning new skills. All this whilst having fun and meeting amazing people. From the moment I joined the community made me feel welcomed. The coaches are amazing and actually care about your health. I joined Volume fitness worried that my fitness level and abilities would be inadequate for a CrossFit gym. Turns out that there is no such thing! There’s a variety of different fitness levels and strengths from the members who make up the community and everyone is very welcoming, helpful and encouraging of your goals. The owner Hass, is a legend and really takes the time to welcome people into the space. My coach Adam is awesome and has been great at explaining anything I don’t understand and helping me with technique which is something I never took the time to focus on. Since joining Volume Fitness 3 months ago, it has been my escape and mental sanctuary. From my initial consultation with Hassan, my goals and needs were addressed right away. I felt cared for and I knew this place was going to help me get to where I needed to be. From my Personal training on boarding sessions and now in the small group classes, I always receive a high level of attention form the coaches. The coaching is second to none and the community is very supportive and welcoming. I have already lost 10kgs. I’m feeling confident, happy, strong and super energetic at work all day. This is by far the best gym experience I’ve ever had.
Volume Fitness is an awesome place to train! Since signing up about a month ago, all the coaches and members have been very warm and welcoming and your own personal cheer squad! Coach Adam has been a great support so far, and has been helping me not only with my crossfit journey, but also with some previous biomechanical issues of the knees in order to help me achieve my fitness goals! I highly recommend Volume to anyone who wants to stay fit and active or even try something new, as the team here are all extremely friendly, knowledgeable and really go out of their way to focus on your individual needs and goals.

The community, the atmosphere and the training at Volume Fitness is incomparable. I never fail to get to my classes every day not only for my physical well-being, but also for the emotional support that I receive when I’m around like-minded fitness fanatics. Chasing that dopamine hit at the end of the Metcon, knowing that you’ve completed a high intensity workout all by yourself, around people who constantly want to better themselves, is a feeling that constantly keeps me coming back. Great vibes all around, and I highly recommend anyone that is considering joining to get onto it ASAP.

Joining Volume Fitness is the best decision I made this year. I started in September when coach Hassan gave me 3 introductory sessions where he assisted my mobility and fitness levels in general. He also constructed a nutrition plan that 100% helped with my weight loss. Right after the introductory sessions, I jumped into the small group classes and it’s been amazing working in a fantastic group of people pushing each other to hit our goals. I signed up for 3 months but I already made up my mind about continuing beyond that. 10/10 experience. Highly recommended.
I’ve been with Hassan and the guys at Volume Fitness for 4 months now and am loving the journey !! Coming from a strength background I still wanted a good amount of strength volume in my routine which was tailored and made possible by the coaches. Working in the health/fitness industry I was surprised with the level of knowledge the staff have for technique and programming! I joined Volume fitness 5 months ago and it has been the best decision of the year. Since the start with the personal training, Hassan really cared about my individual goals and needs. After getting to be part of the team and doing their group training, it has been the best part of my days. My body has changed so much as I am more leaner in certain areas and also now I love running as when I first started I couldn’t even run for 1km without stopping. They focus on your goals and push you to be your absolute best. Not to mention the best coaches.

After moving to Australia all the way from Saudi Arabia.I struggled looking for a good crossfit place that can help me achieve my goals. VOLUME FITNESS was the perfect place to train even when you have a busy schedule like me!(working as a doctor). Great fun classes everyday. Super friendly and professional coaches who give you tips based on your level. They know how to find the perfect balance between pushing you to get better and keeping you injury free. It’s been three months now and it’s definitely my happy place in Sydney <3
I believe I discovered my dream spot! When I looked for a gym to train I wanted to find a place where I could feel a part of the team, feel that I belong, and Volume fitness gave me just that. Volume Fitness has been a consistent in my life for 10 years .I thoroughly enjoyed all the training sessions .I have gained strength & confidence through the experience. I have in the last 10 yrs gone through menopause during this time it has helped immensely with strength and mental focus. Aging is a challenge.Im now 60 Volume Fitness has made it less challenging I wont give up that 1hr a day for anything Thankyou to all the staff and the wonderful members
My first experience at Volume has not been a disappointment! I started with a few personal training sessions with coach Harry, where he shared his knowledge and eased me into what lies ahead of my journey at Volume. The group workouts are fun and challenging, with coaches who give hands-on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and right amount of encouragements. A year on, there is no words to explain how good I feel from the inside out!

I’ve been with volume since late 2020 and my confidence has improved so much with lifting and weights. The people are friendly and make you feel comfortable and encourage you so much! Went to Volume Fitness for the first time yesterday. This is an amazing crossfit gym with all the equipment you need. Everyone is so welcoming and the environment is so positive and uplifting. I’ve been coming to Volume Fitness for the last few months and have been doing 1on 1 sessions with Francisco. So far the sessions have been great. Francisco explains everything really well which ensures I’m always doing movements using the correct form. It’s been a fun and enjoyable experience so far and I’m looking forward to the long term results this type of training will bring.
Joining Volume was one of the best decisions I made in 2022. The atmosphere is great and I love the support everyone gives to each other. The coaches are so encouraging and attentive, making time to check in with each member to see how they’re going. The quality of coaching and completeness in the training program makes this place the benchmark strength & conditioning facility in the south. The supportive and social community culture was an added bonus I wasn't expecting but I now understand that this culture is at the heart of what's kept me at Volume for nearly a decade.

The best gym ever! I've been a member for just a month, having had 4 personal training sessions and a few group sessions, and I can already see a significant improvement in my body composition. Have been here for just over a month now and loving it. Adam was my PT for the initial 4 fundamentals sessions and I think it was well worth it as some of the movements were completely new to me. Classes are well structured and plenty of variety to keep it interesting. Highly recommend.
