The older man is rude to my personal care assistant when he comes to wash my clothes during his shift. Which he does every 2 weeks. My PCA is a very respectful young man. So, he just lets me know that there's an issue instead of standing up for himself and telling this dude where he can go. I had to leave me home and go back with him just to see what he would say. The guy doesn't say anything he just watches me with an attitude as I wait. I'm not going to lose my help because of this ignorant man. I'll have him go somewhere else and pay more for him to receive the respect he deserves. This young man is working to pay his college tuition. He doesn't deserve the stereotypical old school black man abuse. Even if he may be the owner. Trifling!!!

First time customer. Place is Very small. I wouldn't go of it's "laundry day" Just to wash a few small loads. Fairly clean. Not to many working dryers today. The dryers are $.25 for 10 mins and will work with very little,so, you'll spend at least $1 for a small load that you'll have to turn into 2 loads equaling $2 which i hated.

This place is the worst I have ever been to and the owner have a million excuse as to why these broken down machine don’t work my clothes was soaking wet come out of the washer how the service is terrible and to make matter worst this is black owned and they wonder why you travel to far neighborhoods for better service

I asked a lady for change, the quarter machine broke, she refused and told me to deal with it! I couldn't dry my clothes! You can't wash cold here. Completely unreasonable management, men haters at work, spend your money elsewhere and let these n-words go outta business. All black business ain't good business.

The place is not a large place. The owner and staff are great. Been going there for a few years. There is a place closer to me, but this one is,better. They will do drop off if you need it. Hours are great. Prices are good. And best of all, your laundry comes clean in their machines.

I wouldn’t even give it a start if I had the option . Owner is very VERY VERY Bias and unprofessional. Not to mention rude . Machine broke down on me and it took for me to call my mother to handle it . She wanted the guy there to lie and she called him soft. Will not be returning

Will never come here again nobody wants someone hovering over them as they wash then I left while my clothes was drying for 15min and all of my belongings was moved to new dryers for absolutely no reason at all smh never again

The woman who works there is always in people face. Some dryers and washer machines don't work. This laundromat is for small to medium loads not for extra large loads. The place is small but the prices are reasonable.

Love it here the white guy attendant is the best he’s professional and goes above and beyond. My son and I found a new spot thanx to him …

They don't close at 9:45 they close at 9pm they ssid they don't have a website and no plans of getting.
