We came to the store after tele sales completely messed up our 5 accounts, and Zach spent quite a long time straitening it all out. In the end, we left with 5 lines, all set up and working like they should be. As we left we realized they had stayed past closing to complete helping us with the mess we walked in with. Thanks!!!

The staff here was very helpful when I was switching the family over to Verizon. They sat down and worked through all the numbers with us. They had answers to all of our questions. And when we returned after having an issue with one of the promotional rebates (turned out to be my fault) they helped correct it immediately.
