Too overpriced for what we received and haircut wasn't done as we wished. We were charged extra for my sister's haircut because the owner "needed to straighten her hair" to be able to do a "V" haircut. My sister's hair is more straight than wavy and has gotten this haircut before in other salons without having to blow dry her hair straight. The owner also took this extra step of blowdrying her hair without letting us know beforehand that she was going to charge us for it. When I asked her if my sister requested the blowdrying she said without it she wasn't going to be "capable of doing the haircut right". I also took my toddler for a haircut and she put minimal effort in trying to make him feel comfortable with her. Really disappointing to have had this bad experience with the owner herself. We are never coming here again.

La atención bien, las veces que había ido para mi corte en capas habían sido muy bien, hasta ésta última vez, para ser más exactos el pasado 16 de noviembre me lo cortó una señora de Ecuador porque no sé su nombre, solamente escuché que era de allá, me imagino que no tenía mucho tiempo que había empezado a trabajar ahí, porque no me cortó el pelo como le dije, según ella el corte era para que se viera mi pelo con más volumen .

First time coming here and the last they legit cut a portion of my hair and then washed my hair. Just for the hair stylist lady to tell me my hair was too tangled and there is nothing she can do for me. I do not recommend coming to this place. Save your time and money.
