This is gonna be a long review because they deserve all the praises. I started my facial treatments at Visible Changes since Nov 2020, and its been 5 months since, and I'd say its the best decision I've ever made! Teresa and the team are very welcoming, and resourceful. They not only take care of me and my skin when I'm at the clinic, but they also informed and educate me on food that I need to look out for, and how they affect my skin, and even suggest some supplements I should try. I dropped all the skincare I used immediately after my first appointment and only used Visible Changes's cleanser, serum, moisturise and sunscreen. Only four products and they have done wonders to my skin. and they last forever. The ONLY product that I have to repurchase every month is the moisturiser, which I wish they'd come up with a bigger packaging, because its so goood! and now that my skin is almost acne-free, Teresa has changed my cleanser to a different one, which shows how well she takes care of you! this clinic's skincare line helps so much to speed up my acne recovery process. Now I almost never get acnes anymore, maybe two or three during that time of the month. So, now I'm about to start on my micro needling sessions to get rid of my acne scars and large pores. I will be sure to update this review with photos of my before and after! I highly recommend you to come to them, because they will take care of you and your skin, no judgement! I've recommended them to a friend, and she loves it too!

Can't recommend Visiable changes enough. Teresa and highly trained staff know there stuff when it comes to skin!. My first appointment I had a skin analysis done through a machine. From there Theresa explained the source of my problems. We commenced into my treatment with a lovely facial using the recommended products to help with my problematic skin. I purchased the skincare which was used, as it felt great on my skin - cleanser, moisturiser and spf 30 (there are many types to choose from suitable for each skin type). Have been using the three basic skin care products religiously at home and have noticed a difference within a week. They also offer carbon laser treatments, led light therapy and much more. I just feel so glad to have found this place to know my skin is in good hands and seeing improvements.

I have been a regular client of Visible Changes for over 15 years. I have had problem skin since my teens and having tried just about everything on the market the products made by Visible Changes are the only ones that have ever given me a long term solution. What I love the most about this place is they refuse to offer treatment if it's not in my best interest. I have been willing to try everything and everything (especially as I am nearing my 40's) to keep a youthful appearance and correct the damage of years gone by but not every treatment is suitable for every skin type. They truly do have your best interest at heart and they take the time to educate you about the why and the how. True professionals in their field, no cheap gimmicks and very serious about what they do. Overall highly recommended!

I have been going to Visible Changes for 20+ years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatments and skin care. I exclusively use their products and I have a treatment every 6 weeks and my skin has never looked better. Their treatments are always amazing and it’s clear the team take a lot of pride in what they do and continually strive to offer the latest technology. I can’t go anywhere else as no where else comes close to Visible Changes. They take the time to properly diagnose your skin’s requirements and I know many years of research has gone into perfecting their amazing product range. I can’t recommend them highly enough and I was so pleased when they reopened after having to temporary close due to COVID as my skin needs them.

Teresa and her team are absolutely amazing and have changed my life!! From regular laser hair removal, to completely transforming my skin.. all the treatments I've received have been outstanding. Ive been seeing Teresa for a few years now and she has educated me and helped me so much with understanding the causes of my problematic skin and how to manage it. I was particularly impressed with the carbon facial and the effects it had on my skin, so worth it. I also did several treatments of laser, and found that the machine wasn't as harsh on my skin or as painful as other places i've tried. It was soo effective too as I have thick dark hairs. I first met Theresa in 2018, presenting with a skin disorder and the onset of rosacea (which Theresa diagnosed). Her knowledge, care and passion were clear, and in a relatively short time my skin dramatically improved. Theresa mentors a professional team and she continues to check in to assess how my skin is faring, making adjustments as needed. The facials and skin range are excellent, and they only recommend products that your Individual skin needs. I keep up the home regimen religiously and it is not difficult or time consuming - I was previously using too many products, some of which were not suitable for my skin issues. Very, very happy with the results and would highly recommend Visible Changes.

Whilst visiting my parents in Adelaide (I have been OS and returning for a visit) I thought I would like to get an anti-ageing treatment. As I had no idea where to go I consulted with my friend Claire who has her own skin clinic up in Queensland (Integrity Skin at Mt Gravatt) and she highly recommend Theresa at Visible Changes. I had the Thermage done by Sam and the whole visit was friendly, professional and overall a great experience. I noticed a change straight away and am looking forward to the results over the next few months (as I believe it takes time for the best result). I have no hesitation in recommending Visible Changes for you skin treatments and needs.

