When I went To Kandice to live out my 16-year-old self’s dream of finally having silver hair I told her I was ready. When she asked when the last time I did anything to my hair was I confidently told her at least 9 years ago when I dyed it. She was very excited to make my dream come true and she was confident it wouldn’t be a problem, especially working on virgin hair. She took her time before our appointment mapping out the color and how it would lay with my curls. We went back and forth and she gently guided me on making decisions (which is something I am terrible at and often freeze). She was always willing to offer her expert opinion if I was really stuck. Day of we start the process. I reconfirm that I do indeed have virgin hair She has my hair in foils and as she’s checking for processing time and somehow there’s green in my hair instead of all yellow. She asks AGAIN if I have had any dye in my hair. Then it hits me, oopsie doopsie, I used a coloring conditioner a few months back. Fun fact coloring conditioner does indeed dye your hair. She handled this curveball with grace and worked actually magic! Not only did my hair color turn out absolutely unbelievable but my hair feels stronger and healthier than before this whole process because of the magic of a K-18 treatment! Kandice made me feel instantly safe and comfortable. The studio (that she built) is beautiful and welcoming. Spending 10+ hours with a stranger can be intimidating but Kandice made me feel at home. And my new hair color has me feeling like a magical fairy!

Went to Kandice for color correction of hot pink to blonde. She was amazing. The dye I used for the pink stained my hair and would not wash out. Kandice went slow and gentle to remove the pink and get me to a nice golden blonde. It was 7 hrs and she was amazing. She talked me through every step. Made sure as we did different treatments to strip the hair she also did treatments to help heal my hair. My biggest concern was I have thin fine hair that stylists have fried in the past just adding color. Kandice is a hair god. She got my color out while preserving my hair’s integrity and shine. Just amazing!!!!

My color and extensions are beautiful and my hair is healthy and feels amazing all around amazing stylist HIGHLY RECOMMEND ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️ Oh and definitely try the Cezanne smoothing for this Texas humidity! It's a NEED!

Kandice is a hair whisperer! She’s hands down the best stylist I have ever come across in the 30 years I’ve been getting hair cuts. From beginning to end she provided exemplary service, amazing shampoo, phenomenal cut, and attentive to detail styling! 100/10 recommend and I do not recommend often.
