I'm sorry that I have to write a bad review but I'm pretty disappointed with the gel manicure that I got here. I have had gel manicures last up to 5 weeks from other salons and this one started chipping on 3 different nails within one week. I would have gone back but I was only in London for a few days unfortunately. The lady who did them was very nice and took her time with the manicure, and the friend that I went with didn't have the same chipping issue. So maybe I just picked a bad polish. It was the color "worth a pretty penne," so don't use that one if you do go. I wish I could get my money back, I was very excited for the durability of a gel polish, and I was left pretty disappointed :(

So I have been going to Sue for waxing for more than 4 years but realized I have never written a review. I usually get a Hollywood wax and underarms. She is fantastic, very thorough and takes her time, I love her combination of warm wax for the easy areas and hot wax for the others, it works a charm for me and is only slightly painful, and I have a very low pain threshold, and I always come home with very good results. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I will return even if I move out of London.

I love this Salon, as soon as you walk in you feel this very calm atmosphere that helps you relax. All staff are professional and will go above & beyond to make your visit great. I had a cleansing facial and my skin was glowing after. Sue added a complementary face and head massage to this treatment which was a real treat and took my stress away instantly. I highly recommend this salon. Thank you

Victoria Beauty Salon was great! I didn’t book before hand and just called as I was feeling an Indian Head Massage - the lady told me to come through and was given a head massage straight away. It is in quite a weird location, right next to a luggage drop off / souvenir shop but it is a hidden gem if you’re after relaxation. Will surely be visiting again

My first visit here and what a great find in Victoria. Very pleased with my gel manicure - Sakun was very thorough in sorting out my cuticles and did a beautiful job with the polish. Two weeks on, still in good condition. Only reason I have scored 4 stars is that they had a limited choice of the colour I’d wanted. However, will definitely return.

Visited just before my holiday as I was passing through Victoria and I have never been to a beauty place where staff are so accommodating and helpful. I didn't have an appointment and they managed to slot me in. I had my nails done (hands and feet) and the gels are still intact! Superb experience and I hope to visit again soon!

Excellent little salon, close to Victoria. I went back as a returning customer after lockdown and had a blissfully long treatment of reflexology and further massage. Extremely clean, with friendly professional staff. Also very good value which means you can spend more time relaxing.

I had my eyebrows and upper lip wax and a gel manicure here and they were amazing. Very welcoming and friendly and both services have been done very well. I have just moved to the area so I'm looking for my new regular salon, and I found it :) thank you and see you again soon!

Always had a great experience here for waxing and massage - the location is really handy (right next to Victoria station) and appointments are always prompt. I find the prices are also really reasonable for central London too. Would highly recommend.

The salon is very clean and the ladies are very attentive. I have very sensitive skin but I have gotten the best possible care when it comes to waxing, with minimal swelling and/or infections. They also offer spa treatments that are truly relaxing.

I have been going to this salon for a long time, very reliable and excellent service. I usually get my eyelashes done and they always look very full and last about 3-4 weeks which is amazing. Highly recommend, staff are lovely!

Had my eyelash extensions done here, they were done nice an natural to my liking. They last quite long as well... as long as you maintain them of course. I would definitely recommend.
