I came here with my partner so she could get a blood test done, and the experience was beyond disappointing. We accidentally misplaced our form from the day prior and the staff instead of being understanding, laughed at her, were extremely rude and made the whole thing a giant problem. Once in the room for the blood test, the lady taking the blood samples did not ask my partner important questions about her prior history with needles or anything of the sort. She has a lot of prior experiences with passing out during needles and seizures, and when she passed out and had a seizure after the blood test, the lady did nothing but stand and watch, and then afterwards, rushed her to move along and wouldn’t even give her more then a minute to lie down and recover. Overall, an incredibly rude and disgusting experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

Had an appointment this afternoon with a new Dr at Virginia medical, usually I get really well looked after but this appointment I was advised to take my son to emergency as he has thrown up twice in 1 week and has a very snotty nose, the dr advised the emergency can do all the tests they need to. My partner took the afternoon off work to take our son to emergency (as told by the dr) to then wait for 3 hours to be seen to be told they can’t do any more than what the dr could have with this afternoon appointment. My partner is still in emergency now waiting to see a Dr. This right here is why the emergency systems don’t work!!! I am very disappointed.

Appt for covid vax and flu vax was for 10.10. I got a call from a nurse at 9.45. I couldn't take the call and when I tried to call back I was on hold for 10 minutes, by which time I was driving to my appt. When I got through, the nurse told me I couldn't have my 4th covid vax, because it was too soon but would I like to have a flu shot. I explained that I was booked for my flu shot as well. Apparently that wasn't recorded. Arrived at surgery at 10.05, then waited for 40 minutes because nobody had told the vax nurse that I was there. You only get 2 stars instead of 1 for this visit because the vax nurse was lovely.

I have been to the practice many times. Every time I am greeted with a smile and the staff are happy to see me. The doctors are aways very attentive and really listen when I explain what is going on. They have even managed to fit me in urgently a couple times when I was really unwell. They are open on the weekend as well which is often convenient. If you are looking for great doctors, and welcoming friendly practice. Virginia Medical Centre is the place to go. I would happily recommend any of my family or friends visit the practice for any health issues.

People there are extremely helpful. They dont only cater for patients' medical needs but they also tolerate them and try to accommodate their personal needs. They greatly respect different cultural values and cater for us even when they are not required to. The doctors are always accessible via phone and in person. I travel all the way from paradise suburb to Virginia 35 min drive just because of the fantastic service. Completely useless. Recorded message says "friendly receptionist" and they're anything but friendly and anything but efficient. No wonder the other medical centre closed down. Going for a blood test? Go first thing in the morning. Phlebotomist is a butcher, will leave you bruised for days and won't even smile while she does it. The only redeeming factor here is Dr Ben, but unfortunately the rest of it doesn't make it worth the while. Dr Ben is the reason they get 1-star instead of 0.

I would have far more respect for the doctor if they arrived at their starting time, and treated their patients time as just as valuable. My doctor did not physically arrive at the centre until 5 minutes after my appointment time - only for me to have to wait a further 20 minutes for the patient who was scheduled before me to be seen. Then to be charged a standard consultation fee for a 5 minute appointment instead of the advertised 'brief' appointment which I did have.

Great service by doctors and nurses. Attentive staff who display professionalism in their practice, i feel i am well cared for whenever i visit. My recent visit for an iron infusion went very smoothly, everything was explained to me in detail before the procesure, healthcare staff are skillful, no pain, no brusing at the cannula insertion site. My doctor kept checking on me to make sure i was feeling fine. This clinic has high standards and value their clients.

Have been to this medical center and found the staff to be very friendly. The Doctors are very attentive and treat us with respect. Couple of times we were late but the front office and doctor always waited for us. I had taken my year old daughter for her vaccination and to be honest we were a bit worried. But the nurse was well experienced and she was very friendly. She attended to my child patiently. Would definitely recommend this medical center to others :)

Being having issues with my ears. Had to book an appointment with clinical nurse to have the cleaned. The nurse was excellent with the way she removed the build up of wax from both ears. When I booked appointment 5 days ago they let me know I needed to put drops in both ears for at least 3 days. I got them from chemist that day. Doing this made her method of removal a lot easier and faster. Nurse was great and very caring. Thanyou very much again Jim McConnell

Great service, staff are very friendly and accommodating for their patients' needs. Dr Mohd Suhana is great, very gentle with kids and always tries to see us even when she is fully booked. Her care and dedication for her job are outstanding. I drive 45 min to get to this clinic and I don't mind the distance because of the welcoming and helpful environment there Thank you Virginia Medical Clinic Staff. You are all doing a wonderful job

Disappointed. Gettimg laughed at over the phone by admin because you asked for an emergency appointment for you child. Not getting appointments for over a week. Waiting over 45 mins to be seen. Having phone consultation for 1.25mins and not answering or asking all questions because doctors are running behind rushing you. We loved loved this clinic and the doctors and support for past 3 years and its gone down hill and they do not care.