Where do I even begin with visible changes! I first came to see Theresa 18 months ago by a recommendation from a friend and I haven’t looked back. I came in with cystic acne but also dehydrated skin and now my skin is the best it’s looked! Theresa is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and has your skin’s best interest at heart. I would now call her a friend and love my visits there. She has a great team that also share her passion, so whoever you see there you know that you are in great hands. I can’t recommend this place enough, and I have tried so many skin experts in my time!!

Had an extremely bad eyelash extension from a friend, which ruined my natural lashes, as my first time got lashes done. However, Visible Changes has saved my life by removing it safely. I felt so happy! After few weeks after i came back for lash lift and tint, as a high school student i dont want to be too extra but wants beautiful lashes xX First time writing review and I want to give more stars! Went there after seeing the Google reviews. Place is very nice and clean but the staffs dont know what to do. Went there for eyelash extention. First they charged me $50 while booking and then another 220 for full set eyelash extention. Altogether 270 dollars. The lashes they used were not the one I wanted. It was very thick and heavy. I am doing lash extention for last 5 years from sydney in much cheaper price but the service is so much better. Im never going back to this place.. too expensive for the quality of their service.

I have seen Teresa and her staff multiple times to get my legs lasered. As someone who has slightly darker skin, it would have been harder for me to find a place that would treat my legs. Thankfully the highly skilled team members at Visible Changes were able to help me out and I have noticed that less hair is growing on my legs and the scars on them are starting to fade. I would highly HIGHLY recommend paying Visible Changes a visit, very professional and noticeable results within just a few sessions!

I've been having treatments and using Visible Changes products for a few years now, and at (almost) 40 my skin has never looked better! Teresa, Sam and the whole team are amazing, not just with the treatments and product knowledge, but with genuine friendly customer service. Regarding the products, they're all top quality formulations and worth the investment; they've never caused reactions and you don't need a lot for them to be effective. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!!! My first sugaring/wax. Soo painful but worth it. I cannot handle pain at all but Shakira was absolutely lovely. She was talking to me throughout the whole appointment and saying women are beautiful and strong, they give birth etc. and totally empowering me. The place has candles, essential oils etc burning too to put you at ease. Overall the experience was incredible except the pain haha.

Called up several places before Visible Changes. It was the only salon which allowed us to film the waxing process for youtube. The quality of the service was 10/10, the therapist attending to us - gave us tips and tricks on how to ease the pain for us waxing newbies. The rooms where clean, staff were super friendly and inviting. Would highly recommend this place, nothing but love <3!

If I could give more stars I would. 5 just isn't enough!! Theresa, Sam and the team run the best clinic I've ever been to. The service is personal, they make you feel like family. They go above and beyond to help and have given me a level of service I've never experienced anywhere else. The attention and care for their clientele is genuine. I’m pretty apprehensive about cosmetic/skincare treatments, I’ve had hormonal acne for years and the only thing that’s helped has been Roaccutane. However, I have had the most INCREDIBLE outcomes from just 3 appointments over 6 weeks. The science and engineering behind the treatments and their own products that they use is second to none, and it’s also super affordable!

I absolutely refuse to go anywhere else for my waxing / eyelashes / spray tans / skin care in Adelaide. Visible changes have mastered the art of beauty and no matter which of the wonderful staff you have look after you, youre guaranteed to walk away happy and feeling fabulous. I’ve been a client of Visible Changes for over 3 years and I can’t live without these guys! I have very problematic combination skin and through using Teresa’s products for my skincare routine I have seen unimaginable improvement. I also love the occasional facial or charcoal laser for really polished looking skin that feels fresh and amazing for weeks afterwards.

Worst customer service ever Just called in regards to some question about booking an appointment. The worst customer service i have ever experienced the lady didn’t even listen to me and said there is no one and cut the call on my face. Such a rude staff i bet their services would be the same. Thankfully I didn’t book my appointment

Staff were nice and polite but $40 for a lash extension removal and they didn’t even remove all of the lashes... rude. Was quoted over the phone $25-$40 depending on how the removal goes.. I was there all of 15 minutes so i can’t even comprehend what would actually cost $25.. removing a couple of lashes?! Misleading.

Wish I could give more then five stars!!! From fitting me in without a booking to making me feel like I was at home(they even have blankets) and then the outcome of my lashes, omg, I felt like a princess by the time I left. This place is the best in Adelaide and could not recommend it more!! Can't wait to come back!!
