This shopping centre is good because it has two supermarkets being an Aldi and a Coles so they compete on price. There is a coffee shop and a couple of restaurants. There is also a chemist and a bottle shop. Plenty of parking and a public toilet if required.

A nice local shopping centre for the Pakenham Lakeside community. It has a Coles, bakery, butcher, chemist, bottleshop, international grocer, Frankies Cafe, Cold Rock Ice Creamery, pizza pasta shop, and more.

I wouldn't say it's nice. It's very much in need of a renovation / face lift. If it wasn't the closest supermarket to me, I definitely would never go. Arena is much nicer, and not too much further away.

Not much of a shopping centre it has Coles, Aldi, and BWS and a couple of other shops. BES is a bit run down but you only buy drinks there so ‍♂️. Could do with a bit of a tidy up all. …

Once again no Coles homebrand bread ! Having to go from one store to another have been unavailable for weeks. I don't understand why when other brands are on the shelves

I gave 4 stars only because parking is absolutely shocking, not to find a park but how you do with so many entrances and exits, maybe a couple of one ways might be helpful.

Always friendly staff in around all the shops wether you want Ice cream, Pizza, Bakery. Coles and a Pharmacy and other great shops and plenty of parking

I find the parking here frustrating. Plenty of parking places, people just want to park close, and this slows the whole process.

Ample parking, frankies Cafe, a butcher, Coles always open 6 am to 11, cheapest alcohol shop in area and a cool gifts shop.

Clean tidy and covid safe. Shelves needed a little attention, stock was down which made it hard to complete the shopping.

Has a good chemist and Coles, also has some great eatery's including a great Pie shop opposite Aldi