This doctors surgery is a joke. To wait over 45 minutes for a blood test at 10am in the morning is ridiculous. Checked with reception was told they were at one number then watched the next person grab a number and walk straight on in. Receptionists couldn’t care less and they can’t keep decent doctors. Get your act together with the way this area is growing I hope another surgery becomes an option for people.

I don't think it acceptable to have receptionists leaving one waiting on the phone for extended periods. This has happened more than just ones and is akind to one waiting on Centrelink. Please! People have better things to do. Not sure about the Doctor as yet. May have to change medical centre. Did try Doctor... Reception staff too busy having social chats while I am waiting? This place is a disaster.

It would have been nice to know we had to pay at the appointment. Online didn’t state there was a cost. Also a 15 min appointment discussing 1 thing we were charged as a long consultation which cost $100 and then we have to wait untill medicare give us a rebate. Was quite disappointed with our entire experience today. We were looking a a new female doctor but walked away disappointed

Booked an appointment for my son via Telehealth because he has cold and flu symptoms had my phone from 10mins before the appointment… no call, called the clinic to be rudely told that the doctors now seeing other patients because he called and I didn’t answer. And was told he’ll call if he gets a chance. Can’t get my son seen anywhere else and we need a prescription… terrible service

I’ve been to many GP’s but didn’t help Me for my skin problem. I booked my Appointment to Dr. Ewa Paul she helped me to find a dermatologist and instantly she found specialist to fit me in. I don’t need to wait for 3 months to see a dermatologist. She is the best GP. She look after her patient. Thank You Dr. Ewa for helping me Happy Patient

I have been visiting this practice for many years. I have moved quite some distance from the area, but always travel the distance because this practice provides one of the best medical services. Dr Teh and Dr Paul are in my opinion the best GPs around! Both are well experienced and friendly doctors!

Very helpful doctor, after trying to get adequate help for many mental illnesses and spinal injuries for approx 9 years to NO avail, I finally have what seems to be a good caring doctor instead of a dictatorshiping unqualified doctor. Thanks for your help. Respect is a 2 way street!

I have had the same Dr for About 14years she is a great Dr. The receptionist that were there today are very good at their jobs and they have been there for years. I am finding when I ring up to make an appointment I am on hold for a long time which is very frustrating.

Scripts are never sent when drs say they will be. When you're waiting to pick said script up and get told to ring them and chase it up spend excessive time spent on the phone on hold!! The reception area is clearly understaffed or need to do their job better.

Most of the time every dr I’ve seen here have been some of the best I have ever experienced so much that I have Refered all my extended family and friends with the exception of one dr Otherwise I would have given 5 stars Highly recommend dr Noor Suhana

We just moved to Two Wells. My daughter experienced ear pain. The reception I dealt with was absolutely helpful and the doctor who checked my daughter was very nice and friendly and he made us very comfortable. Thank you so much for the amazing service

Just realising now that they didn’t wipe my daughter with an alcohol wipe before doing her immunisation and she’s 6 months old… Other than that staff seemed nice enough but the centre itself could do with a good clean and makeover.

Had to wait for an hour past my telehealth appointment.Then only after I rang up to find out if it was going to happen did the doctor ring back. They were on phone for less than two minutes and I get billed $70. Feel ripped off.

Was looking for new medical clinic and had heard good things about Virginia Medical. They were accommodating, listened and thorough. They were even on time and to add to the positive interaction there was no gap payment needed.

It always has friendly staff I get on very well with Ewa had a little bit of trouble understanding the nurse for my care plan but we managed to get through no problems whatsoever the rest of my life I will not go anywhere

Made my first appointment at this clinic on Friday for the following Monday for 12pm. Got to the clinic right on time, filled the paperwork out and was actually with the doctor by 5 minutes past 12. Very impressed.

Sarah, the receptionist said that there was no availability, but when I told her my issue, she created a time that suited me after work. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Doctor was also lovely.

Physio Dan is the best physio help I have had for my problems. Very friendly and understanding and does his best to help and always trying to work out exactly what the underlying problem is.

Staff are helpful. Has a variety of services all in one medical centre which is convenient. Also is very multicultural especially convenient for the non English speaking elderly community.

Was a great visit...vaccination time for one of my little ones and myself. Love the nurse he was great with the children, knew what he was doing and made the whole experience wonderful.

Got us in on the same day, and notified us of a cancellation and wasnt just put on a list. Reception staff friendly and helpful. And Dr Ben, was very friendly and helpful and thorough.

All staff are very friendly. The Doctors are friendly, take the time to listen to you and go out of their way to help you or send you to the correct specialists if needed.

The staff were friendly and helpful, not very long waiting time, I got in to see the doctor within 15 minutes. Dr Hassan was easy to understand and made me feel at ease.

All the staff at Virginia medical centre are pleasant and approachable especially their doctors like dr soi ,dr Francis Koh and dr Ben Teh keep up the good work guys……
